✓ Ingredient amounts are incorrectHaving a bad time with this app. I’m in the UK and I don’t know if it’s been converted from different measurements but the ingredient amounts on two different recipes have been very wrong. Pork Lo Mein said 4kg of Pork which is a massive amount and would have cost about £15. I of course reduced the amount but then the rest of the ingredients were out and it just didn’t work. Another recipe recommended 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika and it must have meant teaspoon. I trusted the recipe and it all had to go in the bin. Bit frustrated now and lost faith in all the recipes..ChickabemeVersion: 3.0

✓ Odd measurementsI made the sausage casserole, 6 sausages that apparently serves 6 people...so that’s 1 sausage each?! Then tonight I made the mushroom risotto....400g of risotto rice to just 500ml of stock?! Was hardly enough to cover rice and sure enough after an hour of cooking on low it was catching as was completely dry. I just had to guess and add more and more stock, but the dish was ruined and stodgy. Cooked for 3 hours as instructed but it was mush by 2.5hrs. I’m attempting the beef stifado tomorrow with the 1.5 KILOS of stewing steak that’s supposed to serve 4 people but looking at the half a cow in my kitchen I think again this is a recipe error......Bartlett82Version: 4.0.2

✓ Generally goodI like most of the slow cook recipes we’ve done. My toddler doesn’t but that’s toddlers for you. Some of the recipes in the normal BLW app are lovely, and truly delicious, others just odd and pretty disgusting or measurements don’t make sense. But we’ve had fun experimenting and have our favourites. Which brings me on to the reason the app gets just 3 stars. Every time it is updated, I lose all the recipes in my ‘favourite’ section. Incredibly irritating. Please fix this bug!!!.Liki3000Version: 2.9
