✓ This app has one job, and it doesn’t do itI downloaded this app yesterday. I have never bought cryptocurrency and I decided I wanted to buy dogecoin. The app seems extremely buggy. Lots of links don’t work right away. Had to try three times for email verification before it worked. I jumped through all the hoops, I set up a passcode, I uploaded a picture of my drivers license, etc., and I still cannot figure out how to actually buy doge using this app. Sent an inquiry to support, no response. What a waste of time..Version: 2.5.6
✓ Not fairDon’t do system updates as soon as dogecoin starts a potential bull run. I put in multiple transactions for the last 2 days, none of them go thru. Dogecoin rose from 20 to 30 to 40c and this whole time I haven’t been able to buy more. This is why I hate the world, they manipulate paper currency and you try to do it with doge. That’s ok tho, I got something big planned for everyone 😈♉️.Version: 2.5.7

✓ Is this even an active app anymore?I downloaded the app for the first time and tried signing up with an email but that immediately gives an error. I tried logging in with my Apple account but that also gives an error, and same goes with Facebook and Google so from what I can tell this is an app that you can’t create an account on. ✓ Terrible app. Don’t use. Don’t transfer crypto into these wallets.I transferred 400 DOGE coins into this app from Binance and unable to transfer that amount into my bank account I tried sending it back to Binance since the user face is a lot easier. However, after a failed attempt to move my coins I couldn’t redo it, nor could I log back into my account. I contacted support (which you can only do by email) and they said to enter my account with my mobile number which I did but I couldn’t see how much was in my wallet nor could I make any transactions out. I tried frequently everyday and eventually gave up but after 3 weeks I was able to log back in and finally transferred my DOGE which was originally worth more than now. I’m half convinced they were waiting to see if DOGE increased and take it from my account by not letting me log back in and only let me in when DOGE dropped to half it’s worth. ✓ They will steal your funds.Multiple times I’ve had funds go missing, responding to emails? The 3 guys that run this take over a month to reply to emails for help. I’ve had missing btc since February and it’s August now. Looked up the 3 people on linked in and ya They all have links to the shady company’s. Do not hold anything in your wallet with this company your funds will disappear and they act like it’s your fault when you won’t even have a transaction out history. Again absolutely do not use this app you will lose your money first 100 poof gone sent $10 more poof never even arrived nor refunded to my coinbase. In the end I’m out $110 not much but was enough to see this app is not to be trusted with any funds. ✓ App and customer support brokenWhen downloaded the app offers options to register including Apple ID, email, Facebook etc. I tried Apple and it said not available at this time. I then tried Facebook and it locked me out the app saying I had already tried my pin too many times. I don’t have a pin, this was a newly installed app and it didn’t let me get to a point where I had an option to create a pin. ✓ Company overwhelmed by its own failureI downloaded Dogecoin Wallet and used it to buy a small amount of Doge using bitcoins via their smart pay facility. The next day I used the same method to buy a larger amount and no Doge appeared in the wallet. After another day passed I contacted their helpdesk but 2 weeks later still got no reply. This morning I received this email from them: "Because of the significant volume of support tickets, we're currently unable to do detailed research on each of them, as the average research time for a single ticket is around 30 minutes. With thousands of new tickets coming every day, it would take months to process all of them. That is why we're closing all open tickets at this point." So thousands of people every day have either not received the Doge they paid for or cannot access them in the wallet. Obviously the money that people are handing over to Freewallet Ltd is going somewhere but this company can no longer provide support to thousands of deceived users. ✓ Scam App that robs your moneySCAM APP - BEWARE!! I installed this to get some Dogecoins. It gives you a “Smart Address” where you can send bitcoins or other types of crypto currencies and it will convert them to Doge. I tried this first with about $20’s worth and all went well. I then repeated the same process and no new Doge appeared. 24 hours later still nothing so I contacted the support email. Now after 10 days I still have no reply. I was sensible enough to take a screenshot of each stage so I have 100% evidence that the payment to these conmen was made. I have also sent them the screenshots. I don’t know how Apple allows a scam like this to go on under their umbrella but I shall be contacting them to have this developer removed. ✓ Incompetence or criminalityWhether they are incompetent or jus thieves, one thing is for certain : you will lose your crypto to these cretins. Find other wallets and exchanges and don't go anywhere near these apps or webpages. Customer service is a scam - they keep asking for more information, even asking for a notary, moving the goalposts continually to string you along as you spend time and money while they only have to send more emails and sit back and profit. This it the most basic lowbrow con and a lot of people are falling for it. My advice: report them as soon as something is fishy if you can't avoid them entirely. Edit: they will keep responding to public's reviews, yet the private emails remain untended - this is entirely performative. Either their system is so badly designed that it it should be avoided at all costs or they are doing this on purpose in their Ponzi scheme. Why would you need our ticket numbers publicly - your blog specifically asked that we don't take up your time by adding more lines of communication?
