✓ Sherwin-Williams ProEasy to use EXCEPT for making privacy choices. There are no easy ways to access your privacy choices! The app basically takes you to pages and pages of legal mumbo-jumbo where there are no buttons to disable cookies, tracking, and do-not-sell options. Instead , it has endless links to more legal jargon. Most other major apps allow you to easily make privacy choices. Also, the app doesn’t allow for you to change the date on your payment, for those who would like to set a date in the future. Your ONLY option is to pay now. If you are unable to pay now or simply inconvenienced, you will have to remember to come back and pay your bill before the due date! That’s a hard thing for business owners who can easily have more than 40 or even 50 monthly and quarterly bills to pay! Every other online billing system or app has a way to future date your payment for convenience. This app is obviously a work in progress..Version: 8.1.1
✓ I guess I expected moreI assumed I would have access, quickly, to those items that I order frequently, not what everyone orders. I had hoped for a quick way to open the app, place orders based on recent or open jobs, and arrange delivery. This gives me a way to check my balance, I guess that’s handy, but otherwise I just call my rep, he knows what I like, and he arranges delivery. Your staff is exceptional, all of them, but this app seems like it’s more of a concept than a working tool..Version: 5.7.0
✓ UnreliableThe app has promise but frequently does not acknowledge my password and almost never works across devices. If I start a search on my phone but want to switch to my ipad I can almost never login. All other good qualities the app has are more or less nullified when you cant log in..Version: 8.3
✓ Site locks up often.I get text asking me to link my email and the link does nothing. The site to view colors on my pictures of houses doesn’t work either. Due to the known problem the design people are swamped and only do one color. Obviously Sherwin Williams has spent a lot of money for bad applications..Version: 8.1.2
✓ Another App you need to start an account to use… instant DeleteRequires an account on start up screen. ✓ Cant log inI would love to love this app but it won’t let me log in using my correct password on my iPhone. I have reset the password many times and tried logging in on a different device and logged in fine, but it still says the password is wrong on my main device despite typing the same password. Gave up and created a brand new account with the same password and it says the password is incorrect when I log into the new account as well. I give up..Version: 6.0
✓ MalfunctioningWhere is the next update? I can’t seem to pull any products up when I search for them. Works fine on the computer but my mobile app is really frustrating. ✓ Not working on iPhoneIt keeps on telling me I need to register in order to access my account. The option where it says send email, it’s not functional, every time I tap it nothing happens. I have been having this problem since the beginning of 2023 and they just don’t fix it. I don’t have any problems accessing my account on my computer, just the iOS mobile version. ✓ Too complicatedJust as my title said-It’s TOO COMPLICATED. I don’t even know where to begin. One main issue is- Rather than adding up paper receipts to bill a customer I thought I could find that info in the app. At one point I WAS able to find receipts for a particular project but it took ALOT of digging. I tried again a few days later and was completely flummoxed. Finding purchase history is almost impossible. The mobile app is simply not user friendly. No point in leaving a review as nothing has changed for the 8 years Ive been using it. Sherwin is a great company but this app is absolutely insulting. 3 thumbs down..Version: 10.1
✓ S-W Has Long Way To GoS-W’s apps are not user friendly, intuitive or easily navigable without human involvement. I had to go to a store to open a business account, and then call the 800# for SW to “approve” it. Nothing during these processes required any additional verification that couldn’t be done with currently available tech. It was time consuming and a multi step manual process..Version: 7.4.0

✓ Love the Website, app needs a little moreLove the website, love the option to order & pick up & delivery. The app doesn’t stay connected to what I do on the website, have an order in the cart on the website but don’t want to order it yet & if I open up my app it isn’t updated with the new items. I’ve been on the go & need to order off the app & have to find all the items again 😒 Also didn’t have the option for delivery off the app which I prefer most of the time but can’t get on my computer because of being in the car on the way to the worksite. Not sure if I’m not seeing things right or not but it would be nice if the app is like the website..Version: 5.5.0
✓ Not for DIY, so no help unless you’re a PROWhy does this app think I am not a PRO? It would be sooooooo helpful to be able to order paint from my local Sherwin-Williams. Standing in line for an hour to order paint, then standing around another 30 minutes while the paint is prepared and mixed is just silly. I get that if people have to stand and wait, they will browse and buy more stuff. I just want to get in, get what I’ve ordered, get out and back to the job at hand..Version: 9.17
✓ Almost there!I’m digging the app so far, but just ran into a couple of things that could be improved. First, I couldn’t figure out how to place a standing order for an out-of-stock item to be purchased whenever it gets restocked. Second, I couldn’t figure out how to search for an item wherever it might be in stock; I had to check inventories store-by-store. It’s possible these features exist and I just don’t know how to use them..Version: 8.3
✓ Password resetThe app is very convenient. Sherwin Williams does a great job having your order ready and sending alerts to let you know they received your order and when it’s ready. However, since the app keeps you logged in, it requires you to re-enter your password when you check out for security reasons. If you forget your password, there is no way to reset it on the fly so you can place your order. It should be much easier to reset your password..Version: 2.3.1
✓ Needs further developmentThe whole point of an app is accomplish tasks within the app without relying on safari or chrome to open new windows. Many web pages don’t work well from the phone, so the app is supposed to facilitate that. Through the app, the option to pay invoices directs me to safari and the page is shrunken down so far, you need to zoom, and rezoom over and over. It’s easier just to use the website via laptop/desktop..Version: 10.8.1
✓ Really bad for a daily userThere’s a bug that won’t allow me to login, I’ll have to wait it out for a couple hours. ✓ Can’t order from appI’m being generous with 1 star. I ordered from this app a lot. I’ve used it for well over a year. The last 4 months it wont let me check out. It says I need to fill in the PO Box. I keep putting the customers name in and it still says I can’t leave the box blank. I’ve reached out to customer service 3 times and the last time they told me they would get back to me. It’s been over a week and I haven’t heard from them. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app 3 times and it still wont work. I’ve also made sure my iPhone is updated. With the price increases and the surcharge it may be time to take my business elsewhere. It also won’t use Face ID all the time. Once again it will not let me order from the app. I’m not doing anything different than I’ve done in the past. VERY FRUSTRATING.Version: 9.1.1
✓ TerribleBilling system terrible not expect that color to be the same in natural light and reality. Terrible at: Making project list Staying logged in Saving list Finding and syncing pro account Real time ordering and eta for products Actual colors Color bar codes to be accessible at store to be scanned on arrival. (Home depot does that from pictures of the formula sticker, c'mon guys keep up) Complete project list to emailed and/or shared Look, people make apps to say they have an app. We need an app that links our accounts to our stores and our phone. Being able to make a project list of material and sundries, sending it to the store, and confirming order is ready to be delivered or picked up would be priceless. With multiple jobs and clients need met on the fly this app could, could be a game changer. Instead its not. It does nothing but waste space. What I've suggested are normal general expectations in today's world. I hope you consider making the app useable not just a notch in your belt..Version: 7.4.0
✓ Quote toolThe quoting tool was a miracle !! Shaved hours off my quote time BUT …. Something happened now it’s a nightmare I’ve had to go back to pen and paper I’ve called tech support numerous times my Sherwin Williams rep has called numerous times I’ve deleted the app and re uploaded it at least a half dozen times I’ve made so many new passwords i have lost count one of the few times I’ve actually been able to log into my account to use the quote tool I got a call from my client suggesting that I take a look at what I sent him and it was in total disarray pictures not where they were put numbers in the wrong spot it was very embarrassing tech support tells me the same thing over and over that they don’t see any problems on their end I’ve even tried multiple computers thinking it was just mine !! Am I the only one that’s having issues with the SW pro app ?.Version: 8.0.0
✓ TerribleThis app has crashed when placing an order for months!! Even after many updates! How does a multi billion dollar company not have this fixed after months?!? It’s main purpose is to order paint on the app and it can’t even do that. Sherwin should be ashamed of themselves. A bug in an app is expected here and there but to not fix it for months is unacceptable.Version: 9.11
✓ SW Pro appI am new to this app it is not very friendly it’s very hard to find supplies and It only shows a few supplies I am a contractor with you guys it would make it easier for us if we can order supplies off this app and it shows all your supplies and it is really hard to look at all my invoices and when I do find it after a long time of playing with it when a invoice is paid it should say paid in fall or something and it should give you the opportunity to pay all your accounts at once and if you can do this then like I said it is not very friendly still needs a lot of tweaking and the part that says something about invoices I’m still confused with that is that set up as I can use to give a customer an invoice thanks for everything you guys are doing.Version: 7.1.0
✓ Difficult to Use!Apps should be simple to use and work seamlessly. That’s not the case with this app. Sherwin-Williams has many different programs that it’s really confusing and frustrating to get pricing. You have pro, consumer, perks and god-knows-what. Simply things/programs S-W, make easy to assess information quickly and get fair pricing for everyone. Most of the positive reviews are for paint stores. I still can’t get the price for a can of Emerald paint!.Version: 3.5.0
