✓ Solar Walk 2 AdsJust purchased the lifetime premium access for £8.99, but still have to put up with the same advert which appears at the most inconvenient times. The Manual is virtually impossible to access, (error 404 keeps appearing), and when it does appear, it’s the StarWalk 2 Manual, which is useless for the Solar Walk 2 app. Oh, and the FAQs aren’t very good either, because there isn’t any in the app. I think somebody needs to get their act together. Not a very good advert to want to purchase any other apps from this designer!.Version: 1.6.5
✓ DisappointingThese guys used to create great apps and I've purchased a few. This one, however, is very disappointing. It has pretty graphics but is very low on content. My biggest gripe is that even after paying a premium price to unlock it, IT STILL HAS ADS! I notice they have renamed the latest update with Ads in the name but they didn't make that clear before they took my money. I am not impressed with their marketing over content and blatant gouging..Version: 1.4.2

✓ RIP off pricing.Don’t get me wrong this is a good product. I paid for the premium which doesn’t get rid of the ads. I now find out I can’t get rid of the ads, I have to buy the non ads version. This would be ok if I didn’t have to rebut the premium content again. This is a rip off! Why are they ruining a good product by ripping people off. Allow the ads version to be upgraded, as everyone else does. I was also overcharged for the premium content as I was offered a special price and then charged more. ✓ The app no longer works and the customer service is laughableI first reached out to their Customer Service in April 2021, more than 1 yr ago, to lament that the Size Comparison video (which I had paid for as an add on) didn’t work. Their reply was “ it is a known issue and our developers are working on it”. I have emailed them again a few days ago to point out that the app is suddenly no longer working and that the video, from when I first reported the issue till now, still didn’t work, and I have therefore asked for a refund. Whoever wrote their reply to my email couldn’t even bother to address me by name, or with a “dear customer”…nothing…just a brief note to point me to Apple for the refund….Version: 1.6.5
