✓ Hard to Get SupportUpdated: the issue was fixed and I updated my rating from 2 to 4 stars. The only thing that keeps it from being 5 stars is a cumbersome help process. First, I actually love this app, it is a sister app to Swagbucks - same offers, but for shopping only. There are some really good deals offered and if you ever actually get to a customer service rep they are easy to work with. The reason I am giving it 2 stars is that one of the in-store retailers with offers (Walmart) disappeared on my Shoply, (but not on Swagbucks) and I can’t find how to report the issue. There used to be an option for online chat support with a real person, but apparently that went away. Navigation through the help center is time consuming and mostly NOT helpful..Version: 2.4

The app lays out boundaries, requirements, etc, and if they have an error processing your receipt, 9 times out of 10 it will be resolved properly with a picture of your receipt and the steps they offer. If not, you can return the item, it’s not that big of a deal..Version: 3.11

✗ Disgusting AppI have had the APP for about a week. I have been scanning my receipts and have my accounts attached. I was up to $43 and went to log in after the approved a transaction only to have it say that my account was deactivated. Of course there is no way to call or chat with anyone except to email. I then receive any email saying my account was described for not following the terms of use. I was not told how I broke the terms of use and was not given the money I had earned. I had in no way done anything dishonest. I only submitted the receipts for things myself or my wife bought. It’s like they saw I was earning money quickly and decided to deactivate my account to keep from paying. DONT USE IF YOU WANT TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THE MONEY YOU EARNED!!!.Version: 3.0
✗ Waste of time.Have tried this app 3 times now and never got a thing. App has no option to load receipts. Anytime I load thru the app I get 2 cents, no matter how much I bought. Trying on PC you can only submit 1 photo and it has to be zoomed in, so it’s impossible to take a picture of a receipt longer than 5-6 items, and you are disqualified after one attempt. I have wasted so much money buying things I wouldn’t have if it hadn’t been for the decent offers they pretend to have, then not getting them..Version: 2.5.1
