✓ Not convinced the notifications are realI wasn’t having any luck with the free version, so I bit the bullet and paid for the upgrade. Bare in mind, I’ve only had the upgrade for 3 days, but I’ve received about 6 notifications for cancellations and I’ve pressed around 4 of them the moment they came in and have still been told the test was taken by someone else. I find it very hard to believe that anyone is getting these tests. I’ll give it the benefit of the doubt and wait a week or so, but I’m starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. Update 24/10 - Can confirm the notifications are real! Had my test moved forward by 2 weeks thanks to this app, and i’ve checked the DVSA website - it’s legit! Still hoping for an earlier test date (this will be my first test so not too soon) but the early ones tend to go very fast, it seems..Version: 1.7.1
✓ Ok but a little frustratingThis is a good app to work with in normal times. As it’s covid times driving tests are like gold dust and as soon as you click the test 99% of the time it’s gone. We are in premium. My step daughter did manage to change her test through the app so it definitely works - just luck of the draw. I’ve found that if you log into both this and the DVSA website around 11:30am your chances are higher. So take a tea break then and go for it. Make sure you sign into your testing app and go through to the dvsa website else you will waste precious seconds trying to do the catchme traffic light / zebra crossing / fire hydrant test. Refresh every minute and sign in again at least every 10 mins incase it’s logged you out behind the scenes At the same time get the DVSA site up on your computer, sign in and use the change option. Don’t refresh the page as this seems to not really work - you need to go back to the page that says how would you like to search for a test (show earliest available) hit continue and then keep going back and forth rather than refreshing We got a test for my daughter on the DVSA website before it appeared on Testi. But you have to be careful with the DVSA website as it only lets you search so many times within an hour but Testi seems to have unlimited goes.Version: 1.9.8
✓ Great app, more reliable than the DVSAI was very skeptical at first but had multiple recommendations from friends and colleagues to use the app so I did. My driving test was cancelled by the DVSA with 20 minutes of notice (even though I had been ringing them all morning). They rescheduled my test for the 28th April. After getting Testi and paying for premium, I have been receiving daily notifications of earlier tests and have been able to pull my test forward 4 times. I now have my driving test on the 7th of January. Since I don’t have the time to sit down refreshing the DVSA website for test dates, Testi has saved me 111 days of waiting, and potentially more if I keep looking. Thank you..Version: 2.1.0
✓ Best £10 i spent in my life.Considering everything going on right now my expectations were realistic and were met. Had my test cancelled 3 times because of the pandemic. Got to my test date on the 29th of July and sadly failed. Next available date was 15th of December. I was devastated, i knew it was coming but still hurts the same way. A driving instructor advised me to get this app. I paid the fee and for a couple days had nothing (Thursday-Sunday). Monday woke up to a notification, they updated the dates! The BEST thing about this app is that your credentials are being saved. Instead of constantly typing in your credential and then clicking a bunch of buttons to get to the calendar. This app jumps your right to the calendar ready to click on a date! Don't let the app do all the work for you since you know how it is right now, the test appear and disappear instantly! But it helps a lot with the notifications and being able to skip all the steps for the dates. Was clicking constantly for about 20 minutes and boom i got a date on 12th of August! ✓ Excellent, Exactly what I’ve been looking forI am a recent learner driver and during lockdown and Covid due too driving test centres shutting down, there was a massive backlog of students trying to get a test. When I went to go and book my test the earliest I could get was August bearing in mind this was January. However a good friend of mine told me about this app and I thought I would give it a try, I will admit I did pay for the full version however it is well worth it as I got a test within a week due to someone cancelling. The app notifies you and it takes you straight through entering all the details needed and all you have to do is press change booking time. Overall if I could I would give this app six stars as it is incredibly helpful and has saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you.Version: 1.9.990

The app shows numerous available test dates, which us great, but for me it is like a con be ause I have tried so many times to change both my test centre and date using the obes shown ob the App and each time when I get directed to the DVLA website, it says there are no available slots on any of my selected test centres; Currie, Peebles, Mussellburgh. Plus, it would be more helpful if Testi provided a customer contact number for immediate communication with their members. Can Testi please rectify this? I PASSED! So this is an update of my previous review, which us to both applaud and than the app owners for their prompt and effective response in sorting out the issues that I had highlighted in my original review. ✓ Brilliant App!So I failed my test Thursday and only got two minors on the entire test and was so gutted due to having a car ready and everything, I had my test booked in again for the 18 October 2019, so a good nearly two months away so I risked buying this app to see if it could get me a closer test date than before. After 1 day nothing then I was getting notifications through, I got it down to the 7 October at after one day! Then on the Friday I was able to knock it down all the way to the 23rd September! Then the 16th September, and now I’ve been able to knock it down to the 8th! I’d recommend to buy the premium version for this app (Due to the push notifications option) and its only a fiver to do so! Another thing I’d recommend is to check your phone every once in a while to see one they do go quite quickly and you will need a test booked in before hand, so id recommend this to anyone who’s ready for there test and doesn’t want to wait a while to drive, or someone who’s recently failed and is looking to dive straight back in!.Version: 1.5.4
✓ Great appMy sister found this app for me as I was struggling to find a test in London and my theory was going to expire in February. I was going to take my test in Ludlow a small town not too far from wales, as it was all I could find on the dvsa website. The app found a weekend test in Dudley for 3 weeks time and this was much more of a convenient location for me. It was my 6th test and was just a couple of days before my theory expired but I finally passed!! I was sceptical at first about the app because there are loads out there that never actually find tests. But this one actually worked for me and now I’m able to drive! Just stay patient and you should be able to find a test with this app.Version: 1.9.990
✓ Good but could be betterI paid for this app so it would be easier to get a cancellation. So far I’ve had it for about a month. Either nothing before my test has come up or if it does the test is already booked by the time I click on it. I think the app itself is good but could do with improving. For example I can’t book my test on certain dates because of my driving instructors circumstances so when I have a notification I have to double check it’s not a date he can’t do. I think the app should have something that allows you to add dates that you can’t do, so that you don’t waste time trying to work it out and therefore causing you to lose the booking. Along with this feature you could also add the option to allow the app to book a cancellation for you that doesn’t fall on a day you can’t do. Then you don’t have to panic about being the first one to click on the notification or panic about it being the correct date/time..Version: 1.9.990
✓ Good but a little frustratingSo I recently passed my theory in February and was looking to book my test I had originally got one for late July due to covid backing everything up, and I took the plunge and bought the premium and I must say even though I have been able to move my test to the end of may I felt as though I had basically spent £10 just to annoy myself as I would click on the notification and it would have already gone and so I found that to actually get one as soon as I saw the notification to just click not read what it said and then when I’ve got it then take time to process whether I wanted it or not. I would recommend this as it’s good to get cancellations without having to have about 20 tabs trying to check normally:).Version: 1.9.991

✓ Excellent appMy test got cancelled by the test centre on the 13th of July booked another through gov website for December within a day of having the app I jumped to November the 26th then jumped again to November the 1st and now I have a test booked for the 29th of July from the app, at first I was checking it constantly because I wasn’t getting notifications but that’s because cancellations are sparse!! It won’t notify you if there’s no available slots! I’ve seen some negative reviews saying they’re not getting notifications and that once they click on the booking it’s gone…. Because there’s thousands of students doing the same thing just got to be quick with it, overall brilliant app I have two different apps that I’ve paid for and this is the best one.Version: 1.9.92
✓ You’d be mad without it!I simply cannot fault the service I’ve experienced using this app. I don’t even have time to write a review ( time or bother to) but I have to say thank you for a good job well done and value for money when I get one. If you’re having any issues with the app, check that you’re doing everything correctly or that you’re trying to book new test dates at least 10 working days away from the date you failed. My friend told me to keep trying and I could identify I wasn’t picking the right dates after one fail. It’s a great app... you’d be mad without it and I don’t have time! The one tap quick to book function makes too much sense otherwise the date you’re after before you finish typing your full name & licence number. Pretty good app. 5 stars. The only thing I haven’t quite got is that I’m a premium member but seemed to receive ( good) notifications about only the centre mytest was originally booked in. I’d appreciate if it could be made more clear how to get the push notifications of cancellations for the other two possible centres that I want..Version: 1.5.4
✓ SCAM DO NOT USEUnfortunately I cant give this ZERO STARS. Very disappointed that I wasted money paying for this app. After not knowing if I should trust the reviews of other apps, I was recommended this one by a driving instructor so thought it must be legit. However I had a test booked for August and paid for the premium version of the app just over a week ago. The app has not alerted me of any earlier tests, so I presumed there were not any. Today I went onto the DVSA website and there was a test available next week and another available in 2 weeks. Clearly this app is not linked the official DVSA tests and is just taking people’s money. ✓ Found a cancellation with hours of downloading!Well, it works!! Found a cancellation less than 6 hours after downloading. Only fault I can say hence 4/5 stars is I did not receive a single notification from the app (even with premium), I saw people saying they had to look and refresh the app and much as possible and this is exactly what I did. I actually got 2 cancellations but both times I had to refresh the app myself, at times just keeping the app open and refreshing when I can. Definitely worth it but be vigilant when looking for the cancellations in case you have the same notification issue as me! (Be quick with your details as the cancellations get swooped up so fast too!!).Version: 2.1.3

✓ Automatically booked test in two weeks timeI recently failed a test and was dismayed when the next available test I could find was April 2022. I refreshed the DVSA site continually for four days, using lots of different browsers and devices so that I could try to get around the site’s refresh limit. I managed to get a test for the end of February this way which is still a long way off what I was looking for. I then got this app, and although some of the reviews were not great I just wanted to try any other way. This morning it automatically booked me a test for two weeks time, which is an amazing result. For me, this app deserves 5 stars and I hope it will be helpful for anyone looking at the reviews to be able to see a recent success story. NB: I realised it works better if you already have a test booked in the future and then it searches for earlier tests, rather than not having a test booked at all - maybe it only works properly this way..Version: 1.9.99
✓ Good app butIt’s a good app & we were able to get an earlier cancellation date for our son who has now passed his test but you have to be so fast & I actually got blocked from the DVSA website when error 15 kept showing each time I tried to get a new date so it seems it logs your ISP address so I had to keep turning off my wifi to be able to book a new test date. Also the new date I was able to get I didn’t get a notification for I found it by keeping checking the app. Sometimes you get literally loads of notifications & other times you get none so it can be hit & miss but all worked out well for us so I think it’s definitely worth getting this app. We tried a few others & found Testi to be the easiest to use so he took his test 6 months before the date we booked via the DVSA site that’s a winner for sure..Version: 1.9.9996
✓ Outstanding appI pulled the trigger yesterday evening and paid the £9.99 for the premium. I'm part of the group that has been shafted not once but twice by the government with my march test being cancelled and consequently my November test was also cancelled. The government then gave me a new one for MARCH 2021 a whole year apart from the first. Not willing to wait I got on this app and within 16 hours I got a cancellation for 9th of December which is just 2 weeks away!!!! (Frantically calling driving instructor now). i know a lot of people are complain that slots go too quickly but you need to remember 10,000s of people are also on similar apps like this so you need to act very very quickly. I got a spot on my first try. I had customised the notification sound, so I knew when it was coming from testi. Overall I can't recommend enough, great user interface, I don’t know what the support is like because I had no problem so didn’t need to contact them but reviews say they were helpful. improvements : There should be an autobook system in place for people who may not always be on their phone. Be able to select what range of dates you want to see and not just be sent every cancellation even later than my original date every 20 seconds..Version: 1.8.1
✓ Really good, if you have the timeAlthough I paid for the app, I found most suitable driving test cancellations just by opening the app at random intervals throughout the day. I found that I often I didn’t receive a notification for the available cancellations, and then would find it too slow to open the app and by that time the cancellation has been nabbed already. So paying for me was not necessary, but it can be handy if a bunch of cancellations suddenly become available (which they sometimes do), it will notify you and give you a chance to grab one if there are multiple available. The actual process of getting a cancellation is a little tricky and takes time to get used to and become quick enough at to get a actual cancellation and it isn’t always clear if someone has already taken a it, with some time and effort, the app eventually becomes second nature to use and is easy enough to navigate. I managed to pass on my third attempt and used this app for both of my retakes after waiting over a year for my initial driving test thanks to covid delays, so it was an absolute godsend to only have to wait a couple weeks between retaking my test!.Version: 1.9.990
✓ GREAT APP!This app has saved me so much wait time! I failed my test on October 2nd and rebooked for the earliest test date I could find, which was January 28th (2021). Downloading this app helped me get my test down to December 22nd. I found it difficult to click so fast on notifications and wondered why I was always too late until I realised that cancellations are being changed first on the GOV website. I went on the website and refreshed the page a few times and got a test date for the same month I failed, October 21st!! I definitely would recommend this app if you want shorter wait time, but definitely have a look on the GOV website to change your date as I managed to get mine in under 3 minutes!.Version: 1.7.1
✓ Free version amazingIf you don’t want to pay and have the time to keep refreshing the app, you will get an earlier test. My daughter failed and the earliest date was over 5 months away. 48hours after downloading the app I’ve managed to change her appointment to 2 weeks time (just after the 10 days required by the dvsa). You need to know that there are a lot of companies holding tests as soon as they come available for 15mins, if you see a test come up and it isn’t there when you click on it, sign in via the dvsa website and check 10-15 mins later, if your lucky it will reappear and you’ll be ready to click it! ✓ Great but needs some minor adjustmentsHonestly this app is a lifesaver - I instantly bought the premium and it’s made hunting for a driving test so easy. With some minor adjustments it could easily be the best driving test app - it wasn’t clear at first that you had to have a test booked to use it (maybe I’m just thick and didn’t read it properly! 😅). The only other thing I would say that would improve the app is being able to change your test centre. Like many people, I’ve had to book at a test centre nowhere near me and then search for available tests at the closer centres. The app won’t let you change this so I’m still stuck seeing available tests for a centre I don’t want to go to… if they could give you this option it would easily be a 5 star app.Version: 2.1.3
✓ Not entirely convinced…I typed a 1-star review yesterday after only having the app for roughly 12-15 hours.. but decided to give it a go for you know, a bit longer. This app is definitely worth the money! I had my test booked for November 08th in an entirely different part of the country. Thanks to this app I’ve now got it 2 months earlier and in my town! I’ve only had the app for less than 24 hours. AMAZING! I think other people are reviewing it poorly, like me initially because we expect it to be super quick. ✓ HappyAt first I did give this app a 1 star rating because for 3 days I didn’t receive any notifications at all and any dates that did come disappeared too quickly. However today I have found two cancellations which were 2 months earlier than the original date I booked (1.5 months away from now) which I’m quite happy with. The trick is to keep going on the app and checking as this is faster than relying on the notification as this takes too long. As soon as you see a date you want quickly press on it and press continue and then you will have 15 minutes to confirm so just get that done quickly then decide for definite. Also I’ve found that on Monday there are lots of cancellations probably because Monday is the day when the new week of dates available is released. Today (Monday) I have found so many cancellations whereas on Friday, Saturday and Sunday I found none despite checking more regularly than today..Version: 1.9.94
✓ Brilliant app!Driving tests are hard to find without having to wait months. However, Testi is brilliant! The app is always looking for cancellations at your chosen three test centres. The app found me a cancellation within a few days of booking a test via the official gov. uk website, which moved my test from January 2024 to August 2023! You click on a date that pops up on the app and if it works for you click on it (quickly!) and it takes you straight to the official website to confirm the date, time and location. ✓ SO WORTH IT!!!!So I recently failed my driving test (first time) due to one silly mistake I made right at the start. It really upset me because I know I’m a good, safe driver. I was obviously pretty desperate to get another test quickly so I got this app. After looking at the reviews, I decided it was worth a shot. I first managed to book a test for January which is way too far away for me to wait but for the sake of having a test booked - I got it. I kept checking the app and managed to move it to early September which is only a month away. If you are looking to get a test, this app is a must have. ✓ Best purchase I have ever made hands down.I had recently failed my driving test and, especially during this corona period, thought I had might as well give up on getting my license altogether as I won’t be able to get a test date till January. (Over 3 months away). This year has been a nightmare altogether with trying to get my license and so I researched ways of maybe getting an earlier date and came across this app. Honestly thought it would be a scam and no help at all but I was so desperate I was like might as well. I brought the full version of the app and paid the £5.99 feeling doubtful that this would even work as I have heard these apps are slow and unreliable, and just a way to into money making. Since buying the app it has notified me of new tests, including one that is in 14 days time!! The notification came through quickly, with the test date, time and place. Had the app for less than 12 hours and it has managed to reduce my wait from 12 weeks time, down to just 2! Definitely recommend if your wanting an urgent test. ✓ Quality App - 100% Worth ItAs you know, COVID has made getting practical driving tests within the next 6 months an absolute nightmare. Demand for tests in the nearish future is ridiculously high, as there are still thousands of people looking for tests who would likely have passed last year without the pandemic. However, that is where Testi comes in and was definitely the best app I bought to help jump queues and grab the rare shorter term cancellation dates. Whilst in order to get the full service you need to cough up £10, it is still certainly worth it for the opportunities it gives you. The push notifications let you know as soon as a test pops up which suits your fancy in terms of location, date and time of day, which allows you to be one of the first onto the govt website and gives you best chance of securing the date. Whilst the app does not guarantee that you will secure this test, naturally there is lots of competition for these nearby tests, it does give you the best possible chance of securing it, as Testi almost auto-logs you in. For me, the app was a lifesaver, I booked an original test in mid July which I failed and thought I may have months waiting for another, but using the app I got another test in just over 2 weeks at my same preferred test centre which I passed. Also recommended it to a friend’s older brother who couldn’t secure it a test, and next time I was him he had one he was happy with. Do yourself a favour and get this app..Version: 1.9.92
✓ Only driving test App worth havingIn the current climate of waiting up to 6 months for a driving test in the South East, this app is essential. My daughter’s test was cancelled due to bad weather- she had already waited ages for this - and she was given a date 5 months later to take her first test. We tried other apps and a website that claimed they had a dedicated person searching for your own test - I heard nothing from them though to their credit they did refund my fee. As other reviewers have said, the best option is to check the app intermittently for any cancellations though it is hit and miss whether you bag the appointment. Test dates seem to be released on a Monday and often new short notice tests are included and we were fortunate to get a test 2 days later in a neighbouring town. Thankfully my daughter passed and we are now able to get off the roundabout of driving tests nightmare. The strike action of Examiners is only going to make things worse..Version: 2.1.0
✓ JadeI used this app during th pandemic as my test was cancelled on the 17th November 2020 due to the lock down and the DVSA rebooked my test for March 2021. This app allowed me find another test booked for the 20th December 2020. Unfortunately I failed my first test but again the app found me another cancellation for 9th January 2021. Which as there are so many people trying to get tests because of cancellations during the pandemic this has been amazing as the app takes you directly to the DVLA website and already had your details and you can change your test within 3mins. It’s great! Unfortunately my test has been cancelled again due to the 3rd lockdown but again I get notified of the cancellations direct to my phone and this has allowed me to book another for April but I am confident once lock down is lifted I will find an earlier date again!! ✓ Good appThis is a good app and the ability to change the test centre it checks is a major improvement. It also seems to be checking more often. The “auto login” feature is great (tip, if it doesn’t work and starts asking for security close the app entirely and it’s usually ok when you reopen it). The big problem is how busy some test centres are. I’ve used this app 3 times to change dates (daughter now passed 🙂). Perhaps because of the test change coming in Dec 2017 new dates go in seconds - faster than the app can let you know and you log in. So I have been logging in by selecting any old date and refreshing the DVLA site to see dates instantly (2nd tip- it doesn’t refresh with the refresh button - nor does the main site - you have to go back and reselect the centre to refresh it). Still recommend it, the auto login saves a lot of time and for less busy centres you will get longer to grab dates. Other apps “hold” dates for you. This would be great and also if you could specify dates and times of day to check - at the moment it only does earlier than your present test..Version: 1.2.0
✓ Testi appThis app is actually okay, the wait for a test in my area is about 4/5 months my test got cancelled because of the ice last week so I was gutted when they put it back. It was showing dates after I’d booked for the first few days but then it did give me earlier ones and I managed to get one for three weeks time I’ve had the app since Friday so didn’t take long. Only thing is when you are notified you need license and test reference to hand so you can log into the DVLA site and book a test this app doesn’t do it for you. It’s a cheaper version of another app I used as well which actually didn’t find me any dates earlier than May, so all in all it was worth the money..Version: 2.1.0
✓ Struggling for a test? Get this!With Covid making the test back log months and months of waiting, I really didn’t wanna have to wait that long. I was kinda skeptical at first but within a couple days I was getting many cancellations each day and managed to speed my test up by months. Even if you secure a new test date on this app it keeps sending you ones closer to the present date and I had many which were the next day or the same week. I had my test cancelled 3 times due to COVID and when I eventually got a test I unfortunately failed it:( I came across this app thinking it was never going to work but it came through. my test was booked for just under 4 months from now which is very impractical. I was desperate so I paid for premium and managed to get a test in 3 weeks time as opposed to 4 months! Honestly I am so so happy and would very highly recommend to anyone!
