Great appThis literally is the best app I’ve found for tracking nutrition. It is very easy to record food, and then it is all calculated up for you in the form of a nutrition label, which is very helpful..Version: 2.20.4

Wheres the barcode scanner?Used to use this on android and the barcode scanner was honestly super useful. Not finding it now tho :(.Version: 2.66.0

Such potential but missing one big itemI’m a free lance personal trainer and life coach, and I’m always looking at what gimmicky things my clients are buying. This app is actually really impressive and easy to use. The GUI is clean and I was able to figure out everything without instructions. I would give this 5/5 if there was support for the Apple Watch. I’m not an apple fan boy, their products just work. All my clients are required to wear an Apple Watch (i sell used refurbished apple 2 watches for $99). The apple watch does a great job reminding my clients to move and gives great feedback. The second item is a heart rate monitor ( this is for working out only, the monitor Bluetooth links to the watch for more accurate results $99 also). I would push this app on my clients if the matrix took into account the calories they burned at the specific heart rate. My biggest fight with my clients are these calorie counting apps and programs. Almost none take into account active calories burned, and they’re starving themselves. Another update would be to enter a work schedule. Some of my clients work evens and it nights, but have the weekends off. These people are my special cases as I’m gathering evidence of there sleep patterns. I suspect there 4pm-2am work schedule is not compatible with their weekend off time (12-12) and throwing their metabolism off. Overall I love this app and it suits well for a lot of people, I just need it tweaked to fill in the gaps for the few Please help.Version: 1.14.4

Not only does it keep record of my foods, but al so the nutrients I’m supposed to be having. Best app ever when it comes to dieting since it encourages healthy eating habits. It helps!I am an eater. I love to eat. I don’t like to move a lot. I tried keto diet, I lost 5 pounds in 3 months, I left it, I gain 10. This app help me to count calories but also to be aware of what I’m eating. I have lost 3 pounds in 10 days. And I’m not starving. I love it. Pretty goodI recently started using this app and so far I’m really liking it. I love being able to see my charts and get advice on my diet. I just have a few things that bother me with the app: 1. You can’t manually set your calorie intake. It automatically set mine to 1,800 daily and I wish it would be lower but it seems like I can’t change it. 2. The calorie tracker at the top of the screen is kind of confusing. I wish it were a simpler format. 3. The grading system doesn’t make a lot of sense. If I eat way below my calorie goal for the day, I’ll get a good grade. But if I eat even 50 calories over my limit I get a C or a D. Overall I just can’t figure out what it’s basing the grade off of - and in a way it almost seems encouraging of eating way below your limit. That’s all from me, I’m enjoying the app so far!.Version: 2.13.0

Nutrition and vitaminsLove this app but would like to see a area to add in your daily vitamin, because I take calcium and other vitamins prescribed by my physician. Also would like to see a question spot or chat option for the dietitian. And one more thing I would like to see is maybe a spot for the type of diet your on, since my physician has me on a reduced liver diet a lot of the dietitians advice does not pertain to my diets guidelines. Haven’t started but...I haven’t started the actual process of logging drink and food yet but I love the app. The app is so easy to figure out and I love the way it’s set up so you don’t have to spend your money to use the app. This app makes me want to organize everything and congrats to the creator/s of this app thanks for creating my inspiration to lose weight and get organized about it..Version: 1.14.1

Decent AppI really dislike that they took away the scan option for logging food. It was helpful on busy days, but once you’ve logged something it is easy to find in your history. I wish you could save a meal so that’s it’s easier to log during the week as I often reparation things that work for my net balance goals. The advice portion is a bit mundane. Suggestions would be better if they included foods to get you were you need to be. I often get the same advice daily which doesn’t seem super helpful. A verity would be more helpful. Overall this is a great way to keep track of what you are eating and a way to motivate you to keep on working toward your health goals. You can’t beat the paid price and for the most part I'm happy with it..Version: 2.66.0

Awesome to loose weight!I was able to loose weight with this app. Started in January and it’s April now and I lost 6lbs. I just log in all my food and it helps keep track of how many calories I intake each take. Also helps with keeping track of your protein, iron, vitamin etc intake. Highly recommend.Version: 2.21.1

I love this app! However...I really enjoy this app, and I feel it will help me a lot in my weight loss journey! But there is one thing I'd love to see added to the application. That is, dancing. A Few QuestionsI gave this app a four star because of just how good it's made, but I wish it was just a little more flexible. 1) I wish you could manually put in the calories and not just have it based off of height, wieght. Some people need more nutrition than others. For example, myself. I also don't get why, after I put my age and height (I'm underwight and short for my age) it still gives my a low calorie recommendation. 2) Why is this app only for teens 16+? Why can't it be thirteen plus? My litter sister (14) is a little heavy and loves the idea of having this app! I really don't see how this app could be inappropriate for someone 13+..Version: 1.10
