The support team is extremely slow and makes things a lot more complicated then they have to be. Most times when I send them an email back, it takes a week for them to reply! This app does a lousy job simplifying/explaining that to you. More lousy points go to not granting access to our wallet keys. This app is borderline scam. Beware of other cryptocurrency wallets by the same developer. I’ve used their Dash and their Doge wallets. So a total of 3 wallets had currency sent to; those same 3 moved currency out of. ✓ Conflicting opinionsI’ve seen many user reviews from folks saying they’ve had their coins held by Freewallet, and the support did nothing to help them. In my case, on the other hand, the support helped me immensely, and I also had no problems sending my coins off. I will warm you though, there is no seed because this is an online wallet, and the coins technically aren’t yours. ✓ Cool app, but pathetic supportAll I need to do is update an email that I recently added to my account, in an effort to increase my security rating in the app. For some reason, the email I tried to add, won’t receive the 2FA, and it’s preventing me from moving funds around now until it does…All I need to do is update it, or remove it. All of their apps are widely known to be scams; just go to any Reddit thread mentioning Freewallet. ✓ Lesson learned.....The Monero freewallet is a good wallet app. It sleek and easy to use. Very simple to create a wallet and easy to access. Freewallet provides good support also. The only reason why I am giving this a 3 star is because I mined xmv to my xmr wallet. I did so thinking I was going to be able to access the private keys needed to export my xmr address, but I guess I was wrong. Support told me they cannot provide me with the keys for me to export. So I guess my xmv are lost and I’ll probably will never be able to claim it. Update: My ticket was closed. I was told they are working on a way for users export their wallet to desktop or other devices, honestly I don’t see that happening soon. Update: my user id is e50df8f5. Each time, the amount I received in in the destination address was about $30 less than what FreeWallet’s confirmation page told me was being sent. You are allowed to deposit funds into your new wallet, but not withdraw them. It says that you have to verify the e-mail address of where you want to send them first, which doesn’t even make sense - I’m trying to withdraw them to a private wallet, not an e-mail address.
