✓ Pro video cameraThis app transforms your phone camera into a great video camera. A viewfinder with all the settings you need clearly set out, easy to select 1080p or 4K etc. It even displays how much memory you have left on your phone before it’s full. You can use the phone volume control to start/stop videoing. When you install the app it puts a button in the camera+ 2 app so you can start videoing straight away without closing camera+ 2 and opening the video app. If you need a video app this is the one to get..Version: 1.1

✓ Works great with Tentacle SyncI use this app to exclusively record video to sync up via timecode audio, which I record separately using Tentacle Sync. All the features I need and the output quality is great. If I could only have one request it would be a remote control with a preview for my Apple Watch to check shots are in frame. ✓ Needs an apple watch companion app!This app is near perfect. Although i do wish it had the color grading options that Filmic Pro has, this is not a big deal because I can tweak the footage in post. I do love that it has Tentacle compatibility as well as 29.97 fps! But the one glaring omission is the lack of an Apple Watch companion app. I rely on that app with both the native camera and with Filmic Pro in order to put the camera on a stand and the. Make sure i’m framed properly before I start filming myself for my YouTube reviews. This is a critical part of my workflow. So please add a mini apple watch monitoring app!.Version: 4.0.3

✓ Replaced Filmic ProI have used Filmic Pro for years, but the interface is becoming old and difficult to use. I was searching for a new professional and found it with REC. The quality it produces is on par with Filmic with a far better interface and menu system. It has a similar interface as the built in iOS camera app, but with all the pro features you need.
