Great reminder options can even remind yourself seven days before, a day before few minutes before an hour before. It’s brilliant and you can add as many events as you like. Notes too. ✓ Amazing and so incredibly useful!I don’t know if it’s just me but I absolutely HATE apple’s calendar. I hate the way it’s set up, how it looks and using it has always been too annoying or complicated to bother. The notifications are just useless in reminding me of anything as well. Found this app and while I wasn’t to hopeful at first, a few minutes is all it took to fully change my mind! Aesthetics and simplicity is what makes or break a reminder, notes or self care app for me. I honestly didn’t think this app would do much to help me as I’m a very forgetful person when it comes to dates, times and birthdays so I had to figure something out (I honestly struggle to remember anyone’s birthday other then my mom and dad’s. It’s terrible). I usually tend to stop or not use apps as much after a while too, whether they helped much or not so that was another hurdle. I’ve had this app for almost a year now and I use it constantly! As a student it’s extremely helpful that it’s so quick and easy to jot down a date and title on the widget and in the app. The widget is definitely extra helpful in my opinion as I sometimes don’t have a lot of time to look for the app and add it. If you have the ability to use widgets I definitely recommend, it just adds a bit more to an already amazing app. The fact that it shows you events a few days in advance is just devine. I’ve never found a calendar app that’s so simple and easy to navigate, edit and organize to my liking. This is honestly the first app that I’ve written a review on before so maybe that says something too lol..Version: 2.1.7

You used to be able to change the colour of any event but you can’t anymore for ‘exchange’ entries. Please enable this again or a setting to let you do this. 2. ✓ My favourite calendar appI downloaded the free version to try it out initially following a recommend from a friend. I’d tried a number of similar apps over time, but always ended up deleting them for one reason or another. I don’t need something that takes the dog out for a walk so to speak. It’s not overly complicated, the names’s a bit of a giveaway of course :-) and it does ‘what it says on the tin’. I paid a very reasonable amount to remove the ads and for me, this is now the only such app I will use. Try it out, that’s the best way and see for yourself..Version: 2.1.0

You can’t see your phone laid out in front of you - with this calendar it’s all there in front of you, no clicking on the dates to see your plans for that day/week/month are just simply open your calendar and it’s there. I’m sure (hopefully) the designer will add such things as a “yearly view” at some point in the future. Which isn’t a big deal as the ad banner is small and at the bottom of the screen which doesn’t affect anything. The ads are not intrusive but I would want pay the developer for their work. It is easy to use but may not be comprehensive enough for some, but for the majority of us it is enough. ✓ Perfect appReally appreciate this app. It is compatible with my Apple calendar so I can use my phones create an event feature with SimpleCal. I love how you can easily and quickly create a new event with two taps and you can click on the day you want and it automatically selects it for you. Also it saves your event names so for reoccurring appointments it is very streamlined to book your next appointment. There’s some nice customisability in the look of your calendar.
