✓ Great IdeaImagine if every product you bought had a code for this app! Very neat idea. After scanning my first product code here, It told me: - what model it is - a video showing how to un box and set up my product - how to use an extra thing that comes with the use of my product - a step by step instruction on how to setup/download/install It was as if IKEA came home with me to tell me about the purchased product and told me how to set it up. 👍🏻.Version: 2.4
✓ I’m with the other guy.Someone said what is the point. I agree. It just shows you a picture and description of the item. If you’re looking for additional info it’s not there. I figured it would have a hyper link to the manufacturer website or something so you can register the item. You scan your product, and it gives you a few paragraphs of really useful information that - get this - advertises to you the product you’ve already bought! ✓ MadMarkerI bought a product from Amazon and it had a tag with a QR code on it saying to scan with “Transparency” app. I downloaded the app and scanned the code. It brought up my exact product. I assume it to ensure the product sent was in fact the product received. It’s a good idea! And although I have only used it once, I am a frequent shopper of the site and will be using this often..Version: 2.5
✓ The Why of the AppThis app does exactly what it was intended to do. I find it funny that many people don’t see the point. I am an avid boardgamer and there have been LOTS of counterfeit copies of boardgames coming from overseas. This app allows you to confirm that you have the real thing. Since I want my purchases to benefit the creators of these boardgames, I am glad that this exists..Version: 2.3
