✓ Not accurate infoI checked ‘near by bus stop’ from 2 blocks from the actual bus stop. App showed ‘There’s no nearby bus stop’ And this app doesn’t even show the actual bus arrival in real time. It’s only showing the original departure bus stop, then we have to figure out what time is the original departure time vs the current time frame. Useless app. I wasted $0.99..Version: 2.9
✓ RipoffThe app charges you $3.99 for access. Once you open the app, it will ask for more money to find stations near your location. The app is a con and should be removed form the Apple site..Version: 1.1.3
✓ Don’t bother with this app.The Bus section doesn’t give you any useful information at all. The app map doesn’t show you where you are. Try looking up a 2A bus to see when it’s arriving at your stop. All you get is a bunch of information you don’t need. Try looking up the intersection where you’re waiting for a bus. Don’t bother. ✓ Doesn’t deliver useful infoNo DC circulator bus info tho description says the app has it. Can’t search bus stops, so you have to scroll thru hundreds of stops to find the one you want. The Nearby feature doesn’t show you what lines serve the stop or help you navigate to the stop. Totally just wasted money..Version: 2.8
✓ Disappointed travelerThe new version of the old app is much less user-friendly: it is unwieldy, takes longer to navigate and find your particular bus, number, and - most importantly - does not show buses on route in real time ( the feature that was present in the old version), so one doesn’t know whether he/she just missed the bus or the bus is late. ✓ Typical government app not really what the consumer needsTerrible for a first timer. Ask someone rather than use the app for information. Make a link or button for first time users. Make a short list of what to do in layman’s terms. A quick search line to input a train station that will then pop up on the map showing where that station is would be helpful. A button to click “find me” which shows your phone location on a map and the closest station to you. A map/directions feature to input a station and it will show you on the map with a route to that station..Version: 1.2
