✓ Mise à jourDepuis quelques temps il est devenu plus difficile de surligner et d’ajouter des notes, tout est devenu plus lent ou pire ne veut plus écrire du tout. ✓ GlitchesThe last few updates have caused glitches with the progress bar when listening to audio (can’t ffwd when streaming watchtower audio etc) and when you try to play the children’s videos via “play all/shuffle” it does not work and glitches and plays the first one over and over. This is since the last two updates. Would really love these glitches to be rectified as will make it so much easier to play children’s videos on shuffle instead selecting a new one every few minutes. ✓ Great but....Tried downloading this app onto my moms iPad but it doesn't show publications other than bible, daily text and song book. Everything else doesn't even appear so I can't even try to download. I know it's got nothing to do with the iPad as other revieUnfortunately though the media section on my iPad no longer shows anything, including the media that I downloaded and the ones I haven’t. It even doesn’t have options for languages. Everything else is still there though. This needs to be fixed. I have updated the app but still same problem..Kittycat86000Version: 10.6

✓ Wonderful…but I really miss…When I think back to when I first got he Truth, when studying seriously meant having a bookcase full of publications and a Watchtower Publications Index to find what was published on the point in question…I REALLY appreciate the “Purple App!” However, there is something missing in the current version (at least on my new 5th-generation iPad Air) that I REALLY miss! In the version that ran on my old iPad Air, the Study Edition of the Bible had an unmarked “elevator” feature in the main pane, just beside the study panel. It was SO handy, instead of having to manually scroll to a desired verse, to just touch the “elevator” at a point that corresponded roughly to where in the Chapter the verse was located, and… POOF! …the cursor moved to the desired spot in the chapter! Or…one could use the “elevator” to drag much more precisely and quickly to the desired spot without swipe-scroling. Regrettably, that “elevator” feature seems to be MISSING in the latest version of the app (at least as it runs on my new iPad Air)…and I REALLY MISS IT! I’m having a really hard time breaking the habit of reaching for it…and finding that it’s NOT THERE ANY MORE!😩 PLEASE. PLEASE. PLEASE…could SOMEBODY put it BACK in a future update?.TrikesalotVersion: 13.5

✓ Great app butI have loved the fact I can do personal study, get all my meeting material etc. but it’s very discouraging that it’s assumed everyone is able to afford the latest devices. Some of us are unemployed some of us on low income so how the flip am I supposed to keep up to date with the organization when I can’t even access the governing body updates now. No one is available to help me. No one has a spare phone or tablet. Where is this unfailing love when I’m being made to feel inadequate to even be in the truth?! It gives off the impression that unless you have a fancy device You are of no use to Jehovah. This is unfair and I thought we’re told not to be materialistic as well.KmelvisVersion: 13.5

✓ Trouble with iPhone 4SFirst and foremost, thank you you brothers for all the hard work in making this app better and better with each and every update...I am especially loving the new 10.0 version that supports the Study Bible, but the thing with this update is that the 'study pane' that appears on the right when you tap a scripture/hyperlink/the new floating personal study button (on my iPhone 4S) appears completely black both when you either tap the hyperlinks to an article/scripture and when I try to use the new personal study feature in the Study Bible. I've had no such problem with my tablet (iPad 2) but it happens to be reaccuring thing with my phone, even when I deleted and re-installed the entire app. Please help fix this bug for it will really be handy to have this feature available on my phone for metro and or informal witnessing.Svet D-RIVERVersion: 10.0

✓ Subtitles gone!?Not appreciating the new video update… I used to use subtitles on all my video content and now many of the videos say subtitles are not available. Playing a video when there is ambient noise or a barking dog or for a person who has English as a second language is all better when there are subtitles - please bring them back! I also think that the player menu at the bottom left is much harder to use than when it was centralized. PiP feature is great..HangrVersion: 13.3

✓ Tag Order ChangedWhen I Save a Backup, the order of my tags are changed and randomized in notes. Tag order seems to only happen in recently saved notes, not old ones, but not 100% sure. Thanks so much for the fixes to note layout!.AekorpsVersion: 14.1

✓ Thank you for providing all valuable guideThis app has been my source of study. I use the backup tool. Please create a way to sync the app with multiple devices like iPad and computers. It could be linked to a dropbox / gmail or any cloud account. It’s difficult to synchronize from device to another device and I’m worried that all the notes will be overwritten when I use different devices, losing all the time that I put on personal notes and text. I set one star only for this. So the feedback will stand out. You do a great job with the research on the bible, the articles are amazing and gave me the support that I need during this difficult time. However, as you do a great research, while I read the bible and the articles I don’t want to loose all of that value information that I found meditating while I read the bible. I’ve been waiting the new update to create list of pictures, multimedia that you announced. This will help me while I read the bible with my daughter as she still is learning to read and I have to find pictures from previous publications/ books and other articles published. Reading the bibles with multimedia and pictures makes easy for little ones to love God. Thank you again for all your effort bringing the spiritual information that we need every day besides the sync option the rate will be 10 out 10.Imateck maoVersion: 13.5

✓ Issues with version 14.0The input in the keyboard when I’m writing study notes is very glitchy. Keys don’t work and predictive text puts in unpredictable spelling. My husband just had to purchase a newer phone to keep using updated versions of the app. His phone runs iOS 15.1 and he tried to install JW Library version 14.0.2 but the app crashes on opening or if it opens at all is stuck in a loading loop. So can’t use app at all despite repeated attempts to delete it and download it again. Otherwise we love the app! But we need it to open. Thanks.New update hitchVersion: 14.0.2

✓ Glitch or userSeems to be a glitch. Will not allow me to download the days text. Click download and a blank box comes up which in turn freezes the app. Under the meetings tab it has no Watchtowers or Christian life & ministry to download. I love using the index for prep & personal study and that is missing under books, only 5 are sitting there, where are the insight volumes and all the others gone. Lost without this on my device. Have deleted the app and tried 3 times but still no good😩.SadJWVersion: 11.4.2

✓ BugI’m not able to download ANY media or publications whatsoever. When I click ‘download’ on the home page; it shows up with the download pop up but with no text and it won’t allow me to click anything.
