✓ MediocreI’m not really one to write reviews but I felt I had to with this mediocre app. I was really excited to get this app, only to find it isn’t worth the £4 I paid for it. Everything on this app is also available on the free version. Comparing this to the free version, the free version is easier to navigate. With this paid app, I can’t seem to find a quick way to have all DIY recipes in front of me so I can tick them off like the bugs and fish. I also feel this app is missing the villager check list. Although you can do it as a whole, it would be nice to be able to first add which villagers you have on your island and then have an individual checklist for when you’ve spoken to them. I was looking forward to being able to tick things off easily, i.e reactions, art, KK songs, but it doesn’t seem to give you the option to view them as a whole, instead you have to type them in the search bar one by one. With the free version, you are able to see everything individually. I was also looking forward to being able to see what gifts would be best to give my villagers, but that feature doesn’t seem to exist like other reviews say it does. I feel this app needs a lot of work and a lot of tweaking as everything on it can be found on the free version which is a lot easier and clearer to use, and I am annoyed at myself for spending £4 on it only to have deleted again..CaptainBensonVersion: 2020.8.6

✓ DisappointedI thought that we would be able to hook up to the game through the internet. There are plenty of free sites that can do exactly what this app does. Even catching all the bugs in Aug. you are missing The big bugs from golden stag to Goliath beetle. Would like to delete and get money back. Do not wish to give you big”tips”. ✓ Extremely lacking.For a paid app this is ridiculously lacking content. The furniture section only has the basic items. No new content seems to be added on a daily basis or, if it is, it is definitely not noticeable. The images take ages to load and again, some items don’t even have these. Lastly, the items listed should have the images already visible when searching or when you open a category as I am forced to open each item in order to know exactly what they are, and that takes more loading time. All in all, these are things O should not have to endure when paying for such a recent app..AndreassuncaoaVersion: 2020.3.1

✓ Update made the app slower & laggyI want to say I’d give this app 5 stars if not for the recent update. I’ve been using the app since April and it’s been extremely useful for my cataloguing journey. However, I noticed that the last two updates have made the app slow down significantly. This is noticeable when you try to mark the item as catalogued, it used to be an instant click and now there’s almost a second delay. I think the sorting options are great, but I fear that some features added are too excessive and only slowing the app down. For example, I can’t see how the heart buttons are useful. Some further optimizations are needed, or maybe roll back some functions so that it runs smoothly, the app already has such amazing functionality that adding too much stuff will only clutter and make the app laggy.. quite sad to leave a review like this to such an amazing app. Also wanted to say thank you for all the great work you’ve done. I just want the app to be as smooth as it once was before. I’m currently using an iPhone XS so a pretty new model. Hope you can make this better, thanks..HaesooleeVersion: 2020.8.6
