✓ Great Service, high quality careMy dog is afraid of going to the vet, so the patience of the Fuzzy vets and the convenience of in home visits hit it out of the park for me. Included in my membership are all of her monthly preventative meds, shipped to me with no effort. I don’t even have to remember when I gave her last dose, since they are delivered on a schedule. ✓ Saved my Dogs life!My dog had been sick I thought it was from getting into some table food but because he could not shake it and seemed to be getting worse I used the app and the vet tech that talked to me told me that I needed to take him to the vet immediately it turns out our bug lady had put rad poison in my sons room with letting me know where she put it so after the the mouse that we were trying to get rid of died I got up all of the poison I thought except in my sons room and my dog ate it he was dying if it wasn’t for the vet tech telling me to taking him immediately to the vet he wouldn’t be recovering today Note to everyone out there do not let anyone talk you into using rat poison when you have pets I did not know that even if your pet eats the dead rat or licks the poison it can make them very Ill I had gates up I clean what thought was all the poison and it was still not safe.Version: 16.8
✓ Helpful for quick tips!I got the free week trial and could immediately consult with someone about my dog who had injured her nail/claw. They got back to me almost immediately and were very nice! You can input your dog’s medical records but you don’t have to. They ask questions about the pet in question and try to help as much as they can before suggesting you take them to a vet, if further treatment is needed. I got this app because I couldn’t find what I was specifically looking for online and needed more of an expert’s opinion. I am glad they were able to help with my dilemma..Version: 12.2

✓ Best app for pet parents w great staffI love this app. I adopted a dog two weeks ago and I’m a first time dog parent. I’ve had questions here and there from getting started to needing a vet trip and the staff at Fuzzy have been so friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve given great advice, eased my worries and after the vet trip, have messaged to check how my dog is doing (he’s a healthy and very good boy). ✓ A MUST HAVE for all pet owners!Found this app through a friend and it has saved me a ton of stress and money. It’s well-worth having for all those times you aren’t sure of what to do, but you also aren’t sure if it’s worth a trip to the vet. I got to video chat with a vet in the middle of the night on a weekend. That after-hours ER trip would have been a long drive and hundreds of dollars. ✓ Pets are a lot healthier because of fuzzy!!!I first discover fuzzy through a special promotion they had on flea meds, I was curious to see if for 9.95 a month the flea meds actually work. They worked great on my pet to keep the fleas off for 30 days. The best part about fuzzy is they actually care about your pet. They have a option on their app where you can chat with a vet and my dog has been sick and on top of being sick, she is 13 and was pregnant. I need emergency advice and they was right their to coach me through what needed to be done. I am so thankful for an app like this cause they have really helped a lot with my pet. They ship the flea meds once a month and it’s automatically took off my card so I don’t have to type in my info every month and flea meds arrive same time every month. ✓ I could go on and on about Fuzzy!!!No seriously!! Between the cost effectiveness, convenience and the QUALITY OF STAFF I am just BLOWN AWAY!!! There is no “breed prejudice”, the vets were patient with my family as well as my animal. My animal HATED the vet and all of that changed. We all know how important it is to get helped for our human loved ones when we can’t get them to a doctor but our animals should have the same type of help. ✓ ImpressI am so impress with this app. 98% of the times, these apps are not really 1:1, and it’s “robot” based. In this app, you’re doing an online live chat with a vet or vet/nurse. They are so professional, and will get back to you within seconds-minutes, depending on their opening time. My cat is recently going through something serious, and the nurse literally told me that she has passed my issue to the ESCALATING VET TEAM, and wait for their response. Love it..Version: 7.5
✓ FuzzyThis group is incredible. When I signed up I sent profiles of all my cats with history. The Vets or Vet assistants are available 24/7, and when I call I have a very short wait while the vets review my cat’s history and any previous chats we have had about the cat. They give however much time I need with professional advice tailored to that particular cat’s needs, and lots of compassion and support. I’m having a difficult time right now as one cat is probably nearing the end of his life and, if they don’t hear from me, they text and ask how my baby is doing and reminding me that they are there for me and my cats. ✓ Truly Amazing!This is not a quick 123 process, it does take a little while but it’s not necessarily a bad thing. Every member of the team takes their time to collect and verify all necessary information about your fur baby appropriately . All of the staff were amazing, and Dr. Adam was fabulous, he’s very knowledgeable , it was very obvious that he really cared about my pup and took his time to explain everything to me in detail. ✓ Best Pet Vet service I've ever experienced!Fuzzy is by far the best vet experience I've ever had!! I was unhappy with my cat Thea's original veterinary and was referred to Fuzzy by a coworker. And it's been nothing but a brilliant experience! Her vet team was patient and kind during her first visit! They took the time to play with her in between vaccinations and procedures, and they seemed to genuinely care for her! It is just such a well run and executed service! If you message them they response extremely quick! I think the longest wait for a response was 5 minutes!! It's basically having a knowledgeable, professional vet in your pocket! Such a great service and I'd recommend it to anyone with a pet! In my opinion it's harder finding a vet comfortable with cats over dogs, and fuzzy was amazing with my kitty! ✓ Great serviceAt first I was a little annoyed because it took some time to speak to a vet. I figured it wasn’t a legit app since it was my first time using it. So I hung up the chat. But when I checked my email I saw the vet wrote they were sorry and that the condition my cat had sounds like it can be treated at home. I went back on the app and spoke to a vet and they were amazing. I know, first world problems! ✓ A God sent app. Very Happy.This is a great app. My cat had eye discharge and sneezing. So, I consulted the people on this app. Told me to buy Lysine and new bowls and some other things to help her immune system. In one day, my cat is different. Happy and healthier. I didn’t have to leave my house to see a doctor and pay something I couldn’t afford. When I saw a doctor in the past, they told me to buy this expensive eye cream that did nothing for my cat. ✓ FANTASTIC BUSINESS!!!!!I had an amazing experience with Fuzzy and am so grateful I found them. We live in a mountain town in Colorado that is very rural and getting our pets to the veterinarian is not always an option. Fuzzy made it easy to get my dog the proper treatment for his paw and I am in total awe of the experience. Dr. Currier was very friendly and took the time to go over my pup’s health in detail. The customer service there is exemplary and everyone has been extremely helpful. They also offer annual plans for an extremely reasonable price and it covers all of the pets in a household!! They even offer a one time consultation option for $15 - I originally signed up for this but I am switching to the annual plan. They give out coupons for successful referrals, too. ✓ Must have pet app!!I was dog sitting and unfortunately the dog got into a few things that he shouldn’t have, I was ready to rush him to the hospital but upon googling animal hospital this app popped up first and I decided to try this initially. I was amazed at how quickly I was able to talk to a professional and they were able to give me enough information and potential symptoms/warning signs to monitor. I was given enough information and reassurance to avoid a 2am visit to the animal hospital. They even reached out the next day to make sure no symptoms were present. ✓ Every pet parent should get this app!The vet support reps are amazing! They are so helpful in telling me when to be concerned about my dog Carson and when to keep monitoring him. I appreciate their help and kindness so much. They are always available 24/7 and you’re connected to a veterinary nurse within about 30 seconds. I would have wasted hundreds of dollars running Carson to the vet a zillion times when I could just talk with them and get advice and information. ✓ Service & ConvenienceI love this app. online veterinarian assistance is always available when i need it. they are super kind and i feel like they actually care about my pup instead of always pushing “Take them to the vet” for anything. Although her Veterinarian doesn’t show when i try to request her medical records, I understand that may not be at the app developers control. They have helpful articles by Dr’s themselves and you can chat with their team with any questions. ✓ Cannot rave enough about this appIf you have a doggo, download this app asap! I personally couldn’t afford to do hospital visits every month with my dogs old age. I tried out this app, and within minutes a qualified vet assistant helped me through what my doggo needs. Very understanding and actual solutions to problems for the fraction of the price. We are really hoping it comes very soon for relief from fleas! I was immediately connected to someone who calmed me down and we went over everything patiently. ✓ 10/10 recomendadoToday I was in need of finding quick veterinary care and stumbled upon this lovely app. For all those “free” veterinary chats that you may be trying get in contact with; don’t waste your time. This is the one and only place that does in fact offer free help for your animals. They are so kind, helpful and always check up on your pets issue that you asked them about. The as well offer some dosing’s for example a Benadryl for my dog when he had an allergic reaction and gave the specific increments that were to be used before I was able to get him to the vet. ✓ Super easy to use; love being able to have contact with my vet 24/7Fuzzy makes pet ownership exponentially more simple. Pre-Fuzzy, if I sensed something wrong with my dog and if it was after hours, I’d go straight to the ER and get him checked out to ensure he was okay. Lots of $$ later, I realized nearly all were unnecessary. With Fuzzy, if I have any concerns, I simply get on the app and chat with a vet. ✓ Help when you need it mostI came across Fuzzy while searching online for solutions to help with what I thought was a uti for my 10yo American bulldog. Her regular vet couldn’t see her for a week and I didn’t feel comfortable waiting that long. I really appreciate that they don’t require you to sign up for a monthly service if you’re not able to. I got a same day virtual consult and the vet was able to diagnose and treat my dog all in the same day. I should have the medication in a few days and my fur baby should be on her way to recovery, or at the least getting some comfort and relief until I can get her in to see her vet. Overall my experience was affordable, easy, and really eased my concerns. Plus I didn’t have to shell out a couple hundred dollars taking her to an emergency clinic!.Version: 17.3
✓ Fuzzy disclaimerI have never been through a cancelation process as difficult as is this. They say you can cancel anytime time but there is zero ways to manage a subscription through the site or app. They also provide a link to cancel in the questions and answers form on their website, this link will lead to an update payment page and not a cancelation page. ✓ LIFESAVER!!I never leave reviews but this app is amazing!! I have an elderly dog with back problems and normally when the weather changes he suffers from extreme back pain and can’t walk. I was freaking out cause I couldn’t afford to take him to the vet or hospital and was googling sources and came across this app. The Drs were Amazing and gave me great advice they were able to contact the vette to refill his prescriptions. The only thing that sucked was it took a couple days to get approved but they gave me suggestions on what he can take for the pain and it worked. When I ordered the medicine it came within a day and it was in a cooler with cooling pads and they even included a toy for my dog!! He is now doing so much better and back to normal I am so thankful I came across this app.Version: 17.0
