✓ Almost never works, dev doesn’t respond90% of the time, the app fails to connect to the car. Other third party Tesla apps I use don’t have the same issue. It “fails to wake” and then gets stuck in an infinite failure loop even though the car is awake. The token expires constantly — I’ve had to reauth three times in six days. When you aren’t having those issues, the UI gets “stuck” and doesn’t offer enough feedback — tap on the Climate power button…did it turn on? Did it receive the command? I can’t tell, nothing happened. Developer doesn’t respond — I filed an issue days ago with screenshots and there hasn’t even been an acknowledgment. Save your money..Version: 3.6.3

✓ Looks great but limited functionalityI tried out other apps and prefer the look of this one. Also no phantom drain on the watch which was a deal breaker for me with other apps. Unfortunately, I cannot use any of the functionality like open doors, lock car etc because I get a 403 error upon any button push. So it’s really just a car key. ✓ Rarely Works, no supportHave been using for about a month, if you learn the oddly specific order of operations, sometimes the app functions. Mostly you see an extremely delayed state of your car. ✓ Doesn’t seem to work since update to new APII have an Apple Watch Series 6, and while the app worked prior to the update to the new API, I can’t get it to work as I can’t get the watch app connected to Bluetooth. Anyone else having this problem. While I appreciate that this is a once only charge I only bought the app in December 2023. DEVELOPER can you confirm that this app is not supported for Series 6 watches please. Or I have another problem - user error perhaps. ✓ Great when it worksMainly use it to “Turn on Climate” or to open /close trunk for my dogs to load up on driveway while I’m still in the house. It claims to work with Bluetooth commands and has a section where you can turn on certain commands, however, the iPhone says cannot complete this function every time you try to use them. All of us who have made our phones there “key” expect a pretty seamless experience when they approach their Tesla. The Bluetooth automatically unlocks the vehicle. Tesla sends a message through the app that Tesla is unable to share permission. Few posts have been created on Github asking for support with no reply! It was a great app! ✓ Difficult setup, not fully functioningI’ve just down loaded and installed this and companion iOS app on new iPhone and watch with current systems. The watch app will lock and unlock the car, and open the frunk and trunk and open/ the charge port. NO other commands work and after a long pause return an error 403. (Really helpful !) ✓ New update render app uselessIt says the api has changed and I need to update in order to work. Went through the whole process. Now I have to use my key and connect from scratch everytime I use it!!! I have 2 cars, and switching between them was seamless before. ✓ Stopped workingI purchased this app because I wanted a backup just incase I lose my phone and forgot my wallet. Downloaded the app and followed all the instructions and tested operation on my new model X and it worked for several days and then I noticed that it kept on failing to send a command and it would just give me an error message. The app couldn’t even open a door or the charge port. I then deleted the app and reinstalled it and it still didn’t work, so I have requested a refund through Apple. ✓ Crashed infotainment systemDownloaded this last night. Watch app was really great at unlocking locking etc. However! When I tried to drive my 2021 model 3, the infotainment system would not load at all. Imagined it was simply a glitch in the system so drove for a few miles, but the screen simply would not load up. After much frustration trying to get it working, I realised all that had changed since it had last worked was my downloading this app. So, deleted from phone and watch and screen system immediately reverted to normal function. ✓ App causing 470 pings a day to the car.Just finished a conversation with a Tesla tech and it looks like the this app is pinging the car 470 times a day, they were very concerned and asked me to reset the password. That helped to reduce the daily pings to 200. I have now removed the app from the phone and Watch to see if all the unnecessary pings are gone. Good app but it basically may void your car warranty if some parts fail due to excessive ping. Be careful! Hope you have a good liability policy..Version: 3.4.8

✓ WatchiaSo its very slow to react with the car. Takes a few seconds to think about it. Eventually will work. If you set your watch to have the watchia commands on your front screen they do not display. Even though it shows you can add them it fails to show on the screen. Be very cool if that works. I was hoping on the new update it would have corrected the problem as it does not. You have to search for the watch to find the app to make the commands. So if the speed was fast if the display actually worked and what you purchased actually gave you what you paid for it be a great app. I probably will be searching for something better and drop this one. However, I had issues with the new API (v3.5.5) which a work around was identified to address the “No vehicle found…” issue. Hopefully that will be corrected in an update.
