✓ App is FULL of HOMOPHOBIC and RACIST comments / threads. Absolutely ZERO moderation.I just can’t take it anymore. I’m moving onto a different app for my football news. I can’t even estimate the number of times I have seen racist (even more so homophobic) comment threads with hundreds (sometimes thousands) of likes and people commenting one after the other, just the nastiest and most hatred filled things imaginable about the LGBTQ+ community / someone from another race. It’s DISGUSTING and VILE. I have absolutely ZERO tolerance for anyone who thinks that way about another human being just because of how they choose to live their life or the color of their skin. Whoever runs this app has made it very clear that they not only tolerate it, they promote it, specifically running articles at times (with no real relation to football) to target and draw out hatred from the community. The ONLY thing that gets moderated on the app are certain “hard” cuss words that can be easily skirted around by inserting a * to replace one letter which still very much gets the point across. Otherwise, there is ZERO moderation on the app. Other hatful words that target the LGBTQ+ community or racist remarks? Nah, those are completely fine according to the app developer / moderators. ✓ CrapAlready having a number of other football related apps, this one is a load of rubbish! Sitting at the Chelsea v Manchester United match on Sunday afternoon, when Chelsea scored after 55 minutes, for the next 17 minutes I was inundated with messages first of all saying 1-0 to Chelsea, followed by (within seconds) goal disallowed, score 0-0 ... repeated time and again. Who needs this crap? Messages to tell me that Bilic has been sacked minutes after I have received the same info on the Sky app! Dumping this app ... today!.Version: 2.2.1

I recently switched devices and misplaced my password for this App. Realising what I had done, I assumed it would be a “simple” case off contacting AllFootball Support to retrieve my password(Given this is your only Option) and get logged back in. WRONG...... after several and effortless attempts to get a response from the Admin behind this App I was met with ignorance and unanswered emails. I WAS an avid user off this app (No Longer) and used it every day however word off advise guys if you are unlucky enough to find yourself in my position don’t bother attempting to seek support from these guys. ✓ Lots of room for improvement!Quality is the name of the game. Severely lacking in this app. Live scores posted wrong and not corrected for far too long, sometimes not even when the match has ended. TV affiliates posted incorrectly or not at all, even on the day of the game. There is no way other than this to register concerns. I use it all the time and I know I’ll stay always stay informed with the app. However, since the new update (2.9.7), I have been unable to use it because it keeps giving me system errors and it’s not the internet I use or others because no matter where I go, it just doesn’t work. ✓ CommunityIt’s a quite decent app don’t get it twisted. It gives you the option of exploring different leagues, and keeps you up to date with player stats and games. The ability to comment and read what others think would have been a great idea if not for the fact that it’s overrun by trolls. Don’t expect to read the comments and learn anything insightful. ✓ Stay away from this app if you’re a Real Madrid supporter.This app used to be pretty good but now they post articles and articles making fun of Real Madrid. This app is being run by Barca fan boys now they write totally biased articles for Barcelona and mocking other teams but they love to mock and make fun of Real Madrid. This app also lets Barcelona supporters run wild and comment and reply other users whatever they feel like. Even reporting such users who use foul language and have filthy remarks is of no use and you could see those comments still there even after being reported. I as a Real Madrid’s fan feel unwelcomed and have switched to Bleachers Report, and One Football and they are much better and unbiased news source than All Football..Version: 3.2.5
✓ Phone getting hotSince the update, I have noticed my iPhone is getting hotter and draining the battery a lot quicker. I don’t know if it is the app or the iOS 12.1 update that is causing the problem. Apple updated their iOS about the same time so it’s possible that this could be the cause. I had my phone checked out by Apple and it passed its diagnostics. I use All Football app often and have had no problems until recently. ✓ Good but needs improvementThe idea behind the app is very good and for a while the app itself was near perfect except for a few tweaks but it hasn’t been updated for over a year now and it’s starting to get very buggy. The AF coins have completely stopped working for a start. It used to be a fun way to bet on games without using actual money but because the app hasn’t been updated for so long they have completely stopped working. Even when you try to check your balance you only get as far as a loading screen. As well as that the football news is not regularly updated - this has been a problem for a while and certainly needs addressed in future updates. I’m a rangers fan, and on All football I will be lucky if I get one news article about my club every day whereas on the apps the news feed is regularly updated and I usually get the latest football news as soon as it comes out. I would really appreciate if you could fix these issues because I used to love the app but now I have to use other apps for improved coverage..Version: 3.3.7

✓ Getting worse everydayI’ve had this app for maybe 4 years and at the beginning it was great. It would give you accurate game schedules and would provide GIFs of goals within whatever game you wanted, didn’t matter wether the game was big match ups like El Clásico or games between clubs you didn’t even know existed. They would also give you news about anything ahead of time. No adds were in it which made it great. But something changed, not sure what happened. Now adds just make it inconvenient for you to just check the score of your team. Also it’ll give you news a day later which is bad. Their game schedules are all over the place. For example, it said that one of my teams places on June 7th and then have another game on June 8th. Like what? They also tell you the wrong time. Or they just won’t have any info at all. Idk how it has good ratings at this point. Like I’ve said, this app has been going down hill rather than improving. Some posts just feel like clickbate and I’d like to be able to rate the information I’m reading aswell as let people know that a 5 paragraph article who’s only source is one quote from the SUN Newspaper is not newsworthy.
