✓ My museum storyI enjoy this game. I can even watch a few ads Especially as you can ear 25 coins I especially like that I can double my coins after a win just by watching an ad. You can get a free daily spin if you watch an ad. But I Hate that I watch multiple ads and don’t get my coins...I would rather not have the option if it’s not going to work. I feel like I’ve been cheated. Please Fix After the new update the solution was to take away the free spin and now you have to watch an ad to get any spins☹️.Version: 1.61.0
✓ It could be greatBut it is only good. The match 3 games are great fun but it takes too many stars to do anything. I have other match 3 games where the concept is the same but they have the edge o er this game as they only take 1 or 2 stars to fix things up. Progression in the game is therefore a lot quicker and far more fun and keeps my interest. It is easy to give up and lose interest in this game when it takes so long to get anywhere unless of course you can binge play for numerous hours per day.Version: 1.35.0

This level is SO hard that I just may have tried it for the very last time. ✓ Enjoying it!I find the Museum concept of this game to be a really interesting and enjoyable topic of a matching game and have recently become addicted to it. I enjoy that the ads are optional and not forced on me like so many other games do. If I get a iTunes card as a gift I will most likely use at least a little of it on this game, however I don’t expect to get a gift anytime soon, my birthday is in August and Christmas is a ways away... I hope I am still enjoying this when I do get my next iTunes card as a gift but I do switch the app on my phone I’m addicted to about 3 to 6 months ish depending on how much I enjoy it and how hard it is, but it has happened that that I played one certain game for more than a year but this phone has 132 gigs of memory and that makes it worth keeping for longer than the others but I’m not super happy with the iPhones after generation 6 because they took away the phone jack and this is a 7th gen that my Brother in law bought. I don’t know how long I keep playing but it’s been about 3 weeks so far. I would like to connect my Facebook account but it’s not working for some reason which I don’t care for. I might have ideas for the game sometime while I’m playing it and will definitely be glad to share, when I see my ideas get implemented I’m more likely to stay for at least a few more months. ✓ Having trouble buying thingsI can’t buy any packs or anything at all, every time I try it says “please check internet and billing settings” but I have no other problems with any other apps on my phone and the problem stated above isn’t detailed enough for me to pinpoint the issue, please help me, I can’t buy any of the starter packs because of this and I’m going to miss out on them. Also, I think some of your levels need work, I think it is level 21 (?), it is a hard crown drop level and I’m sorry but I find it ridiculous, I play loads of these match three games and I’ve never come across such a difficult item drop level not even when I got into the higher levels (in the 100s) the crown needs more places to be able to drop into, those two slots just make it too difficult, if you get it stuck in one of those squares, it’s pretty much game over and that’s extremely frustrating (especially since I can’t even buy anything), I have a picture of said level but I can’t place it on here. Otherwise, I really enjoy the game and as an archaeologist I would really like to continue to enjoy it, thank you for your time..Version: 1.43.2
✓ Fun but eh.Game is fun and entertaining. There are events to keep you going aside from the main story. So even if you lose all your lives, you'll have an alternate experience with a different set of lives. Also, it doesn't work without internet. Which, doesn't make any sense to me. Downside, events cause forced "cutscenes" and the latest one won't load. Now I can't play anything at all..Version: 1.61.0
✓ From 1 star to 5 - customer support was amazingHistory: There was a Last Chance Holiday promotion which promised 3000 snowflakes along with 25,000 gold coins. I was mainly interested in the snowflakes. I purchased the bundle and only received the gold coins. Not happy. Will contact their support team to try and get this resolved. Update: I emailed the support team on Sunday morning and honestly I was not expecting a response due to it being the weekend and new year's eve. To my surprise, a gentleman named Alex emailed me back just a couple hours later. He and his team were able to resolve my issue and even credited me extra gold coins for the inconvenience. Alex provided excellent follow through and has set the bar for all of my future support experiences. Truly awesome response from this company..Version: 1.37.1

✓ Nice game but can use improvementsI’ve been playing this game for quite some time. I do love it, but there needs to be some changes. My biggest complaint is I want to build a museum. I’m not happy using hard earned coins to feed a cat, or greet someone, etc. The levels can be quite difficult and I have been stuck on levels for weeks. That’s where most of my frustrations come in and though I’ve stuck with playing the game, all my friends have not. Also, the wheel needs to have better rewards. I’d like to see 5 extra moves, 3 bombs, not 1, more picks. This may look like kid’s play but I can assure you, it’s definitely challenging!! PS... when finding statues, it’s so hard to see where they are. I’ve lost so many times because I have no clue where it may be located on the playing board. Overall, the developers do a great job. Keep up the great work and if any improvements are made, I’ll give it a 5 star rating!!.Version: 1.45.2

✓ Love this game...just make it a little easier!I really enjoy playing this game and I get that you can’t make every level easy but some of them are just too difficult. I don’t mind being stuck for a while but days and days is just too frustrating. Add that to the fact that some things take several stars to complete the tasks so sometimes it takes forever to do something as mundane as pick up a tool!
