✓ Not happy.Its a waste of money in terms of, you only get to ask 3 questions max and you pay so much money. Sometimes questions don’t even get answered..Version: 4.2
✓ Live not worth the $The video readings are more worth the money a live reading you have a lot of readers that run out the clock and barely answer your question. For $9.99 not worth it. Some are good others unfortunately again like to take advantage and run out the minutes so they barely answer and you don’t get to respond. I’ve been using this app for years and it’s seriously gone down hill a lot especially in the past year..Version: 7.3
✓ Worst appI don’t know if you guys still have doing readings in this app but please don’t waist your money or time .... I have multiples readings thinking that they were real deal and they just gave me false hopes, they are TOTALLY RUDE, worst customer service, they scammed me by having fake readers.... ✓ UselessMalfunction. My complimentary live chat cut out at 00:50. It wouldn’t connect and then it mysterious connected for less than a minute and it took 2 more credits. I didn’t even get to a response. It wanted more credits and I hadn’t even used my last 2 complimentary ones. Ridiculous. And Kitty isn’t on much and I heard she was the best. Why would I buy more credits when I was gipped my first one. I can’t even speak on accuracy. Really I’m p*ssed 🗣..Version: 4.2
✓ Long wait times and to many malfunctions 😡I have been using this app for some time now and it seemed great at first . Recently I had an issue where the app would not let me sign back in after ordering a reading, so I had to make a new profile with a different email . I was told to simply refresh or clear cache , that was not the case and it didn’t help . Now I ordered a reading more than 24 hours ago I’ve contacted support several times but have not gotten a response and still no reading 😡 I really like the app and would hate to have to delete it but I’m tired of losing money and having to wait forever for a response from support when there is an issue ..Version: 7.0
✓ PoorI’m really upset with this app. I have had a few issues with the customer service department. Customer service is absolutely shocking. I have been unable to order videos on the app since Monday, my credits have been removed and I have just spent $49.99 on new credits. My existing credits have also been removed. I have emailed support at lest 10 times with proof and they have yet to reinstate my credits. I’m really upset, I use the app because I am going though a hard time at the moment and I’m in need of someone to speak too. ✓ I tried the live chat and didn’t get a reading at all.The person I chose for the live chat made like two minutes pass or more, then they cancelled my reading and left me with only two minutes worth of credits that in the end I couldn’t even use due to insufficient minutes. In the end of it I didn’t even get a chance to test this app out before a purchase, so if that’s the case and I actually pay for it then people are going to leave you hanging and waste away your minutes that you spend then it’s not even worth putting money into!.Version: 4.7
✓ 19/4/2023 app won’t load the app is down and app support isn’t workingI am disappointed as to why this app isn’t working. I really loved and now the App won’t let me in or load after I updated it. It now Keeps saying server can’t be found. The up date was to fix bugs but now it won’t let you in at all. ✓ Con artistsI can’t praise Nina enough she is brill! The customer service team are rude and they aren’t helpful. The majority of psychic ability is poor on this app. You can tell this by the turnover of psychics. It’s expensive for what it is! But if you do try then go with Nina as she goes above and beyond.Version: 7.6

✓ Avoid Jenn. And trust your own gut instinct more.Truly good readers on this app quickly disappear or would almost never be available. Those that are always available are either fake or those that can only deliver readings right out of the astrology book but no true psychic ability. Emma, Jack English, and Dory are the real deal, but Emma left, and there’s only Dory that is almost always active among these 3 now. Don’t go to Jenn (just a card reader equipped with an astrology book that gives you advices that even your friends would, and most of what she says is wrong. Also, her predictions are very inaccurate and you can tell right away that it’s highly unlikely for those to happen within the timeframes she gives). Don’t waste your money here, but rather learn to love and trust yourself more. It’s you that have solve your own problems..Version: 9.5

✓ Don't count on your free creditsAfter being part of this app for over 3 years, and earninh free credits after spending tons of money, they yank em no warning. $77 dollars worth of credits just gone. When I emailed support I was told per notifications all credits expired March 31. Never got a notification, they are turned on, nor an email. They didn't disappear until April 11. I had earned credits last week and everything is gone. Don't waste your money.Version: 7.3
✓ Frame Psychic Readers & Same Rewards ResultsEvery time you finally get an advisor who is actually a real psychic reader, they disappeared and/or are no longer available on the app. anymore. Then you are left with a bunch of fake readers (who are not psychic at all) who don’t even come close to what they say is going to happen or will happen as they say they see in the tarot cards. And as for their free “Spin the Wheel” rewards .... I always get the same free extra reward outcome: 5% video off. Out of the possibility of six available rewards every day to win, I get the same reward. Wow! I should play they lottery since I know what the out come is everyday with this “free daily spin” they offer; including on their fellow apps: Psychic Txt and AstroAdvisor too. Same results everyday, the results never (hardly) ever change..Version: 8.1

✓ Don’t waste your money.I had a reading with one of the psychics on the app and the psychic ran into technical difficulties with her video reading and it cut out at 40 seconds. It was not her fault and she agreed to redo the reading. This happened 3-4 days ago. I’ve been waiting for the new reading ever since. I reached out to customer support to see if maybe it was another technical issue and thats why I didn’t get the reading but they did not even respond to me. ✓ Too many malfunctions. Deleting asapIt started out alright: a free reading for signing up. As I went through the process, I had to go back and fix a detail. I added more information, but now I cannot proceed with the reading, saying "oops! Another account is already registered to this address." So now I am locked out of my own free credits. I had to enter a dummy email address just to be able to proceed. Info is complete. Now it's time to cash out my credits. This is the time when you learn that the free reading offered is just a mini. Not surprised, but ok. I saw offers to upgrade to a better reading by purchasing more credits, and I TRIED to, except all I got was an "oops! Unknown error" message. Great, so you don't even know what the hell's wrong with you, how're you going to help me? Ha ha? But really, seems like a fun concept I would have liked, but it was a headache to use the app, so many errors, maybe it's just as well I was unable to buy more credits. As I'm just going to stick around for the mini reading and then uninstall this app..Version: 3.4
