✓ Password reset deleted my accountFirst the app logged me out, then the password reset was nonfunctional. I submitted a support ticket but got no response. When I installed the latest update, using the new password reset mechanism caused me to lose all my progress and paid features. I had been using and enjoying the app a lot for nearly 2 years before the most recent set of malfunctions. I am really frustrated to have lost a helpful productivity tool as well as the money I paid for it. This app would be awesome if the support and maintenance were better. As it is, don’t waste your money..Version: 3.16.0
✓ Ate my $10 and never heard back from developerI purchased focus dog pro (one-time $10 purchase) and about a day later the app glitched, only showing a blank screen when I tried to re-open the app. I deleted it and redownloaded it to try to reset it and when it came back, my purchase was gone with no way to “restore purchase.” I emailed the developer several times over the course of a month and no response. Spent $10 to get a feature and now I no longer have access to that feature with no response from the developer. It was a cute app but I CANNOT recommend it given it took my $10 and I don’t even have access to what the $10 was supposed to unlock. Don’t waste your money and risk this happening to you. :(.Version: 3.8.1
✓ Almost There...This can truly be a phenomenal app. I’m looking forward to the next update. Hopefully it’s less buggy. My donuts aren’t showing up anywhere, so it defeats the purpose visually for me. I will keep the app, and I’m looking forward to changing this to 5 starts when it’s updated and the bugs are fixed! 😉.Version: 1.0
✓ Zero SupportI am sick and tired of this ill-prepared app. I have reached out to support by email, bug reports, and even Facebook messages and receive nothing in return. I bought the paid version of this app and wow what a joke it is. It constantly shuts off your timer, to where you could have even LIFTED your phone, and two hours later (after receiving notifications on my app congratulating me for going on for one hour, two hours, etc., that my time was over and ended at 00:00. Unbelievable! Why am I paying for an app that doesn't do the one thing it's supposed to? At this point I can just use a regular old Apple timer on my phone and call it a day. Beyond disappointing, especially the lack of customer service..Version: 3.10.0
✓ Not that helpfulIs it supposed to stop the machine when you leave the app? Because i can still play games and text with the clock still running. ✓ I really want to love it.I love the idea of this app. I want to love it in practice. It has helped me stay focused, and dramatically decreased the amount of time I spend on my phone. My issue is that in the 25+ hours I have logged, I haven’t made any progress on the quests that require “normal” donuts even though that’s what I’m collecting. The daily and hourly sections never make any progress, so how are they daily and hourly. I have to get SIXTY of a donut variety to be able to upgrade it, which takes days. I understand focusing is a longterm life skill, but when creating a new habit it would be nice to incentives small progress. It was also difficult to find a line to ask questions to the development team without writing a mediocre review. I attempted to submit one, but after writing and sending it got a message saying I didn’t have access or something to that effect..Version: 2.6.3
✓ It’s ok as of now. It’ll be great when updated.Love the app. It’s a great concept, but it’s the first release right now. There have been no updates. This means it’s buggy, and slow. Sometimes you click something several times, and it just does nothing. It always takes way too long to load at the start (between 30 seconds to 1 minute). Usually it takes 5 seconds for a button to register. I’ve noticed that it will sometimes randomly reset the timer for focusing, and not register my hard work... These things can be fixed, and if they were, I’d rate it 5 stars. Hopefully we’ll get an update that solves some of these problems soon!.Version: 1.0
✓ Pretty good appThis is a good app, it’s kinda copying the concept of the Forest app. I wish that there was a button to see all the donuts, and there was more to the store. And it says that you can’t switch the app or go on your phone, and that’s not true I’m still able to be on my phone and still bake donuts. ✓ Love!I love this game or productivity app! (Whatever you want to call it) It is a really cool idea and it works! I do have a complaint. I know, I know, party popper me. First, you should let the non-pro people buy some stuff! We’re not aloud to buy new machines or backgrounds! If we can’t buy anything, what’s the point behind the money? I know, I know, the goals. ✓ FunMy account was deleted with no warning. I don’t remember what level I was on but it’s pretty upsetting. Thankfully with some searching I was able to restore my purchase of the pro+, but personally I think it’s ridiculous that accounts can be deleted by the developers. I can probably log into other apps and websites that I started 10+ years ago and still have data. It’s fun and all, I like collecting the donuts and completing achievements, but I don’t appreciate my account being deleted..Version: 3.17.2

There are more instances than not that I don’t end up earning any donuts despite spending a good chunk of time without touching my phone or closing the app..Version: 1.2

✓ Cool app!I really just wish that it had had a limit - I mostly forget that I have donut dog on but with flora and study bunny, I can put a limit on... anyways, having a limit for donut dog means that you don’t forget that you have it on and earn all of those donuts because I didn’t earn them... I just forget to turn it off 😕 Also I wish I didn’t have to pay for something’s. I might move to flora or study bunny! Flora is a really really.. really good app for studying! Study bunny too! But, still, this app, is amazing..l except from r the payment and the limit thing. Yeah thanks for reading through if you made it lol!
