For example, 4Hz with 128 for let’s say 30 mins, then the same 4Hz with 256 for 10 mins, then 4Hz with 64 for let’s say an hour - things like that..Version: 2.1.5

She seems to be responding to the alpha waves, which are helping her become more alert at times when she seems less responsive. Also, the more calming waves are helping her relax when she seems to act a little bit more pain or agitated. However, I’ve barely used this app because i like to play frequencies underneath other things while i sleep, and this app does not seem to have a background play function.
