✓ Does EverythingMy last app I used for loans was very simple and gave me quick calculations, but did not give an amortization schedule. This app has it all I'm very pleased with this app! One thing to make this app a little better... provide an option to deselect VA loan fee or to change the value. Some disabled veterans are exempt from the loan/funding fee..Version: 4.0

✓ Can’t see the numbers in Dark ModeI like the app, but with this latest release, you can’t see the numbers you type in the fields if your using Dark Mode. You have to switch to Light Mode. Update 8/27/2020: Thanks for fixing the dark mode issue. Works great now. I like this app because it has more input variables than other calculators, it allows you to save calculations for specific properties, and its layout/UI is very simple and straightforward..Version: 8.2.1
