✓ Love it but...It’s an overs great app. However not happy that the logo function has been replaced with the overlay function as the logo function allowed you to place your transparent background logo onto your video. Now the overlay function doesn’t allow that Please can we get the logo function back (especially as I pay for the premium service) Otherwise it is a generally good video editor.Version: 3.35.0
✓ Videos LostI have used this program multiple times over the years (paying for one month subscriptions) and really enjoyed the product. I recently purchased the lifetime membership. I have now encountered two instances in the last two months where videos I spent 20+ hours editing were completely lost and unrecoverable. When trying to open the projects all I received was an error message that the project couldn’t be opened. There is no option to open the last saved version. I wish I could receive a refund for this product. I am deleting this app and will never open it again. Don’t waste your time or money..Version: 3.52.0
✓ Initially great not so much nowI used to love this app and it worked great now it seems more often than not I have to redo all my editing because something happens and I can’t save the video. I am not doing anything different however the edited video will not save and when I completely redo the editing using a new project it will most of the time work fine. I am paying for a subscription for this and am very disappointed and only growing more so. I guess it’s time to look at another video editing program..Version: 3.53.4
✓ My phone is running out of data!!!I love this app and I've subscribed for a year but the only issue I have is that after trimming a 20 minutes video to 10 minutes, the new size becomes twice as big as the original. Say original video is 600MB, it then becomes 1.5GB after trimming. It would be better if there's an option to reduce the size or quality..Version: 3.12.0
✓ No supportI have had couple problems with edited videos and tried to get some help etc. never heard back from anyone. The other day, a 3 hour edited video for a project just simply would not save, it would get to the 97% mark and just freeze on the screen! I tried to make contact again and haven’t heard a word from them. So I just considered that as a lost project and cancelled my subscription! So the app is ok but be AWARE of this before you sign up. Consider the amount of hours wasted and no help whatsoever I would not recommend this app if you use it for a business for ex. Thank you team but I am out!.Version: 3.53.4
✓ Not bad!I recently installed this app, and enjoyed making cool clips. However, I was a little put off because quite a few features need to be Balt such as a few music features, and stickers. I usually use clips and iMovie, but this is a cool app that I enjoy to use. ☺️☺️.Version: 3.14.0

✓ Super Easy To UseSuper easy to assemble a simple video! The stickers available are fun to add. With no built-in instructions you end up experimenting some for adding text. Be careful in adding music if voice from the video clips are to be used as both volumes are controlled together and the music may make the voice garbled. Plus there is no way to delete a music selection, you can change the selection maybe having a mute selection solves this problem? The Movavi trademark is seen on all videos, but three purchasing plans allow its removal - monthly purchases, yearly purchases, and permanent. If I need a fast easy video, this will be considered for use with a Movavi trademark shown..Version: 2.3.1

✓ Getting SloppyThis app was incredible (as far as mobile editing) before the last update. The single worst thing they changed is how you add music. Before the update, it was almost flawless where you could start the music at the perfect time. Now all you can do is cut the music at the end of the video. We had so much freedom with the music compared to now. You are limited to starting the music at the beginning of the track instead of at the end of the track so that your music ended with your video. Almost flawless. Now, I am looking for something else to edit my videos on mobile. Why was the changed so drastically ???? I didn’t like the response I got for this review. If you really think that there is more freedom applying music than there was before then I am deleting this app. It is no good anymore. Great work making a great app sloppy..Version: 3.2.0
✓ How to Put a Sticker or Text on a Moving Object failLiterally downloaded this app for that exact reason and they have seemed to eliminate that feature on their mobile app. But they give “step by step” instructions on how to do it on an article on their website. Which is great if you don’t have the mobile version. And I found a video where they did have the feature available in mobile a couple years ago but they have since updated it to no longer have that feature. They no longer even allow you to add stickers at all, and when I added text I couldn’t get it to pin to an object in my video, no options to. Wish I would’ve known. And their mobile app is so limited you can use in app editing to do the same thing on most social media platforms. So you don’t really need this editing app in particular, it doesn’t do anything special..Version: 4.7
✓ Not made for iPadI use a number of desktop Movavi products, and they are very good. “Clips” however, made for iphone and iPad, sadly only works in portrait mode. This might make sense on an iPhone, but as someone who travels with an iPhone and iPad, if I were able to use Clips in a landscape mode on an iPad, it would make it less frustrating and much more ergonomically friendly. So Movavi, if you’re listening, until the day comes, I will continue on with alternative competitive applications!.Version: 3.53.4
✓ Amazing app.. when it works…..What to say about this app, well when it shines it really does shine. I downloaded it on March 3rd 2021 and after messing around with some demo stuff, I knew this would work for me. I immediately our purchased the upgraded version (no limits, no watermarks, no limited audio clips) and was off to the races. I found the app quick to master and even began to enjoy finding content to edit. I began making clips just so I could use the app!!! Anyway obviously it has shortcomings I discovered pretty quickly but they were things I could live without (no ability to duplicate clips, no way to name projects, text effects extremely basic). Where this app really shined was the seemingly endless audio clips, I must have created 100s of clips and I could never find the bottom of this exhaustive list. Sadly they don’t seem to want to develop this app very much and on a recent trip I noticed I couldn’t load and audio clips in any category past the first page. I thought this might be a bug and when I called it to the companies attention they did respond to my inquiry, but ultimately closed my ticket with no resolution. In conclusion I’m not saying this is a bad app, but TEST the audio function first, because if it’s buggy for you, your just paying for a great feature that is unusable, and the company is in no hurry to fix its error. Without the audio library it’s just another editing app on your phone..Version: 3.52.0

✓ Update ruined the appSuch a good app ruined by an update.. lags and crashes. Also a BIG issue is you can only upload from my “most recents” album or “favourites” can’t upload from any other albums… I pay for premium but I’ll be cancelling my subscription. ✓ New version, no good.I have been a faithful user (and promoter) of this app for several years now. The new changes have made this app less user friendly, options I relied upon are no longer available, and after working for an hour to relearn to try and edit my video the app continues to crash. It won’t let me edit anything on one segment of the video and I also can’t delete said segment. If I try, the app stops working and eventually closes itself. Very disappointed and will be looking elsewhere for video editing options. I get wanting to make changes and updates, but you can’t expect to role out halfassed updates that don’t work and expect paying customers to be happy..Version: 4.2.1

✓ Very clunkyI found it very clunky on ipad. Be far better to use free Apple software. I got the feeling it could have potential ... But getting it right should not be my problem. I’m not selling the app. Can’t understand the previous reviews if they were tried on ipad. Maybe I’ll see how it does on iPhone. Tried on iPhone. Had same problems. When I opened the App it went straight to a screen which was in the middle of editing a clip and froze. I hadn't started with a video. This happened with iPhone and ipad. Had to reload the app to get past that frozen screen. When I did reload app and got past the frozen screen it kept asking for permission to access my photos even though I'd given it. Had to give it a few times to get the app going. I told the developer in a response that I'd wasted enough time with the app. These may be my problems. Maybe I'm not using it correctly but I definitely don't want to continue with this app. There are numerous favourable reviews here. It gets a very high rating - so it's possibly just me. ✓ No voice-overThis is not the app I have been paying for years. In the new app there is no voice over. Basically, I have paid for an app that I now dislike using or can't use. ✓ Find another appThis app is terrible - please do not use it! It constantly freezes, crashes and when it does it at times will lose the progress you’ve made with your project. It’s a shame as it has great tools but it’s extremely buggy and unreliable - I’ve lost so many projects due to it crashing. ✓ Keeps crashingI have an iPhone 7 and spent several hours clipping and editing and getting the music just right and all. Once ready to save it the app would say it was 1% complete with the save and then just crash. I opened it a dozen times and same ole story. So I decided to pay for a 1 month membership hoping that it would work then. Nope. So then of course the project was no longer there and available to even look at. All gone. Is there a limit to how long the video can be? I’m not very happy. Lost time and money. Nice. Up until trying to save it and upload it the features are actually nice and easy to use. ✓ I wish I could love this, but terrible responses! I lost everything!It has everything I would want in terms of functionality. Simple, straight forward, could be pretty powerful. I have been PAYING for this app MONTHLY for OVER 3 YEARS. Soooo many glitches, problems, issues. I have LOST SO MANY projects. So many back and forth emails of apologies without solutions. I have been heartbroken too many times by this app by the projects I have started and then come to open my app next time and they are...GONE. How is it that I have stuck with these folks for so long you must wonder. And now, the app just updated itself to this brand new version, brand new look on my phone, without my consent, and POOF! Everything is gone again. EVERYTHING. They claimed there was a notification but there was not. Nice try. What the actual f is going on here? ✓ Used to LOVE and recommend it, now it crashesHad Movavi for years and absolutely loved it. Subscribed to it. Bought it! And it worked really well. But as of late it crashes continuously where I can’t use it now. Sent a few tickets to report an issue and crickets! No support. No feedback. No fix! :( When an update came I hoped it would resolve the issue, but no. Still crashes every time I upload a video or pic for editing. I dislike leaving bad reviews and I really want to give 5stars but I can’t. I think 3 is a stretch given I can’t use the product due to crashes. ✓ Outrageous Scam!Was trying to make a video for my best friend’s 50th pressed free 3 day trial, I was on the app no longer than 12 minuets and they have taken $111.99 yes one hundred and eleven ninety nine from my bank account!!! ✓ Awful updateWhat kind of garbage is this? Why take a good app and change it so much to make it awful. I bought the original app and was extremely happy with it. Then, I noticed that it had been updated and downloaded it! Huge mistake. Not sure what the developers are trying to do, compete with, or what market/audience (teenagers?) they are trying to capture. This update is cluttered, user unfriendly, awful music (compared to the old one), still lacking options, etc. I am extremely frustrated, now looking for other options. ✓ Not GoodI worked on my project for 3 wks. Get ready to present and it crash several time & then stop working for me. Subscription were paid a couple times hoping I can get my slides back, but in the end it did not work well or will not work at all. Editing and adding video is super simple and fast but the ending project makes you feel like you have wasted 3wks of work and time because you can not present what you’ve worked on for almost a month. ✓ Loading Screen keeps on crashingFor some reason the loading screen keeps on crashing and this has never ever happened before, like it used too crash sometimes after I would select a clip but I found a way to fix it, by uninstalling the app than installing it again and now it is crashing on the loading screen and I have uninstalled and reinstalled this multiple times but it hasn’t changed a thing..Version: 3.15.2
