✓ The chat button is useless. The functionality is lacking.So basically this app is only good for showing your insurance ID cards and file claims. I’ll give it a star for that. Don’t expect any other type of services it claims to offer because it doesn’t really work..Version: 2.2.1
✓ Updated app removed my Touch ID capabilityAs the title says, now when I launch the app I can’t use Touch ID. I don’t know what my log in information is and I can’t reset my password because it won’t send the email to reset my password sooooo, I’m locked out of the app....thanks Safeco!.Version: 2.0.10
✓ Need improving!Needs a lot of work, I can’t see how much every car I have separated total is. I would love to be able to see how much I pay for each individual car. Also when I check the summary it takes me to a blank page and then I have to reset the app to get back on to the home screen. Please fix the app I love using it just needs some work..Version: 1.0.8

✓ Best insurance company everHMy wife’s Benz that was totaled put us in a weird situation but Safeco made everything so easy I would never even dream of going to another company from the rental car seeing the service to the payout that came very quickly and the additional $500 for returns in my deductible great place to be insured with wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.Version: 2.5.0

✓ ReviewThis app works great. We recently bought a truck and needed insurance information rather than going out to the vehicle in 100 degree weather I pulled the information up on my phone. I do have one suggestion. Please make a spot that says go to account information with out going through file a claim. He was on top of my claim, he was knowledgeable, friendly and gave me peace of mind during this stressful time! He still is in close communication with me until my claim was finalized. ✓ SAFECO mobile appThis app makes so much more convenient to print out ID cards, and even policies, if needed than going through the website. Just got a new car I need to transfer license plates, and I have been out town so it very fast to open the app right at my policy and print the letter of insurance..Version: 3.8.0
✓ AppThe app for the most part is easy however I would prefer to pay the entire bill instead of what is due at a minimum and select a date a few days prior to the due date and not when entered. Paying the minimum due will cost an additional clerical cost per payment. I may just go back to pay by mail..Version: 3.4.0
