✓ So calmingI love this app. I got it about a week ago and have used it every night to help me drift off to sleep. I have tinea, and the app sounds distract me from the ringing in my ears, plus the sound helps me visualise a beautiful landscape. I find it so comforting and calming. It reminds me of when I used to live rainforest areas. The environmental sounds add to the experience. The timer is really helpful as I can set it to turn off after a set time. Thank you so much.
