✓ A Great Navigational AidAfter using this app for a year from Dover to Cape Wrath and the western isles I can only say how reassuring it has been to have and use when the main plotter has locked up or the visibility has closed in or when you just want a quick confirmation of your position. When used in conjunction with Imray’s Tidal app it has provided accurate information to plan and navigate successfully the Corrywrechen, Sound of Luing or the Doris Mohr and more at springs and neaps. It took a good while to fully comprehend its workings for this OAP but it has all fallen into place now. I used ENC’s for 20 years before retiring and though they were all singing, all dancing, now find this Imray app refreshingly simple to use. I highly recommend it..KiwigerryVersion: 1.7

✓ Great aid to safetyOn my 2nd year of use. I use this all the time while coastal sailing. Easy to use and the tidal app that goes with it is very good as well. Sure there have been a couple of bugs at times a while ago when new versions are being released, but the support has been very good and fixes prompt. The support team even added a couple of features that I suggested would be useful. I will be renewing next year. Update: like others here I suffered the hassle with the IOS13.x.x updates that recently came in quick succession. Imray support seemed to respond quickly and I am now back working again. Just one more small issue that I can see to fix, which I expect will be cleared very soon..Ohy804Version: 2.1

✓ ExcellentAt this price for all these raster charts and ability to display AIS data, why would anyone not buy this. Seamless chart movement is a major plus over previous version. ✓ Bad update?Further to my previous review, I have found the old Imray map app working well with ios13 ! The new Imray Navigator app is useless....the nav bar distance off and direction stays at zero wherever the target is moved to, is there any possibility of money back please? ✓ WarinarigoI have used this and the tides app for a number of years, and like it a lot as a planning tool purely because I do not have an NMEA or gps input. What I would like to see is reporting in or out points as required by many ports for commercial as well as leisure users. In the English Channel and Dover strait sectors for reporting would help. Routes. The ability to save a route as a new name creating a new route from the original where the majority of waypoints can be reused quickly. The tides facility bottom left does not appear to work as one would expect when planning. It does not show the planned date and time and when + or - tabs are tapped it does not show the time advance or retard as it does in the tides app currents. I have noticed once or twice where a waypoint previously created is move to new location the lat/long are incorrect. So I would advise cross checking with the cursor to make doubly sure that the coordinates being shown concur. It saves surprises whilst navigating. I have an issue with the distance measuring tool. Whilst planning you have to go looking for it and moving both from and to to the location you are working in. Would like it to pop up either side of the cursors current position.
