✓ Great concept but navigation is confusingYou really need to re-design the navigation system on this app, it’s so hard to get around and find things..Rosco 99Version: 7.0.0

✓ This app is so faultyWithin the app, there are so many things overlapping each other. A general message displayed could then be added into the mail box so you will need to read the same message from different places or else it keeps notifying you that there is an unread message. But the worse function is payment. It is so confusingly designed and it feels like you are battling in a labyrinth trying to get your way out. But the worst part is after you have entered your payment card details, there is a message popping out warning you about a fee that your bank may charge. And that message won’t go away, only displays “back” button and not “continue” for you to select. When I thought the “continue” maybe under the “back” button, I tried to swipe the message up slightly so I can see and select “continue” if there is one. Instead, it swiped up the background message and not the front one that is displaying on your screen. In the end, I couldn’t make the payment to the school at all. How on earth would schools use an app that is so user unfriendly and so useless due to its poor design?.MaiaPhamVersion: 7.161.0

✓ It’s okFor most communications it gets the job done. The new UI takes some getting used to but I’m sure that will just come over time. The one thing I really hate about the new interface is it only uses portrait orientation! I use an iPad with a keyboard so that’s always in landscape. It’s also far, far easier to read letters etc. in landscape no matter which device I’m using. Using a phone in portrait it means constantly scrolling from side to side just to read anything. ✓ Notification hellThis app is terrible. Everything from its name (Weduc -rolls off the tongue) to its worse than ceefax menu navigation. But by far the worst is it’s notifications. The settings don’t seem to do anything. I have a choice, turn notifications off entirely and potentially miss an important school date or be bombarded hourly with repeated notifications. It’s now the school holidays. Everyday I will receive a notification telling me that the school is closed. Even though it’s set to “quiet days”. ✓ App languagesThe app it’s self is okay but find it silly how all languages are on there but apart from polish specially as my son school has a lot polish people and my self, some of our parents grandparents don’t understand so good English.
