But as you don’t control the private keys you are never able to retrieve this tokens. Support will claim you have to wait for it to be technically possible, but everyone knows that with control of the private keys you can easily retrieve the tokens and send them on.Version: 1.1.83
✓ Do not use for ico’s - they do not give private keysSigned up for this app as apparently it was amazing; easy to use etc.. but what they do not tell you is they do not accept erc20 tokens(well they do but buried away in the help Section) so if you enter an ico and send ether from freewallet, your coins will be stuck. They have since stopped replying to my emails for an update and a request of my private key didn’t get answered. Sort it out Mfw team, either resolve my ‘stuck’ coins or refund my ether, you can do both......Version: 1.1.65

Now getting no reply from customer support. I created an email account for the email I entered (luckily no one took it) tried to verify my email and getting no verification links. ✓ Horrendous fees for moving crypto out of the walletThey just put it into their own account, and then send a portion to where you needed to send it. Absolutely highest fees for this I’ve ever seen. Don’t get in bed with these crooks Response: “we try to keep it in the market range” lol. To everyone who reads this: if they keep it in the market range, and keep your keys, then you can certainly use a better app like MetaMask or one of their 50 other competitors which let you keep your own keys and make transactions cheaper with the knowledge that only you hold your keys.
