✓ ReviewThis app works great. We recently bought a truck and needed insurance information rather than going out to the vehicle in 100 degree weather I pulled the information up on my phone. I do have one suggestion. Please make a spot that says go to account information with out going through file a claim. ✓ CJ Ledbetter of AMFIG and Seascape Insurance is Wonderful!!!I have been with another insurance company loyally for years. However, when I moved and suddenly was going to have to pay almost $300/mo I knew I needed a different insurance company! CJ Ledbetter of AMFIG/Seascape Insurance helped me find the lowest and best rate at less than $100/mo with better coverage! Safeco might even have a client for life. I will try update in six months when I have experienced being insured by them longer. Knowing I’m prepared on the hwy. company cares about me. I feel I’m talking with a father figure when I talk about my needs. They care about not only my driving and safety but the vehicle as well. I learned a lot over the years about safely maintaining my vehicle. They’ll even go as far as to replace a windshield or tow you if needed for maintenance. ✓ Need improving!Needs a lot of work, I can’t see how much every car I have separated total is. I would love to be able to see how much I pay for each individual car. Also when I check the summary it takes me to a blank page and then I have to reset the app to get back on to the home screen. ✓ Terrible -they’re not readyTerrible. They’re not ready to roll the app out, but they’re advertising it. First they’re letter doesn’t help you determine which app it is when you search the apps to download. Second, when you finally figure it out and get logged in your account your account information is not complete. You get some type of error message that your policy is not ready or available to view. Third, of the little information that’s there you cannot update some of it online. If you try to do so the app refers you to call your agent. What’s the point. I guess I’ll go on my app so it can tell me to call my agent. wow! They sure impressed me today..StagypooVersion: 1.0.8

✓ Great App!I find the Safeco app easy to use and navigate. It’s simple and user friendly. I am able to do everything I have wanted to accomplish on the app such as changing payment type, downloading a copy of my insurance card , etc. Thankfully I haven’t had to try the “make a claim” function but it it as easy to use as the other functions it’s a winner..Cdkirk40Version: 3.9.0

✓ Great policyI’ve been using Safeco for years and they have helped me year and year again. I find being able to your policy on their app very helpful and addition the roadside assistance function. ✓ AppThe app for the most part is easy however I would prefer to pay the entire bill instead of what is due at a minimum and select a date a few days prior to the due date and not when entered. Paying the minimum due will cost an additional clerical cost per payment. I may just go back to pay by mail..Happy 😃Version: 3.4.0
