✓ Needs a lot of refining. Work in progress.I use this app with 5 different personal numbers and I think it need a lot of refining. A lot of issues with its work flows. 1) it is never accurate. Never shows the actual information on what’s left in your package. It always differs with the * 2222# info. 2) it decides at random on what to display. Sometimes it will show you all your active bundles and packages in the view more section, Most of the time it will not. Just shows the basic voice plan. Does not display the internet and voice/sms bundles add on info. 3) information for Warid users is never present. Only shows basic info, which is not accurate. Gives error when you click more info link. If it does not give error , it does it show detailed info. Warid app was much better and intuitive. 4) business accounts are not integrated. Really? I pay you half a lac rupee per month and I and my staff do not even qualify for a basic offer you make to normal prepaid users? I have always found Mobilink to have the highest standards. I firmly believe that some one at Mobilink will pick up my feedback and work on this app. I look forward to a more robust, intuitive app that gives me accurate situational awareness and makes my life easier..Version: 1.0.7
✓ Not great- needs improving- very limitedBeen using the app for a couple of months Good points are that you can manage up to 5 jazz telephone numbers Bad points are as follows:- 1.Doesn’t show basic required information for some of my numbers- such as remaining data, minutes, etc instead just shows rupee value e.g for remaining data 10rs 2.Doesn’t show other basic information such as when the monthly or weekly package will end Can’t use the app to pay for packages, add more credit, - shows the options, but won’t/can’t process it - end up having to go to shop to get credit 3.App to busy- tries to do too much like having special offers, music, etc without even being able to do the basics Overall this is a poorly implemented app and surprised Apple has allowed it into the store.Version: 2.1.4

✓ Worst companyJazz has packages but every call is charged extra, IF make package but call can not go through and message says you don’t have enough credit to call. They r I think only provider who’s HELP LINE also need payment to reach…. What a pity service !!! I have charged of 800 or 1000 rupee package but can’t call, for call, I need to put extra balance and after that balance, even package has free minutes but can’t dial. They r only fooling public and selling their so call service. Not recommended to any one..Version: 2.2.1
✓ BugsWorst app, a lot of bug issues. At times it doesn’t even load and when it does it’s always crashing. They’ve given so many features on it for example subscribing to data bundles etc without making a call, however every time you try and subscribe to one it’s gives an error message says try again in a few minutes. On trying again later you get the exact same message. Might as well not make an app if you don’t want to improve it or update it at all. Very sad to see such a big company cannot even manage an app..Version: 2.0.9
✓ Deceptive appI never write reviews, but I don’t want people to lose their money like me, so I’m writing this review. This is by far the most deceptive app I have ever used. I recharged 600PKR on my number and subscribed to the monthly extreme package through this app. Now the deceptive thing is they wrote 5GB per month next to the subscribe bundle. No more detail was given. So I subscribe to it. I had 300PKR remaining. A few minutes late I browsed the web, and after maybe 5mins I got a notification from warid that I have 10PKR left. I called their pathetic helpline and they told me this page was only valid from 2am to 2pm. I mean wow, what a way to swindle people of their money. Give as little detail as possible before people subscribe so we can eat their hard earned cash. Absolute thievery!.Version: 1.1.2

Then I simply asked her kindly tell me the purpose of verification code which i received regarding this offer in SMS at 11:15am which i didn’t put anywhere, on the same moment 11:15am another SMS received your offer activated successfully. Her response was your amount deducted correctly in very rude/angry way keep arguing we data/record like i did some sort crime. let’s suppose maybe i mistakenly clicked which I didn’t i m sure because i was watching video on safari browse but still i received VERIFICATION CODE which needs my permission to verify.
