A little messed upI had to go back to the mt. Juliet store 2 times to get all I had ordered and paid for. My drink was left off first noticed. Then after I got home I had to go back again to get the strawberry shortcake. Must be having an off day. Usually things are great..Version: 3.9.0

Do not follow instructionsCan’t trust getting a salad from salad bar curbside, it’s always hit or miss. Don’t bother putting any special instructions, they won’t look at it. Disappointed again.. will only review if this happens multiple times :(.Version: 3.9.0

Fix your appEvery time I order using this app the payment portion does not work correctly. It takes at least three attempts for the order to go thru. I HATE using this app!.Version: 3.9.0

Food was horribleI placed my order thru the App and got home to eat, only to find that it was wrong. My chicken noodle soup had NO CHICKEN and just a few noodles. The container was 1/2 empty also. Then I opened my Carmela only to find it SLOPED TOGETHER WITH A TON OF ONIONS!?! I never asked for onions. I order from this location regularly, as does my husband for his entire office staff. This was the worst experience I’ve had.Version: 3.9.0

AwfulWent to Jason’s in Naperville for the first time. Will never go back. Ordered a Ruben sandwich. The corn beef was totally tough and fatty. Could not even chew it. Also cold…should have been hot! Spoke with manager but not very friendly. He did offer a refund or another sandwich which I took but that was not any better. Also, place needed to be cleaned. I usually go to the Jason's in Oak Brook so much better..Version: 3.8.3

DisappointingQuality of offerings is rapidly declining. Stopped in today for lunch. Ordered managers special. Sandwich was just ok. Soup was terrible. The tomato basil has to be thrown in trash. The potato was not much better. Both tasted like they were several days old. Fruit was unacceptable. Old and ragged. I will not be back. Need to fire the crew and start anew..Version: 3.9.0

McAlister’s Deli is so much betterI gave Jason’s on Coit Rd 3 chances to impress me and the food was not good. I stopped going there and now go to McAlister’s where the food is fresh and the people care about quality plain and simple. And the rewards program is better at McAlister’s too!.Version: 3.8.8

Order IncompleteMy order was wrong. Got potato chips instead of potato salad, also ordered 2 of the cranberry cookies to which I received nothing..Version: 3.8.8

Trouble scanning receipt for rewardsI’ve seen other reviews that say this as well, but I only have this app for the reward points. I have a receipt from eating there yesterday, and I can’t scan it because I keep getting the “Customer is not within range of a Jason’s Deli” error even though I am still in town. I’ve scanned receipts from my home before without an issue; the random-ness of the error is frustrating to say the least..Version: 3.8.8

Missing step in processI think the app is great, and seems to work just fine. However, I have ordered on the app two times in a row and neither time did anyone bring my order out to me. I indicated when I arrived and waited and no one came. So twice I walked inside and my food was sitting on the shelf and had been the whole time I’d bren waiting. Please pay attention on the curbside pick up serviceCurbside pick up need to be a real curbside pick up, do not provide the option if you cannot give the service. It is confused.Version: 3.8.8

Bad AppRestaurant is awesome, but the app is bad. I tried to login once and it said I tried too many times and wouldn’t let me try again even when I waited several hours it gave the same message. I deleted the app, got it again and tried again with the same outcome. There is no forgot password button and it apparently only lets you try one time and if you’re wrong it locks you out..Version: 3.9.0

Worst reward systemYou have to spend over 200$ to get a 10$ off coupon, at that point why even bother doing rewards at all.Version: 3.9.4

The problem is the people insideThe app works fine. I followed the instructions upon arrival. Waited … waited… no one brought out our curbside order. They were walking around, talking to each other, and no one was there. Employees need instruction on how to work curbside orders..Version: 3.8.8

Why won’t you change my email?This app is very frustrating. It will not allow you to change your email. I have also been by the store to try to get it changed to no avail. I also seem to have lost all my deli dollars and can’t get it fixed because I am unable to login through anything but my app, again because I don’t have access to the email on the account anymore..Version: 3.8.3

Love Jason’s, hate this appThis app has never allowed me to sign into my account to order, so I have had to use guest check out the umpteen times I have used this to order, which means inputting all my info every single time. Drives me nuts..Version: 3.9.0

App is glitchyThe app has lots of kinks. There have been so many times that I've attempted to check out and pay only to receive error messages..Version: 3.8.9

No DeliveryEvery time I place an order in the app it tells me to pick a different time. I pick a different time and it says the same thing. I give up. Has happened multiple times on different days.Version: 3.9.0

Slow and BuggyIn short, it works MOST of the time. When it does, though, it’s quite slow and every so often, my order won’t go through..Version: 3.8.9

Not so goodI ordered the baked potato and the chicken noodle soup, took a long time to get them. The potato was ginormous. The chicken noodle soup had for noodles and two pieces of chicken in about five little carrots. The rest was broth it was cold. I was not impressed at all. It cost me $25 for a baked potato, a bowl of soup and a strawberry shortcake and a bottle of water. I will not be back..Version: 3.8.5

?title of what?I like Jason’s deli, would order on line if I could pay when I pickup. Will not put my credit card on the phone any more. Fix that and I would be there more often..Version: 3.8.8

3 star ratingI would have given a 5 star but I go 2 to 3 times a weeek and order on my app. Literally every time I go I have to wait in the lines for people who are eating in the restaurant. They need to have a to-go pick up. It’s ridiculous that’s the reason people get to go so it’s faster..Version: 3.8.9

Why use the app at all?Love the food but very frustrated with the ordering process. I order on the app, pay on the app. They give you a time it will be ready. I get there and have been waiting 12 min now. I know they are busy and probably short handed but is that’s the case, don’t say it will be read in 10 minutes when reality is closer to 25..Version: 3.8.8

Can’t scan my receipt for rewardsThe only reason I have the app is to be able to get their rewards points. I write this, sitting in my car in the parking lot of one of their stores. I cannot scan my receipt, because it gives me a message I am not in range of a Jason’s Deli. 2 stars is being generous.Version: 3.8.4
