✓ Awful appTried signing in multiple times and it keeps telling me my password is incorrect when it’s not. I signed in with my google acc and now I can’t access the app on my Xbox. When I’m trying to watch the pre season game today, I’ve spent the first 25 minutes of the first half trying to figure out why it won’t play me the game. Honestly so dissatisfied. Already subscribed, just to find out it’s not going to let me watch the game. This app was made by money grabbing ‘glazer like’ people.. funnily enough..Version: 2.9.7
✓ A rip off.Before you commit to a subscription, you should know that they DO NOT show live matches. MUTV promos are very good at wording their ads which will make you think that they do, but they don’t. They do not own rights to games so all matches are shown a day later. I even signed up to watch the pre season friendly, and yup, that ones not being shown live either. Save your money and find a stream, do not support this app. MUFC are filthy rich so they don’t need this..Version: 2.9.1
✓ Sky subscription impossible to useI subscribe to MUTV on Sky and when I log into the app it tells me to subscribe- so I do that and it tells me I’m already subscribed and to login. I’m already logged in. It tells me to restore my subscription as it’s expired. I click that, even though I’m paying Sky £7 per month and have done for about 15 years. It tells me I’ve already restored my subscription. No way to watch though. Absolutely rubbish..Version: 2.7.3

✓ Super glitchyFor me the app is very glitchy. Video playback pauses unexpectedly every few minutes whether it’s on demand or live. Recently sound quit working when watching live video on iPad and iPhone with great internet connection. Audio only mode seems to work on iPhone today. The most frustrating part is the support/feedback email provided does not work and you get a rejected email from the server. So hopefully someone reads this and fixes these bugs since I can’t access the content I pay for. But the content, when the app works, is awesome and I love the concept and crew at MUTV. ✓ SimonWhat once worked well is now near useless!!! I have a live subscription, confirmed payment out of the bank and on my profile but I can’t watch any live content. ✓ Content - Great Functionality - awfulThe content is great, love the originals and being able to watch clips and collections of goals etc. However, technical issues spoil the experience. If you pause a video, when you resume playing it pauses itself every 15 seconds or so. Also, if you have to leave the app whilst watching a video, when you return to the app you have lost your place in the video and the program you are watching restarts from the beginning. Like most things with this club I’ve loved all my life, it needs more care, attention and money pumped into it from those at the top who don’t care about the club, to make it the best it can be..Version: 2.9.1
✓ Good content, terrible app.It’s a terrible experience using this app, where’s the landscape mode for IPad? You can only select what to watch in portrait and then you need to turn the iPad to watch in landscape. Resume doesn’t work properly, it doesn’t remember where you were and when you pause for some reason it decides to then pause itself randomly. You cannot easily forward or rewind on an iPad Pro as the progress bar interferes with the IOS swipe up bar at the bottom of screen in landscape mode. ✓ Crashes and spoilersI love the content that this app offers, and the picture-in-picture feature was a big improvement. That said, I’ve been using this app for about two years, and it remains very frustrating. You’d better hope that you don’t get a phone call while watching a match, because if you leave the app for longer than about 30 seconds, the match will reset and you’ll have to scroll through and try to remember where you left off. It is maddening! This used to be my only frustration with the app, but I used to really appreciate the care that went into the content of the match notifications. It seemed that whoever was managing the notifications would purposefully avoid spoilers. Now I have to turn off all notifications because I don’t want to know the score of the game at halftime or full time, as I won’t be able to watch the match until several hours after it has ended. PLEASE, STOP WITH THE SPOILERS!!! Nobody wants to watch a match for which they already know the outcome, especially if your app doesn’t allow for watching live matches. The final suggestion I would make is the addition of quick skip buttons to skip +/- 15 or 30 seconds while watching a match. This would be a nice addition..Version: 2.9.7

For those who are fans, there is no content that helps us get to know the player or coaches. Training video’s show us nothing but the beginning stages of warm-ups. No cafeteria convos or locker room shenanigans. No personality is shown. I know nothing new about the club or those in it. Youth games are a plus, that’s why I tried to keep it. But it still wasn’t even worth the great low price they offer. ✓ Worst App Ever!!I subscribed and then the app wouldn’t work...it just kept giving me the spinning wheel. So I did a software update on my Apple TV and it suddenly worked! Now it won’t let me login and is saying my credentials are incorrect...even though they aren’t!! So then I reset my password online which was nearly an hour ago and I’m yet to receive it in my email inbox, despite checking spam/junk folders also! I’m now going to miss the last game of the pre season tour because the app is totally crap and there’s no online staff/representative to help me instantly so I can watch the game!! ✓ RIP-off central - if you must have this go through SkyI feel I’ve been thoroughly ripped off by this service. I signed up for a year thinking I would be able to access content through my sky box and - occasionally - through the app - as is the case when you subscribe through Sky. You can’t! What’s worse, the option to cast footage through your smart tv is buggy and prone to regular crashes. Basically, if you want this service go through Sky as you’ll get app access free anyway. And most annoying of all when there is an upcoming event it’s not in local time, so now I have to go figure out the time difference. ✓ Okay - when it worksHas great content, although it's a real disappointment that the number of Women's matches has reduced so drastically. The problem is the app itself. Like now for example, the app takes 40-50 seconds to gets past the splash screen (assuming it does at all) but then it times out because the log in fails. Does the same on iPad Air and Pixel 4. ✓ Way to much lagFirst 20 minutes was fine then kept freezing. I would have to restart app. Tried on my cell then laptop etc,, same outcome lag and freezing also would here the game but picture frozen between frames. Not worth the aggravation..Version: 2.7.3
