✓ Don’t try to load mobile balanceKeeping its history Jazz is doing the same where customers trying to find where is their account balance going. Same thing happened while loading balance from JazzCash to Ufone. Amount deducted from my account but never reached to the destination. Ufone said they reverted the transaction but JazzCash customer service don’t know anything. Tried two times and ended up with same results. ✓ Pathetic app pathetic serviceOpened the app for the first time. It asked me for my mobile number and i entered it. Then it asked for name, email, cnic info etc which I entered. Then it send an otp which i received immediately and i entered it correctly. At this point, when i pressed next, it took me back to the registration form where i had to enter all my details again. ✓ Worst AppIt’s the worst app of any mobile wallet I have seen. OTP on SMS doesn’t arrive in 60 seconds so we have to press RESEND OTP which doesn’t arrive in 60 seconds again. ✓ Stalls while registeringI’ve been attempting, intermittently over the last few weeks, to register and activate my wallet so I could use it to make a purchase on Daraz. First , and still is, the issue of sms OTPs not arriving before time-out - I understand that could be a network issue - resulting in endless loops during which the app times out. When it does arrive, given the structure of the OTP, it’s a struggle to copy-paste it in before the 60secs is over. Email OTP has a timeout of 5min and no issues with that. Then comes the problem of uploading CNIC images. Tried both methods - upload and take photo - just get a black screen and that is the end. Need to try again. Never get to the 2nd or 3rd image upload. Have struggled with the above on multiple phone iPhones XR, 11pro and 8Plus - same issue.
