✓ I’m Not Even The Type To Write ReviewsThis app has taken an absolute crash course for the worst since they implemented a second tier of premium (cash grab imo). It used to work flawlessly & did the job so i went ahead & got the premium as an act of gratitude for their services. I don’t ever use this app for analysis bias, but it was definitely an extra layer of confluence to my trading system (when it did work properly). As of now, it has been untrustworthy, update after update, which led me to utilize other third party services. ✓ Great app when it worksThis is without question one of the best currency strength apps. But it is buggy. For no reason at all, it will start to crash on load. The only way to fix this is to reinstall the app. However, when you do that, restoring in-app purchases prompts you to buy again. The good news about this is customer service is excellent. They informed me that I can safely click purchase again and I would not be charged. They were correct. I love they app, but it definitely has some issues..Version: 4.0
✓ Double chargingI purchased on my iPhone but can not install on my iPad without paying an additional $20. Apparently this has been going on a while and they still have not corrected the issues universally. I shouldn’t have to pay $40 just to use 2 different devices under the same Apple ID. ✓ Frozen againListen the general consensus from your users is you have a good app that’s useful but constantly having to deal with outages is becoming unbearable, this has to be figured out if you want to be the premier meter app in this space, as a consumer you feel why am I paying premium for a service that doesn’t work, you don’t have strong competition yet and I don’t mind being a loyal customer but if something better comes along I’m gone. I’ve had this app a little over a month and it’s been frozen twice, and its freezing on me right now hence why I’m writing this review. I recommended it to a trader friend of mines and less than a week it froze on him, I felt bad for the recommendation. This isn’t a bash review people are reasonable we expect technology not to perform 100% all the time but not at the rate this application has been performing.
