✓ Not bad, but room for improvementGood to be able to quickly code and approve receipts. Could do with a push notification to let users know there are items needing attention. Also there is currently no ability to return or reject a submitted claim on the app. You have to use the web version.Version: 1.181.2
✓ Love the idea!As someone else said, some extra features like push notifications would make this great. Other ideas like FaceID/TouchID entry and the ability it use a PDF as a receipt rather than only an image, would make it excellent. Update: I found I could email the PDF receipt in using the email function of FlexiPurchase so that gets around the lack of file support in the app at least..Version: 191.0
✓ Good in concept, works well... to one crucial pointGreat app in terms of usability. Simple, and well designed. HOWEVER - The app does not record all your written comments or expenses onto the FlexiPurchase website itself, requiring you to then go to a PC and manually input your information again. This has never been fixed, and is a constant source of frustration for everyone with this app. If this was fixed, it’d be absolutely perfect..Version: 1.181.0
✓ Receipt status missingGreat to have the app so you can do expenses on the go however you cannot complete on the app as it doesn’t allow you to complete “receipt status”..Version: 1.181.2
✓ Not very user friendly* spend wizard- too many screens to click through for something simple * expense templates - no way to search the list of expense templates. Have to scroll to find the one you want. * expense templates - no way to bulk delete expense templates. So not suitable for large corporations with forever changing expense templates. * selecting segments- would be better to be able to type in segments and validate against the charge codes in the system. * GST - can’t easily change GST when GST is not 10% of the transaction amount(some items don’t have GST) If issues above can be fixed would be 5/5.Version: 194.1
✓ Function over formThe app does what it’s supposed to do but the design is not at all user friendly (tiny buttons down the bottom of the screen, too many steps per process) and it’s also getting increasingly slow. Works ok, but could be much better..Version: 194.1

✓ Useless on IPhoneWorks well on my iPad, current version for IOS on iPhone does not have the “next” button at the bottom of the screen after choosing type of expenditure, rendering it inoperable. Hopefully will be fixed with an update as this is my preferred device.Version: 185.0

I thought this app would allow me to expense things on the go but I still have to login through the desktop to change the receipt status. ✓ Does whats needed but could flow betterGenerally works well but - there are too many steps to take a pic of a receipt. Upload new receipt from camera could be an earlier option than it is. - the messages which slide down over the screen obscure the controls which makes going back much more time consuming. ✓ Good effort but...The new TouchID/FaceID features are a little awkward (especially when switching back to the App) but a fair effort. Still needs work with passwords. We need to reset the password every few months and even though Password Autofill has been around since iOS11 it’s not been implemented. Even worse, there’s no connection with the App and appalling mobile website which plasters a promo banner over the password reset options and buttons. Given security must be paramount for this App, it falls short. Also, please hire a UX Designer, even to make recommendations..Version: 203.0

✓ Always making me change passwordI don’t know why but this makes me change my password and locks my account after trying to log in with the new password, every 3-4 times I use it. I don’t understand why and it is maddening..Version: 212.0
✓ CodingGood to have this app - better if full functionality is in app like website so I can code from my phone as I go. I’d never log in on my PC then. Error to submit as ‘you have not filled in enough fields’ is not helpful - I want to complete my coding before office admin are chasing me.Version: 183.2

✓ Won’t accept new passwordCan’t use the app at all since the update makes us create a new alphanumeric password. Can enter new password twice, but the OK button stays greyed out - even with the all criteria ticked..Version: 194.1
