✓ Super disappointing and a waste of $7I gladly would have paid $7 for a useful app with lots of information about Young Living but this app is poorly written, hard to navigate and the entries don’t seem to make much sense. Also, I have been involved with Yung Living for 12+ years and the information isn’t about YL specifically. A 100% ware of good money..Version: 1.3
✓ Hard to useThis app is hard to use. Not sure where the high ratings are coming from and the list of oils are. not up to date. When you did your search and its not finding it, there is no way to go back to menu. You have to close the app and reopen to see the bottom menu. Very dissapointed..Version: 1.4
✓ Nothing more than an e-book could provide.With all the great reviews I thought this would be better. I have enough reference books, both hard copy as well as electronic, so this did not impress me at all. ✓ Poor ChangesI got this app, paid for this app, because I wanted the ailments section with all it’s recipe suggestions. I am very disappointed and feel rather ripped off that it got taken off. ✓ Very disappointedI bought this last week and it won’t load 98% of the time. I click on different sections (“blends” for example) and it just does the spinning loading sign over the app page. ✓ Missing oilsThis is a great app, and so handy to have and look up the oils and the blends, and what they are good for. I just looked up Jojoba, and it’s not included. It makes me wonder how many others oils are missing from the list. Including all oils will help oil users in their selections as they continue to use YL oils. Also, as another reviewer pointed out, it would be helpful to have a list of ailments and the recipes suggested for each. This, again, will help the consumer make the most out of their use of YL products. I recommend that that you keep updating and developing this up. Thank you!.Version: 1.5.0

✓ I used to love it, now not at all!This app used to be my go-to for help with ailments. Now the whole ailment section is gone. Please fix! I paid for this when it was the best essential oil app. I hope it will be fixed soon and not a total waste of money. However, the ailment section has recently disappeared. As a result, I do not feel the app is worth the money. ✓ Used to be a great App, not anymore.I bought this app to help me figure out what oils go with what ailments. This app used to give me a list of ailments and tell me what essential oils help. Although the past 3 months the app has taken away this feature. I emailed the App’s technical support and they didn’t help. I ended up calling the YoungLiving company and they said this isn’t an App from their company, this is a 3rd party app. I’m disappointed that they took away the ailments, but then to find out it’s not even YoungLiving is so disappointing. ✓ Why did this app change?I purchased this app a year and 8 months ago. I almost never pay for an app but a friend recommended it and it trust her. At first I loved it. It had an ailment section where I could look up a problem and find information and recipes. I felt that I had spent my money well. Just recently however, the ailment section has disappeared from the app. I feel a bit duped. I would never had paid for this app without the ailment section which I feel is the most beneficial part. I thought maybe it was because I needed to do an update either to the app, my phone or both. When I went into the App Store to check on the app, it no longer shows an ailment section in the description. Maybe it because I’m type A... but the way the recipes are written is hard to read •Instead of: 2 oil 3 oil 4 oil Directions Like a recipe usually reads, It’s: You add 2 of oil, 5 of oil, 10 of oil, 3 of oil drip in roller swirl... etc ??????? I’m bummed and more confused that when I started to say the least. YL doesn’t even carry a lot of the oils they say in this app. (Sweet birch, Spanish Broom, Silver Fir Needle?!?) Another thing is; under an ailment it lists the oils helpful- but then the recipes call for different oils...?????? ✓ Needs work, search not working and freezesI am new to EO and YL. Usually don’t spend money on apps but have a lot to learn so made the purchase for $6.99. Tried to search for specific EO on Oils page but not only did it not do anything when entering a partial name, but also did not work when typing in the full name and hittin search. Then it kind of froze and no longer had a full listing for me to scroll to find what I was looking for. Had to close out the app and reopen it. Not fun! ✓ Needs more infoI love YL, and recently became a member but I am quite overwhelmed with all of the info, uses, and ways to apply EOs. Luckily I have a great team that’s given me the reference guides and stuff, but almost none of that info is included in this app! I thought this would be the easiest way to keep track of things, and it is helpful, but it is not all-inclusive. I’d like more simple and easy ways to use the oils. For instance, in the Copaiba section, it does not mention its use for teething babies! But this info can be found in the Welcome Book and he Pocket Reference. I have tried to find some common ailments, such as pink eye or an ear infection and how to use oils to alleviate symptoms before going to a medical professional ... nothing there.
