✓ Could have been good....But terrible controls, like almost unplayably terrible! Own hundreds of games so this is a common mistake I’ve seen before, however here what makes this unplayable is that taping move makes you teleport, which it does randomly as it hasn’t figured out proper stick controls. This means you teleport straight into enemies and die :( Good gfx, ok concept (quite like judge or space marshals, which isn’t a bad thing) with a nice multi layer twist. ✓ Eh***I’d love to know what the actual numbers are behind the Aether Distiller. I have 6 of the 10 slots purchased and am getting an epic perk at a WHOPPING 1.11%. That doesn’t include the 2 perks that I start with, which have never been epic. Considering the cost of the game, you’d expect much less grinding to be able to purchase anything of value. The whole random power up thing is straight out of the pay to play game model as well. To be truly honest, it’s like a less interesting version of Minigore 2, which was one of my favorite games. Maybe if you took some more cues from that game this one would be better. The graphics are great though, so good on you for that. ✓ Fun but crashesI have enjoyed Lovecraft since I was a kid and appreciate the greatness of Tesla so I was sold the second I saw this title. Game play is easy to grasp, harder to master, but definitely enjoyable! The cons are small, mostly it’s crashed a few times, which is annoying but not a deal-breaker. What is however is the fact I’ve beat Wardenclyffe (last battle on the first level) three times and every time it has crashed. ✓ Amazing game, broken graphics in latest updateGame is absolutely amazing, but the graphic quality went down the toilet in the latest update. ✓ DisappointingI love everything 10tons has done, and this is unfortunately the first one I don't. It is so close to being fun but just lacks the "one more game" that all of their other releases have. The weapons are almost all boring samey copies (shotguns or rapid fire in multiple variations) and there are very clearly "tiers" of weapons with some common ones that are totally useless and one clear winner way better than anything else (repeater shotgun). The power ups are really cool, but again some of them are totally useless and some are really powerful. Same with the perks - some are totally useless and some are really powerful. The epic perks are a neat touch but after 20+ hours of play, I've only seen two - the death ray (which isn't very good) and the infinite teleport. They're so rare that they might as well not exist. All of this adds up to a very heavily luck based game. You can play perfectly but still end up screwed over and over until you luck into the right combination of power ups, perks, and weapons, especially as you get further into the game. To make it worse, you can unlock persistent upgrades, but they are SO SLOW to acquire because the currency (crystals) drops like 1-6 PER LEVEL and they cost sometimes hundreds of crystals. On top of that, most of the upgrades barely affect gameplay, and have vague descriptions like "increase chance", so you could spend several hours of gameplay on an upgrade that does almost nothing. Add to that the really poorly designed controls and giant buttons on iPad, and its just not a very great game. It's alright, but not great. Which is a shame, because all of these problems seem to demonstrate that the game didn't get much balance testing and could be fixed, and it could be as good as all of 10tons other work. I hope that 10tons will release a balance update or expansion or something, because it would be a shame for all of their hard work to go to waste with something mediocre and so close to great..NoWayYouDon'tNeedThisVersion: 1.0.5.0

✓ Needs workI have been playing this game for a while now. All in all it’s a fantastic game! But a lot of the enemies could use some balancing especially with the sheer randomness of perks. Spawns of Dagon can 5-6 shot you with their charge which unless they are on screen you don’t know are there, making it difficult to not get hit. Yes there is your teleport but it’s hard to harness the reaction timing of a god. Secondly is the flying polyp which can drop your health by 1/4 if you pass through it, now again teleport and they can’t do much but the sheer damage their beam does should be brought down a bit for the occasional time you can’t teleport. The eldritch bosses need a big nerf. I get it it’s a boss it’s suppose to be hard but I spent 4 days, roughly 2 hours each day trying to get past Lord of Arkham on the normal plane! I’m not going to say I’m a trash player but I’m by no means a god player. Next is enemy animations. Every time I get close to an enemy they are able to attack me long before their animation even shows them hitting me. For example the dagons, they hit me when their arms start moving and not when their claws actually reach a point in which it makes sense that I would get hit. In an enemy hell type game, animation dodging is important and you can’t do that when your enemy can hit you before it’s animation starts. Finally is the controls. Personally I would recommend 2 buttons near the aim pad. One for teleport and one for your active ability. I can’t tell how many times I couldn’t teleport cause the game simply would only register as me wanting to move, same with the ability and aiming. Also there is a thing where if I choose a perk, the aim will act as my movement for a second or two making it difficult to get back in the fight.Night ShadiusVersion: 1.0.7

✓ Cool games but buggyI bought this game because I loved Crimsonland and this game is basically the same thing, same dynamic and similar monsters. I love it!
