✓ Would give 4 1/2 starsIt is now a good and helpful app. And quite easy to use and helpful Would like some “look up info “to help translate medical reports to be more readily understandable. ✓ Great app very easy to navigateI’d really like to see what’s in my sent folder from the app. I have to go to a desktop and open from a browser to see my sent folder which is a pain when on the run, when I tried using safari from my mobile device (to access my sent folder) it forced me back to use the app. Fix this one thing and you’ll be a 5-star app for sure!.Version: 1.6.0

✓ A valuable tool.This app is an invaluable resource that gives access to test results, clear channels to correspond with healthcare providers and updates scheduling as well as on bills/payment. ✓ Patient GatewayThe most informative and easy to use source of what is up to date. Appointments,trends and especially test results come in fast and are easy to comprehend. ✓ App AppreciationSince this is a review, I’ll try to be concise. I believe ANYTHING that requires communication ONLINE is frightening to anyone not born into a technical world of communication. My concern is there may be MANY patients that are loathe to even LAUNCH into understanding how the gateway operates! At first, I struggled through the hits and misses of understanding HOW to communicate through the gateway!! I can only say: IT IS MUCH MORE EFFICIENT LEARNING TO USE THE GATEWAY THAN IGNORING OR FEARING IT BECAUSE IT’S TOO CHALLENGING for people not RAISED in this technical world!! Once I learned how to utilize the patient gateway - the communication options became easier & more efficient than other forms of interacting with the Doc’s office! My strong suggestion is for patients to ask for HELP about using this vehicle for clear information exchange … IT’S WORTH LEARNING - DON’T GIVE UP!.Version: 10.7.3
✓ Very helpful.There are certain functions of the Patient Gateway that are very helpful, such as the messaging, keeping track of appointments and medications. The feature that I don’t really care for is the test results. I’m not a medical professional so I don’t really know what the results mean. I would prefer a phone call from the doctor or nurse to explain them to me..Version: 10.7.3
✓ Excellent communication portalThe Patient Gateway portal utilized by Mass General Brigham is an excellent communication platform. I find it a quick and convenient way to schedule lab appointments and to see test results. I also find the “Visits” tab very useful for planning upcoming appointments. My providers are responsive to questions and it is an easy way to ask for Rx renewals. I appreciate the opportunity to conduct “business” online without having to spend a lot of time waiting on the phone..Version: 10.7.3
✓ In ChargeGateway allows me to be in charge of my health. So much information available at the tips of my fingers. And response from Care Team are so helpful - they do such a great job of making me feel they CAFE. On the Portal you can communicate with any member of your Care Team, schedule or cancel an appointment, check your appointments, review your medical history, change your insurance status, learn more about a specified illness, see test results (sometimes within 10 minutes!, and stay CONNECTED..Version: 10.7.3

✓ ExcellentI recently downloaded the app. I found it very useful: easy to check appointments, test results, pay bills. The lab test results are displayed in a visual and easy to understand way. I have 3 suggestions for future improvements. 1) Enable each lab results to be displayed longitudinally, so patients can see the changes across time, same as checking stock price by weeks, months, years. 2) Add BMI. 3) Automatically generate a list of all physicians and RNs patients recently visited and enable email access so patients can send email to their providers if they have follow up questions. ✓ Not sure why all the bad reviewsApp works fine for me. Convenient way to get test results and appt. Information. Think the bad reviews are from people with older phones and iOS and less tech savvy people. I haven’t had a problem and the convenience in accessing medical information is great..Version: 10.1.4
✓ Gives the Patient Total ControlA great app that gives the patient total control over their health attorney to be able to message their own doctors. Look up their own test results send test results to other physicians. There’s just so many features on this app that give the patient a sense of control over their own health and as a UX designer myself, I can’t think of a better application..Version: 10.7.3
✓ Excellent App to keep current with your careThe Gateway App is a nearly full feature way to monitor your care, communicate with your doctor and care team, review test results, look at imaging and review invoices. It is difficult to print copies of your bills easily. But that is possible through the Gateway website..Version: 10.7.3

✓ Portal easy to use, reliableI find this portal to be easy to use and use it to reinforce my calendar around the multiple visits and doctors. Labs are readily retrieved and messaging physicians allows for effective and timely communication. I can have updates to appointments sent directly to my calendar and it alerts me to questionnaires needed prior to visits and makes them convenient and easy to complete. I use it for copayments.
