✓ Just FYIHey sorry I didn’t really give it a chance. I’m trying to find the right app for my team and all the others I was able to log into very easily. This one had me going back and forth between my email, a browser, and the app, and at least one wouldn’t work on time with the rest. Other apps just email or text you a code, I don’t have to open my email app then open my browser to confirm that I confirmed my email and then wait for the app to recognize that I confirmed my email which usually means logging in (which I just did a few minutes earlier) but wait your systems haven’t correlated yet so it keeps saying I haven’t done it yet. It’s very lazy of me to give up on it so fast, I’m just telling you I had a way smoother experience with three apps before yours so being delayed like this just made me say screw it I'm moving on to the next one. ✓ Better attachments compressionHi! Our team loves Twist. Is the best messaging app for work. No doubt about it. The only thing we don’t like is attaching something to a message. Apparently it does not do any compression and it’s very slow to upload things and even to see a image, it downloads very slow. Is the only thing we can see that Twist is no good. Everything else is perfect. Thanks a lot and keep delivering great updates 🤘🏼.Version: 22.1.14

✓ Good but massive downfallI’ve been trialing this as a replacement app for communication between multiple teams, it does everything it says, however, it has removed all comments from beyond a month and all that communication has been lost..Version: 21.12.0
✓ Twist App Support = Superb!I had the opportunity to test Twist while it was in beta and the quick, enthusiast responses to my questions or trouble-shooting was nothing short of #Epic! That alone lands 4 stars. The 5th star is for the huge amount of effort and work I have seen Twist's development team undertake and also because the developer(s) listen(ed) and acted on feedback. ✓ Good app, but frustrating elementThis app is great including for a non- tec head. There is one aggravating thing about it, which is that it quite often indicates that a message has been received when what has really happened is that it has not responded to the fact that the user has read the most recent message. The net result is that the user doesn’t know when a genuine new message has appeared. I hope this gets fixed soon..Version: 1.6.12

✓ Just so much better than Slack.We moved our business from Slack about a year ago. Our main reason was for threaded conversations. Add to that the right integration with ToDoist and we have all we need. We have less that 5% communication via email. Our business would not run without Twist now..Version: 1.6.23

✓ Wonderful, except..Twist is way better than Slack, in my opinion. However, the iOS app never quite gets private message notifications & read receipts right. I constantly need to go onto my desktop app, scroll through a private message, then return to the iOS app to get the unread message indicator to go away..Version: 23.5.4
✓ I love this app & conceptI’ve used slack for several years, and been bothered by all the notifications and lack of focus on threaded (on topic) communication. I absolutely love the concept and implementation of this app! It is my go-to for teams now, and completely replaces the need for email in my book. It feels in some ways like it is still in its infancy in supporting some features. Here’s an example: I love how I can share links to specific threads, but I don’t like how it takes users out of the app to the browser, rather than just redirecting them into that specific thread within the app. That said, I will push teams that I’m involved in to move to this app, and any new teams I am involved in will use this if I can help it. I’m a student and growing app developer myself, and see a lot of value in organized, asynchronous communication. Thanks for taking the time to really think through fundamentals of communication and productive work before developing just another communication tool. This is not just another one, this is the only one I want to use..Version: 1.5.2

✓ Can't add a thread?Update: Thanks to devs for response. It was a weird glitch where the "add thread" button disappeared. Restarting the app solved the problem. I know the app is new but this seems like basic functionality. What gives?.Version: 1.3.2
✓ Overall satisfied, but Needs to improveReally a great platform to manage all conversion with files and etc if you are working as a team remotely or in a small office. Some options are needed to add. 1. Take a backup to whole conversation or threat. Need to fix. 1. ✓ Better than I rememberedUsed Twist a year or so ago before moving to using other platform, such a features in Asana and Zoom Chat, etc. With all the blotted features in these other apps we are back using Twist and find it helps with clarity of communication between teams members. Analysing are data we performed better much better using Twist for communications than these other applications. Threads are brilliant and help keep conversations in the right context. A great combination with ToDoist, although it can stand on its own depending on your needs. I have no hesitation in recommending Twist for teams looking to use a clean and focused collaboration communication tool. In short, if you are tired of all the noisy apps like Slack, Asana, etc then Twist will be a breath of fresh air..Version: 22.4.5
