✓ Update problemsI have loved this game and colored constantly and was so excited when I saw the ability to update it hoping to get cooler pictures and features. Instead when I updated it when I would click it would show the loading screen for about two second then go back to my home screen. I tried for a WEEK to get it to work in high speed places and everywhere I went, but nothing worked. I finally decided that I would just delete it and re-download it because I loved coloring so much. I lost all of the pictures I colored and some of them didn’t upset me to much to loose but some took me days and we very had to color and I loved and worked hard on, some I colored for my mom, and some I did fun little challenge where I picked a random picture or tried not to make a mistake and if I did I had to restart. I am really upset at this so until they get this fixed (which I’m hoping is soon) I would not update if I care about my pictures..Version: 1.7.5
✓ This apps awesome (tips)Just saying I love this app to bits I love the look of the arts and how it moves and a lot more but there is one thing I really don’t like and my friends don’t like is how the ones that you need to pay for is really good looking ones. And one last tip is to have at least 20 new ones come In a day. ✓ Great game, but..This game is brilliant as it is vary relaxing and helps to pass the time. Although, sometimes the game glitches and the palette says I haven’t found all of the colours for that certain number when in fact, I have. I also have a few recommendations for this game; I would love if you made a ‘recommendations box’ where you recommend things for the game to add to colour in, as this would satisfy me and a lot of other people too. If you don’t do the recommendation box then I have a couple of ideas for drawing you could do, but could you please not make them locked as I know and understand you have to make money out of the game somehow but I really cannot afford it, even though you are the best colouring game I know. ✓ Absolutely recommend!I normally don’t write reviews but this app truly deserves one. i’m not usually hooked onto games like this and after you had to pay to do colorfy i was put off, however this game is such a good stress reliever with a simple concept (basically painting by number) and with new designs released more than once every single day (some are even animated!) and with a fancy, satisfying time lapse at the end, all for free, how can you not adore it? there is like a sort of sandbox membership where you get some extra designs however, this game is still a gem even without having to pay. best thing of all, it runs without wifi, is AD FREE and has a very clean design. love it, i definitely recommend..Version: 1.1.2

✓ Pros and cons about sandboxSo basically it is a really good game and I really enjoy it. Here are some pros. I love to colour stuff in and this is a great example for this. And that you have a lot of pictures to colour in which is really cool and I just love it. Now here a few cons. So when you colour in a different number and you accidentally tap on another colour that you have done, you just have to go back to that number and it quite annoys me really. Here’s another one. Also when you accidentally colour in the white background and you don’t know that you have done it, and when you’re finished, it shows where you have coloured and then you have to go over them again. So yeah, that’s all I have to say. But still download this game it’s really fun!.Version: 1.2.5
✓ Cool new feature ideaHi Sandbox team, To start off, I just wanted to say that I absolutely love your app, I’ve been using now for about 5 years to pursue artwork as well as artwork of others. There are times, however, where I don’t know what picture to colour in, I can’t think of a certain topic. So, an idea I had for this is some sort of feature that when pressed, brings up a completely random image on the app for your to colour in. Whether it’s a button or setting if some sort, it doesn’t really matter. I would personally really love to see a feature like this as it would be fun to do when your not sure what to colour in. ✓ LOVE IT! But...I love this app! Its relaxing and has good colourings. SOMETIMES, ive made so many actually decent ones, submitted them and then really bad ones get on! I want other people to be able to do my colourings! :) Also speaking of bad colourings, there needs to be better colourings for the non-prenium members! At least give a week of free colouring! ✓ This app is ruining my life in a good(?) wayI spent 3 hours drawing a tree the other day. A tree. It's ridiculously addictive, but that might just be because my alternative is studying. It's also very inconspicuous - from experience I can tell you that it is very very easy to play this in class/library free periods/literally anywhere when you should be doing productive things, and no one will have any idea that you're not actually googling the analysis of Sisyphus metaphors in chapter 3 of the Grapes of Wrath. So in short - 10/10 for procrastination tools and unexplainable addictiveness. Also I'm pretty sure that most of my friends hate me for constantly saying things like "whaaat? There's green AND pink in this??" , "I know I'm missing a number 4 but WHERE?" and continually forcing them to watch the cool time lapse things the app does when you finish a drawing, but if that's the price I must pay, then so be it..Version: 1.1.9

✓ Amazing+update ideaI absolutely LOVE sandbox as it’s so easy and simple yet so relaxing and enjoyable! You guys have been really working hard on the pages and also the recent updates, and it’s really paying off! I know a lot of people aren’t happy with the prices but since I love the app so much I am subscribed, because if you know you love the game and you will stay on it I think the money’s worth it. Plus you do get a lot more pages and they’re mostly pretty good. Now the main reason I wanted to write a review, I have a really cool new concept maybe you could consider adding into the game. I love the realistic looking pages and so to make them even more enjoyable maybe you could add an option to turn one of your own pictures, on your camera roll, into a pixelated colouring page! This would be really cool because it would add a personalised touch to the game and make them even more enjoyable, if that’s even possible! I really would love it if you could consider this idea because i think it’s pretty good! ✓ Best relaxationI play daily for new pictures but love when I tap the little white circle (bottom left of an image) it brings up more of the same type of pictures! The double tap on a particular colour to take you to the spot you missed saves minutes of swiping around the screen, as does the double tap on a large area of the same number/colour. I've started adding some of my own pics from my photo library but I'd like an option to increase the pixel amount for sharper images on my imoprts please. ✓ Amazing App 10/10 Would RecomendThis app is exactly what i have been looking for. It is super fun when you are bored and just want to play a mindless game like if you get bored of scrolling through social media or are stuck on a game, waiting for your hearts to regenerate. Or long car rides, plane trips, or just want to twiddle your thumbs. i got super addicted to it right away about a month ago & in the span of two days, i had already completed 100 total pictures. i have been reading a lot of reviews that are saying the app would be better if they had more challenging ones for free, as if there aren’t some already. You just have to scroll down a little bit until you reach them. i have shown this app to many people & i hope they show it to many more because this is the best app I’ve downloaded in a while. The animation feature is also super cool. for me personally i had always loved watching the video at the end & once the animation was added it just made the video look so much better in the end..Version: 1.1.4
✓ Best Time Waster/Relaxing AppThis app is by far my favorite app right now. I got it because it seemed like such a novel idea compared to the countless coloring apps on the App Store. At first I thought this would be similar in the sense that you would have to pay for a subscription to access all but 10-20 free pictures. That’s not the case at all. The way it works is they release a few new pictures every day or so, some of which are free, and some of which you have to pay a $8 (for A MONTH of PREMIUM CONTENT). Some will agree that the best pictures are locked behind the subscription but there’s plenty of free content out already and plenty more come every day! It’s ad-free and consumer friendly, plus you get to watch exactly how you colored your picture in a time lapse video which is a fun, great feature. I recommend this app to everyone I know and have gotten a few hooked on it too. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone looking for an app to help them unwind after a long day or anyone with 10 minutes to spare. You will not be disappointed!.Version: 1.1.2
✓ Best pixel art appThis is probably the best pixel art app I have ever had. There are millions of pixel art choices to choose from and you get 5 to 10 new pixel arts a day. There are no adds and there’s a style of art for everyone one there you can even search up certain categories you might like. There are some that are locked and you have to pay $2.99 a month to have it, I don’t have it but you might get a bigger selection of realistic arts. There’s also a whole gallery of pixel arts you’ve been working on and have finished. This game doesn’t require internet at all. I figured this out about a week ago but while you’re in you’re gallery you can tap on the little picture icon and turn your own pictures into pixel arts as well. ✓ My Favourite Game So FarJust saying this now, I love this game and am an avid player. It’s a relaxing app that helps me when I’m stressed. Definitely suggest this game to other people! However, there are a few things I’d like to point out. First of all, I think it would be really convenient for the player if the eraser was on every bar. To elaborate on that, I feel that it the little eraser thingy should always be accessible, meaning that it is on every bar, not only the first. Secondly, the feature that allows for the player to see which numbers they have completed is a bit glitchy. And lastly, I think that it would be easier for the players if you separated the free pieces from the member ones. All in all, I love this game (lol even if it doesn’t sound like it)!.Version: 1.1.1

✓ Already love the app!I’ve been trying to find the best kind of colour by numbers app for a couple of weeks now and this is one of the best! I enjoy the amount of pictures and the easiness of the app itself. I have yet to see anything asking for money, so I can’t comment on that but I already adore the app. The only thing I have a problem with is the fact that you can go into the white blocks around the picture itself if it’s simply just pixel art but I know that’s just a little annoying thing that I’m picking at and it’s not really an issue with the app itself. I would also like it if you weren’t able to accidentally undo a pixel you have already coloured if you accidentally press on that already coloured pixel when trying to use another colour for another number. I tend to get carried away with going in order and I like to fill one square at a time so it means me having to recolour already coloured squares over and over again. All in all, I really, really enjoy the app and will definitely be keeping it on my iPad!.Version: 1.3
✓ A great app, could use a few additions!I haven’t written a review before but I felt like I needed to add one! I honestly really like this app, it’s probably one of the most calming things you can do when your stressed or angry and it’s quite time consuming. Another thing I like is that there are no adds and that you’ve evened our the hardness in the pictures for both people that do and don’t pay, although me and my friend discussed a few things you could add, such as a search bar (for example, you type “Fox” and it finds all fox related pictures), a button on the picture preview that lets you save it for later instead of having to colour in some of it and a sort of “make your own pixel art” section? Although I love this game, I feel like these suggestions may help some people, especially since you need to be online to load new pictures. ✓ Love it but...I love this game and think it’s one of the best colour by number games out there, there’s heaps of drawings you can do and i love the simple but effective layout of the app. but... all the good drawings are in the paid selection, i get that it’s a good way to get money for your app and helps with later developments but it’s pretty expensive and a lot of people including me can’t really afford it. i think it would be a good idea to be able to watch an add for the drawing or to lower the prices a little. also it would be great if you could have it easier to get to the colours when you press the wrong square instead of having to scroll all the way back to the colour. all in all this app is fantastic and i hope you take my considerations on board. can’t wait to see more from this game in the future..Version: 1.2.7
✓ Great app for artistsI absolutely love this app for when I’m having an art block/am having a hard time finishing lineart. This app allows me to color work I’m interested in with no hassle and leaves me satisfied once I’ve completed each illustration. The only criticism I have is that there are so many images I don’t know where to start. As an artist I like to know where my resources start and stop and I’m continuously scrolling trying to reach the bottom which I know is just wasting time and energy. I would maybe suggest implementing a better search feature as I will type in things like “cute” and only receive around 10 results while I know there are plenty more. Or maybe having an organizational file system where older work that was submitted before stays in one folder while newer works are placed in the “new” or “just released” folder. I believe it would make things a lot easier for both artists, hobbyists, and kids to have for navigation. ✓ The Best Coloring App I’ve ever usedHonestly, this is the BEST coloring app I’ve ever used, mostly cause a lot of pictures are free which is what I like, unlike other coloring apps I’ve used, this one lets you do the MOST drawings ,so it doesn’t pressure me into buying premium, so yep. Like, Unicorn Sandbox Coloring, I think, almost all of the realistic pictures were locked, while in this app there were more realistic pictures, which I like, because I LOVE doing difficult drawings! Plus, it’s something I could do when I’m bored. I also like the hidden movie references you put in the app, for example, you can color characters from Undertale, or Pokémon, Sailor Moon, Assassanation Classroom, which I LOVE! And you even color Johnny from The Shining, LOL 😂 I also think you guys should let just a little more realistic pictures for free, because I don’t think people want to pay 40$ a year for premium so yep! I love how this app has new pictures every day and that there are LOADS of different pictures. There are characters from cartoons, anime's and mangas and I love that. What I do not like is that you have to pay for a monthly subscription, I would prefer it if you had to pay for the actual app and get all of the images free or have to pay a small amount of money for one specific image. ✓ FantasticI am not one for writing reviews but felt that I needed to on this occasion. I absolutely adore this game. It is by far the best game I have played on my mobile device. It is great for all ages. Updates are fantastic with at least 6 new pictures added per day. I love the fact that they release equal amounts of pictures for free users and paid users. Yes,the paying users get better pictures but that’s absolutely expected. It is not often games also concentrate on free users too. NO ADVERTISEMENTS!! I honestly cannot rate this game high enough. Hats off to the people who make and support this everyday. I love that myself (35 years old) and my son (12 years old) are both playing it and keep comparing pictures. Thank you for giving us such a fantastic game that also provides for non paying players. ✓ Good game but needs improvementI used to love using this app because it gave me something to do with my time and it was relaxing but now its become an annoyance because of the most recent update. It was relaxing to be able to tap each square to color it in but now the fun has been taken away with the double tap to fill feature. I have to meticulously watch to make sure I do not tap on the same square twice and fill in everything without my permission. That new feature should be optional so that if someone does want to double tap to fill in all the squares they can and if they don’t they can simply turn it off and be able to fill the squares in how they would like to and at their own pace. It just takes all the fun out of the app because you can complete the picture in seconds instead of taking your time. Now if someone wants to pass time they have to be extremely careful and cautious of where they tap and how many times they tapped that space. It used to be something I could do to pass time or keep myself occupied but now it is something that has become an annoyance..Version: 1.2.1
✓ Great app but a few suggestionsThis is an amazing app. there are a lot of detailed pictures that are available for the users that do not want to pay for the subscription. also, 3/5 of the pictures are available for everyone. i’m always looking forward to 2:00am (CENTRAL) and 2:00pm (CENTRAL) because that’s when the new boards come. but the one suggestion i have is that you guys should add a feature where we use one of our own pictures to color. ✓ I’ve had this game for 5 minutes and I’m already addictedI’ve had this game for a few weeks now but only just clicked on it to have a go. I was bored after doing two consecutive hours of revision so wanted to give it a try. I started with my favourite picture of a purple octopus. I was amazed that after a few seconds I felt like a weight had been lifted off me and I instantly relaxed. It is also super addictive! I would recommend for all ages and abilities. The only thing I don’t like about it is that you have to pay for the best pictures. I think the way this could be improved is by making the game 1.99 and giving you unlimited access to all pictures as I would willingly pay for it..Version: 1.0.9
✓ Very relaxing and awesome appI love this app so much that I am always on it. Just a few things to point out is that there could be an eraser on every colour bar. Also I love how you can extend the area to complete more squares of the one colour. All in all the app is amazingly awesome, and I recommend this app for everyone. P.S. In your next up date can you extend on the bit when you can colour more than one square with the extended tool. One thing I would like to concern on is the part where u get 3 new pictures every half an hour. ✓ Good, but...I like this game, but for me, it’s not as good as it was. I downloaded this a year ago, and my friend showed it to me, and I was hooked. I downloaded it as soon as I got home. I loved the small drawings to be coloured. It’s not the same as it was, because I like the idea of using drawings people have created, but all the drawings take me at least 15 minutes to do. I want something I can do in 5-10 minutes. Every now and then, maybe put some short pictures. I like the game, but it could be improved..Version: 1.3.9
✓ AmazingThis games is fun and easy, every child can use it to do something if they are bored. Also there are no ads whereas other games would be covered. This a recommended game for all ages which is amazing and there is nothing really inappropriate but one thing I will mention I have done about 6 makeup ones and all the skin is white now unless it’s only the ones I have done are white but I think you should just double check that. I understand it may be hard to use certain colours but you could try. ✓ Incredibly fun and addictiveI fell in love with this app almost immediately. While it had less features then others, I was drawn to this one for its fluidity and great selection of things to draw. I do have a few suggestions I think could be fun for some (you could even make them optional options) 1. Adding a timer into the app. I wouldn’t have it displaying as I was drawing but at the end so I could see how long it took. I find myself wondering that many times when I complete one. 2. Have a personal stats section with things such as number of squares colored in, number of coloring completed, coloring accuracy, etc. I always find stats to be fun - the more the merrier! 3. Its great we can create our own drawings but it was be super cool if we could upload photos and have them generated into something we can color! I would absolutely love that! ✓ Used for years, still love it!I think it’s been over 2 years that I have used this app and I have to say that out of all of these kind of apps that I’ve tried? This one is by far the best! The amount of free pictures is insane, no ads at all and the price of the premium is fair which is something I don’t say often. I love the feature of being able to delete selected pictures if you don’t want them there, the amount of different pictures is awesome and the repeats of pictures that happen with these kinds of apps is extremely small. There are a few things that I wish this app had but that’s out of personal taste. I wish it had a way to multi-select pictures so that you can delete them instead of having to go through them one by one. I’d also love it if there was a way to have the pictures you complete put into a separate album so that you don’t have to scroll down all of the ones you’ve completed to get to a new one. I’d also really like it if there was a way to get from the top of the picture selection to the bottom as I like to start from the very first of picture in the app and work from that way and it’s really boring and time consuming having to scroll down so much but that’s all personal taste and it doesn’t affect t my view of this app. I love it and have absolutely no plans to get rid of it any time soon..Version: 1.6.8
✓ Read this is you’re thinking about getting this game!If you’re like me, you usually try to find out how many ads are in the game. In Sandbox, there are no ads, no optional ads, no pop up ads no side ads and no advertising their subscription unless you tap on a subscription painting (You can see if it’s subscription if there’s a heart in the corner.) Yes, you can make art, and there is no limit there. What the subscription get you is the restricted paintings, which in my years long experience, don’t show up too often (Except in the fast forwarding paintings on the home page but every other one is a member painting.) You can also make paintings for you to fill in from your camera roll. The only thing I would add is more color spots in the pixel art maker. (I’m not that good at pixel art but Sandbox has inspired me to make some pretty cool things.) Sandbox release new updates which have some awesome new changes such as the latest one where if you double tap it fills it all in for you. I have thought about this for a while now and it probably seems unreasonable but I think it would be cool if everyone had a chance to have access to all of the coloring pictures, I know y’all have the subscription so you can get money from it. But I have a feel it would be fair if everyone would be able to use it without having to be subscribed to color anything they want to color. My only problem with it though (and this is why I only rated it 4 stars) is the new feature that when you have finished a colour the number at the bottom changes colours and goes stripy so you can see which ones you have completed, but sometimes I’ve noticed that even when I have definitely finished all of that colour (i have definitely checked, it’s easier to spot the it on the smaller pictures) it doesn’t actually go stripy like it should, and it’s really annoying. ✓ Great game- A few ideasI got this game a few days ago and I love it. The only thing is there is a few little things that could be changed to make it even better: When the numbers are crossed out, some of them don’t actually work. This is a major issue as it is very confusing. Subscription is not a good idea. Many people just want go use this app to have a bit of fun but all the good stuff has to be payed for. ✓ Really great app with room for improvementThis app is addictive, fills up time and offers a variety of difficulties in its images. I do not want to pay for premium but a lot of the images that I want to do are on premium only which is a shame. While using this app I often colour in boxes with the wrong colour. Although there is the eraser tool on the first colour bar (you’ll understand when you get the app), it would be really useful if it was at the start of each colour bar as you scroll across. Actually, just before you put in the search bar, I thought, “Wouldn’t it be cool if there was a search bar?” And I was so happy when you put that in. I also love the free draw option. ✓ Such an amazing app!!This game has been absolutley amazing since day one of myself playing. I just love how can i spend hours on relaxing and just colouring away. My friend first showed me this incredible app then i shortly introduced it to my mum. And she has beaten me by completley over 1000 different drawings. There is only falture i have is that if you want premium it is a bit expensive but that doesnt bother me that much. I just love how much time myself (age 14) and my mum (age 43) can spend just comparing drawings and saying how creative people are with their drawings. I also love the new feature that has been added that you can express your talents by creating your own drawings and sending them to the sandbox company. However i think you should be able to submit your name so people know who. Otherwise such an awesome app that i play most of the day. Good for family time and for any ages. ✓ Is colouring a simple picture, too much to ask?An issue I have only recently had to face, is when I try to colour this ONE picture (that doesn’t have a red heart below it). It allows me to access the palette - but when I go to colour, it shows the “7 day free trial” screen. This doesn’t occur with any other “free” pictures I try to colour. ✓ I figured out how to get double tapping back!!!So I got a new device and downloaded the game again. I didn’t really care about my progress because I could just do it again, but when I went to do one of the pictures, the double tap feature where it fills in the boxes around it didn’t work. I looked at the reviews from other people, and saw that it wasn’t just me, and that the feature seemed to have disappeared. I did some more digging, and found a developer response to someone, saying that they could change a certain feature in the settings within the app. I went onto it, and there it was! And it even added an extra double tap where it did boxes diagonal to the ones filled in, which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE! I hoped this helps anyone who sees this because it made me and many others very sad when the feature wasn’t there anymore. ✓ Add Progressive Higher LevelsLove this coloring App. The animation was a nice feature add too. I enjoy seeing what it will do for animation of the picture. I suggest if possible, to take coloring by number to the next level of difficulty to provide more challenging coloring pages. What I mean by higher level. Let’s consider the current coloring pages as the initial level with the number of squares by squares in size and about maximum of 25 colors. Say you complete 100 pages, then the moderate level becomes available. The moderate level is twice the number of square by squares for high resolution coloring page and the number of color increase to about 50. Once you complete 100 moderate level pages, then you progress to super level. Where the resolution doubles again and the colors increase to around 75. Then once you get 100 super level pages completed, than comes the extreme level. Once again the resolution doubles and the colors to maximum of 100. To not have to make a major change it support of the numbers for the color, they could remain as two digits from 1 to 99. Since possible going three digits might be harder to see. I hope this suggestion happens, I would really like to see it implemented. Giving the people using the coloring app, additional goals to reach, while providing a future path for higher level of difficulty with more interest to continue to play Sandbox color by number App far into the future....Version: 1.1.2

I love that you can make your own pixel creations and even do co-op, but I think it would be SOOOO COOL to add a feature where you can make pixel creations you can color out of your own pictures. For example, if I have a picture of my dog, I can go into the app and pixelate it into three difficulties easy (large pixels, so less to color) medium (normal sized pixels, so average amount to color), or hard (small pixels, so it has more to color). I think this would be so amazing and it puts a personal touch on the things you can create! After you pixelate the picture, we should be able to color it! Besides that one feature, this app is flawless. It tells you when you are done with a color, it gives you a cool time lapse of your coloring, it gives you an amazing selection, and so, so much more! ✓ Somethings need to be addedI wasn’t a fan of pixel painting and stuff like that until a friend offered me to try out the game, I was obviously in love! Although it has its greatness nothing is perfect. It would be amazing if you somehow included a feature where there is another tab and you can try and make your own pixel art, free handed with no follow ups. It would just give the game a bit more excitement, maybe add in another feature of a timer/challenger mode where you can challenge your friend where you have (for example) 3 mins to create a certain picture. ✓ Good for kidsMy 5 kids love this game and it is really good for my 4 year old son who is now learning his numbers. And it is also good for my 9 year old son because there are some maths ones that he can complete and do. ✓ Amazing, but one problemOverall I think that sandbox is an amazing at and I definitely recommend buying it, however there is one problem. Normally the numbers on the bottom of the screen have faint lines that go through them when you are done with a certain number/colour but sometimes it says that I haven’t completed a colour/number even when I have. ✓ It’s awesomeI really love this app, yes there are hearted ones that you have to have a subscription for, but there are TONS of free pictures to color! I deleted other coloring apps because of the magnifying glass, I just couldn’t get the hang of it and it always seemed to be in the way, but this coloring app lets you choose not to use the magnifier in the settings 😁. It also has a search function at the very top, if you scroll all the way up 😁. There is also an option where, if you colored pictures and wanted to separate them into categories you can. All you have to do is hold down on the coloring picture that you want and select collections and then choose from the options they give you or you can create a category. It keeps things in order if you’re looking for a way to do that. The only thing that I could suggest would be, when you start a new coloring picture, you have to slide to your finished pictures and then scroll all the way to the bottom to continue coloring it. After collecting so many categories, I end up scrolling pretty far to reach my incomplete ones, so perhaps put those at the top and your categories at the bottom? I hope this helps anyone else who might not know about the options on this coloring app! Oh and they update their pictures daily!!.Version: 1.8.14
✓ Best coloring app everThis app is amazing! I got it 2, 3 weeks ago and I can’t get my eyes off my phone! This app has something for everyone and has so many you can do. If you don’t believe me that it’s a lot then you are wrong! You can scroll down how ever long you want and you will never find the bottom! That add almost 5 new ones A DAY! Yes there is a membership but I don’t have it and there are still so many. I told so many friends about it and now all of them have it. Also they have all different types like easy, hard, big, small, brands, movies, video game characters, made up characters, and so much more. There are numbers with assigned colors. You select a color and tap the number one the color. When you are done a color, it will have little stripes. Sometimes the stripes don’t work but it’s ok. Also if you press and hold you can color an area with a swipe! Anyone who plays this app will fall in love with it. I like the hard ones but do what you want to do. ✓ Good game but…This game is one of my favourite games! I have a few issues with it though… firstly, most of the pics are sandbox unlimited and it is way too pricey, secondly, I love the new feature where when you’ve done a pic, it gives you loads of suggestions of other things you might like to colour, but it doesn’t tell you if their sandbox unlimited or not! Next, it would be nice if you could upload pics and photos to sandbox, I’ve made so many I want to share with other people! Also it would be good if there was something telling you what the buttons at the bottom mean when you press the tick after finishing a pic. Lastly, I was playing sandbox the other day and I decided to search up minecraft, and only about five appeared! And one wasn’t even minecraft! The next day, I found two minecraft pics that didn’t appear when I searched it up, can you fix this please. Overall this is a good game! I really recommend it! ✓ Completely love this app/ I have ideasI love this game/app and have put so many hours into making new pictures, but I have an idea for self made pieces. I have been creating pixel sprays for a popular game Overwatch just for myself as I wasn’t planning on sharing, but in one of my pieces I have start the piece too high up so the top of my characters hat cannot fit the space given, this is why I think a edit bar of some sort should be made, such as move,rotate,cut,copy,paste etc. This could be used by highlighting a certain area and then the options come up, I feel like this would be a great addition to the game/app and I would hate to have to start my character all over again. Anyways the one thing in the title, I just wanna say that i think there should be a delete button in your collections because i had some friends come over and they chose some pictures to draw, i was planning on deleting it because they added it to a collection of mine (it was a completely different category) but i couldn’t. ✓ I Absolutely love it butI think that there should be more detailed Art works for the people who don’t have the pass. Also that you should put a setting in there for music where you can choose if you want to listen to Pop or Rap Or Rock Etc.. I also think you should have accounts in this game, because my BFF/ Cousin has it and we like to show each other our art work and it would be 100 times easier if she could just look on my account. What I mean by account is profile. With the profile there should be Followers and likes and dislikes. There should also be levels to see how good you are at these. The higher the level the harder the painting. Also I think you should completely get read of the pass thing. Or at least lower the price by a lot. ✓ Good but please add a search barI have been playing this game for about a week or 2 and have got quite obsessed with it. The one problem is that I like Overwatch a lot and when I was looking for all the Overwatch pixel sprays I found that it took me about 10 - 15 minutes to find them all. So I’m giving a suggestion to add a search bar at the top of the page/screen and have simple tags on the pictures such as “Overwatch” “Halloween” “Christmas” etc. This would make the game a lot easier to find all the thing you want to colour/color. One of the ways it could be improved as you are colouring to count down the number of boxes left of that colour. ✓ 5 Star app!I love this app and have probably used it more than any other on my phone for the last few months. It used to be so relaxing and fun. I actually subscribed so that I could color all the pictures! But the newest update with the double tap feature makes the game not so relaxing, and also not fun any longer. I find myself not using the app at all anymore because trying to avoid accidentally using the auto fill feature has proven to be very hard no matter how slowly I go. Hopefully at some point in the future the developers will make this feature optional at least, but for now I’m going to have to unsubscribe since I’m not going to pay for something I won’t use. Edited: after the update to make the double tap feature optional, this has gone back to being my favorite app! ✓ AWESOME, but...........I would totally give this app 5 stars if it weren't for these things. First of all can there PLEASE be a search bar, second why do all the good pictures (namely most of the cat pictures) have to be locked behind a subscription I know you have to make money somehow but can you please loosen your grip on the good pictures a bit, third sometimes when I am absolutely sure I am done with the color I'm using I look at the bottom of the screen and the color does not have the lines over it so I'm stressing out trying trying to find that color I missed when there isn't one, forth this is the most frustrating one of all in my opinion when I finish the picture I press the green check mark in the corner to see the time lapse and sometimes animation but for some reason it doesn't do it like it only shows the greyed version of it and it's really frustrating. ✓ Very Fun But I Have SuggestionsThis game is very fun and addicting but I have one suggestions. What if instead of buying some of the images with real money you could have credits to buy them with. You could have the credits as an item you can buy in the shop to give the option to buy if people want to. If someone doesn’t want to buy anything, you could give them one credit for finishing an image and give some images set prices. Smaller images could be priced lower and larger images could be priced higher. For example, you could have small images as 3-5 credits depending on the size and larger images at around 10 credits. Add a rating system to images to sort them from most popular to least popular or you could allow people to select a sorting option, size small to large, free to buyable, new to older, popular to least popular, etc. Add an image of the day or week to have an image featured that has been completed the most that day or week or that has been rated the highest in a set amount of time, which corresponds with the rating system suggestion. Add saved images in case you want to save it for later. At the moment the only way to save an image is to start it a little and then back out and it will save it in the library but what if you added a save button that saves the image in the library easier? I very much enjoy this game and recommend it to all of you, the developers have done a fantastic job of creating it..Version: 1.0.9
✓ So satisfyingI love this app and I’ve had it for more than a year now, but I’ve been having troubles recently with it.. When I scroll down to the last colouring I did (I’m always up to date) the app starts to lag to the point that I can’t tap or scroll on anything without it taking several seconds to respond. For example if I hold down on a picture to remove it because it’s for paid subscribers, it takes several seconds to respond and then I have to tap remove 5 times before it responds to delete it from my front page. ✓ I have an idea, that just might workOk, so you know how you've made it so we can create our own drawings, and then upload them to get a chance to have them officially on sand box? So my friends and I are obsessed with that feature and I think it would super cool if we could 'follow' each other. We could see what things the other person has made and then we could do them. Most socail media type things have 👍 and 👎 options, but I don't they're necessary, I don't think you would a comment section either, if there was simply a little icon in the corner that told you how many people did your pixel art, that would be enough, because if somebody liked your art, then they're probably going to do it. I know this probably wont get added, but that's fine. I just like to put my ideas out there. ✓ The best!I have had experience with another game where you had to tap each little square, but this game is so easy when you can hold the screen and you can just slide it across to colour in the squares. The only bad thing is you have to pay for some stuff but it still is really good. ✓ Awesome Game! Better than unicorn, colorbix, etc.I heard of this game when my cousin told me about it. He said it was really fun and addicting, and it is! The coloring pages are awesome, animations are a neat feature to add, and the way every 12 or so hours a jumble of more pages is incredible! I can’t get enough of this app. Now you may be wondering why I rate this 4 stars and not 5. The reasons for that is I understand you need to implement a way to get money, but a lot of the really good pages are locked, only available on Sandbox Pro. I would be happy to get it if it wasn’t a subscription. I feel like just paying 5 dollars or even up to 10 is a reasonable price to unlock all the pages and go sandbox pro. Another thing is once I tried the other Color by Number games, Unicorn has a feature where you can take a photo and convert in into pixels to make your own coloring page. They even made a feature where you can adjust the difficulty of the page (25x25 up to 200x200). That would be perfect for this app, and to make this an even better app, you could try to make GIF images (1-5 seconds or so) animated coloring pages. That would be a dream! And if you keep the subscription payment for Sandbox Pro, don’t make it so the image feature needs to be unlocked with Sandbox Pro. ✓ Great app but I have some suggestionsFirst off, this app is awesome, I’m having so much fun with it and I wish I could give it 5 stars but I have some problems with it. I really like to do them in horizontal lines so the little clip thing at the end looks really cool, but if I accidentally place a color on a row below the one I’m on then I can’t delete it from the video and I have to restart the whole thing, so it would awesome if you guys would put in an undo button or something like that so that whenever you place a color on a block it isn’t permanently stuck in that part of the video. One other suggestion I have is concerning the premium pictures, I totally understand you guys having it, you guys have to make money somehow. But it stinks that all the good pictures are locked behind a pay wall, I there was something like if you completed 10 pictures you would get a token to unlock one premium picture for free. ✓ Doesn’t sync between devicesThis is a great app, really relaxing and a fun pastime, but I have a small problem. If you log in on one device, and have completed some colourings there, they won’t sync to another device you log in to. ✓ Good game.... Some suggestionsI really like this app and I love pixel art so I was really happy when I got this. However, as much as I love the pictures that are free for me to do, I do find it a bit disheartening that there are so many unlimited pictures that I cannot access. My parents aren’t to keen about buying a subscription to a coloring app so I have to make due with what I can get. Which brings me to my suggestion. Maybe in the screen that pops up with the ad to buy a subscription, you can put the option to watch a video or an ad to get that singular picture. I’m very happy to see that this app doesn’t have ads everywhere in your face, but having that little option for people like me who can’t get the subscription would be fantastic! You could also put limits on how many videos you watch per a week or month so that people don’t completely ditch the subscriptions. Another thing, I noticed for a few days now the home page has been acting up. Usually the new pictures come up on top and the previous days’ sets go to the bottom. Now, only the new pictures of the day come up on top and the rest are randomized. I don’t use the app every day so I like to come back to it and scroll down to see what I missed, but this isn’t allowing that anymore. I think the recent update may be the culprit of this. ✓ Awesome! (Can you add something though?)This is awesome! I've missed these things so much, and I'm glad there is a really good app on the App Store! I only have a few requests for you to add, but I don't think it's needed, as it is already awesome! I would like your finished drawings to be moved to a separate tab, as I have so many that it's tough to find my unfinished ones. The other addition I would like is a save tab and button. So if you find a picture you like but don't have the time to color it you can add it to this tab and get back to it when you have more time. Again, the app is great as is, but these things would make it even better! Thank you for making this app! My best friend and I love it so much! I still love this app, but there’s an issue with it... nothing major, it’s just if I got a different phone brand, I would lose all of my pictures I colored in/need to color. There are two things I would hope you would add. First could you make a different section for our unfinished pieces? ✓ Read My MindSandbox was always an entertaining app to fill the time when there’s nothing to do and you’re SO bored, but their recent upgrades really did it for me. They were all ideas my friends and I thought could improve the app, but we never contacted the company in any way, and here we are!! I know other people probably asked for what we thought of, but still, you know they listen and value what you want. They’ll work hard to get it! That being said, there’s one more thing: collaborative Sandboxes. Two people can work on one picture at the same time!! Almost like a google docs feel, but sandbox, and comments would be optional. The point would be for app users to work together on one picture and team up to get it done. That way, you would only do half the work and connect with your friends! Overall, Sandbox is striving for improvement everyday. You can see in their app that they spend time making sandboxes, upgrading, and everything else that needs to be done if a company is run successfully. It’s a fun app and I definitely recommend it. Like any app of its nature, you might stop using it for a while, but unlike many other apps, you’ll be glad you kept it on your phone in a month or two. ✓ Great App But No Reply To Messages I’ve Sent to SandboxThis app is great, it helps me relax, that’s why I don’t mind paying for the subscription and giving it 5 stars plus I’ve added my children to to the subscription so it’s definitely worth the price. I’ve got one negative thing to say is I removed one child from the subscription as she got a new phone for Xmas and it’s say I have to contact sandbox for family access to add her again with which I have on more than one occasion via Facebook and the app and I’ve had no reply. ✓ Latest Update At The Time Of PostingI love this game. I really do. But with the latest update, with the ‘improved zooming’ I have to zoom in uncomfortably close just to make the display disappear and the squares to highlight. I understand making it easier for certain people, but it’s made it more uncomfortable for me. I suggest keeping it like it was before with the only difference being that you can zoom in further than before. The changes made recently feel unnecessary for the most part. I like being more zoomed out when I color, and now I can’t do that, really. The problem is even more pronounced with the tiny canvases. There’s no reason to have to zoom to 16 tall by 10 long just to get the display to get out of the way. (Yes, I checked!) That’s really, really close up, at least for players like me. ✓ Definitely get this app!!!!This app is sooo great! If you are looking for one of these pixel coloring games, I would definitely consider sandbox. I used to play a different one and everyone would tell me it was a ripoff and I shouldn’t play it and that sandbox was better. So I decided to try it. And I TOTALLY agree with those people! There is a search bar to search for what you want, which is sooo useful! And the pictures are animated and it is exciting to see what it does at the end! You can change the colors for the picture too, so you can kind of personalize it. And you can create your own? There are so many features that other apps do not have. My favorite thing about this app, the DOUBLE TAP!!! Sooo useful when you have to color in a whole background and can do it at once! The one thing I don’t like about this app is that you can color over colors that you’ve already done and then you have to go back and re-color it. But there is an erase button too, so it’s useful, but it’s a lot of work. I wish that there was an option to change it, but it’s one tiny flaw against all the other cool features! ✓ Awesome BUT.....I really like this game because it's a game you can play anytime, anywhere😍. It's sooo addictive. I play all the time and get in trouble. Even if I'm sick I play. Nothing can stop me from playing. There are a couple of things I'd like to improve though. Someone said this before as well but, I really want the sandbox unlimited photos to be in a different section and the photos that we've done to be moved to a different section as well. But one thing that is wrong is that when u have finished a colour, it usually goes stripy. ✓ SandboxOverall, I think this is a really good app! There’s no ads, you can play offline without data and you can even colour your own photos if you want. I love that you can double click the button of the selected colour to find squares in that colour! I recommend this app for everyone, although I have a few suggestions for it. ✓ Great app, one minor inconvenience :/I’ve been using the app for about 7 months now. It’s absolutely fantastic! Great pictures, they don’t force you to get premium to make more custom images, and it’s a great way to pass the time. But there is one problem that I have, there is a cropping limit for custom pictures. You have all these massive pixel arts waiting to be coloured on the front page but when you go to colour your own pixel art you can only have a set amount of space for it. ✓ Amazing appI’ve been playing this every day for the past few months and never get tired of it, it is so relaxing and somehow irresistible. I recently took out a full subscription because, though a bit pricey, it is still just 10p a day for what is extremely good fun and I know I shall get my money’s worth. Since the latest update a feature is included where a double tap on a square fills in the whole block of that number, it would be nice if that could be turned off because some people may actually prefer to do the designs the hard way, more of a sense of achievement when it is finished. It can be got round by being careful when tapping squares but sometimes you can’t help double tapping when you don’t mean to and large amounts of the design are automatically filled in which can be mildly annoying. ✓ Love this appI love this app and they are always making positive updates and work to resolve bugs quickly. They also are great about user suggestions. With that being said, I agree with other users that watching a video to unlock some of the subscription ones would be a nice addition. Also making different levels with increased numbers would be great. Another suggestion i have that I’m not sure how many people would be into would be like a story or level mode. Similar to match 3 games or bubble pop games. Each level you would have to do a specific picture. Pictures could get harder and/or larger as you go. ✓ Hours of fun, but would like new featuresI could play this app for hours on end, it’s a great way to kill time, although if I had to improve one thing I’m not a big fan of the newest feature of shading in the blocks that need to be coloured. It’s a nice feature for very big pictures but I feel there should be a setting to turn this off so that it’s an optional thing as i feel on smaller pictures it takes a lot of the fun out of the experience. ✓ Really goodThis game is so relaxing and fun! You really don’t have to pay and be a member for this as there are many free options of pictures you can do. There are different pictures to colour in every single day and they take a little while so you basically have an endless list of them to do. You can also create your own drawings with pixels so that is awesome as well. I love that you can organise the pictures that you have started/ finished into different sections and call the sections whatever you want. ✓ Amazing but expensiveI really love this game because there is such a wide variety of pictures to choose from, and I especially like the new animated pictures that have been added. Also, I like how the pictures match the time of year that it is such as pumpkins for Halloween and reindeer for Christmas. However, I really like doing the detailed pictures, but because I can’t afford the ridiculously high price to unlock them all it means I’ve only been able to do about three. I find colour by numbers quite relaxing and it doesn’t have the same effect when it’s over in a few minutes. I appreciate that games cost money to make, but the price for unlocking all the pictures is way overpriced. Not everybody has enough money for things like this and, to be honest, what is the difference between one picture and another that makes one so expensive? They are all colour-by-numbers and surely if some of them are free then so should some of the detailed, realistic ones that people prefer doing? ✓ This app is addicting, but I have one issueBecause of this I get in trouble during class because I always have my phone out- I can’t get enough of it! I don’t like paying for games, but they have a lot of free pictures you can color that are really cool and you don’t have to pay! One thing though- I saw this in a couple other reviews, and I just want to bring more attention to it. I like the fact that it tells you if you finished a color, especially with larger pictures so you don’t have to search if there’s nothing there! But there must be a glitch with this, because sometimes it tells me I’m not done with a color, but I search and search and end up skipping to the next color only to find that once I finish the whole picture (the check mark turns green so I know it’s done!), the color still remains unstriped, like I haven’t finished it yet. ✓ Very good but..This app is clear good and I enjoy it a lot. However I don’t really want to pay for unlimited (I am a teenager in full time school and I don’t have a job) and I don’t like how there are some really cool pictures only available in unlimited. I understand there has to be a level of difference to that people do buy unlimited however some of the pictures available to the normal version are a little basic and childish. I will continue to use this app as I really like the feature where you can colour in your own pictures but I find myself a little bored when all the pictures take 2/3 minutes to do and then your done. ✓ Best coloring app u can getOk so I love this app a lot and always looked for one and finally found this one and was amazing. When I first got it I had an idea to color all the pictures I could because I didn’t have the unlimited version. So I started from the top and then I realized u get new pictures every day (another plus) and then thought ok I’ll start from the bottom then. So I colored almost every day and I have now colored every picture I can without the unlimited version and I wait every day for the new ones. Since I have to wait for the new ones every day I made a few pictures and sent them in. But I never saw my picture the next day. So then I thought maybe it takes a few days to get them to send in the pictures they want to pick. But about 4 weeks later it still isn’t there. Then I thought maybe my picture wasn’t good but I know mine would be a lot better because when coloring all the pictures I colored some that were way worse and had only 1 or 3 colors. Is it just me or can I not send pictures in and I’m just psycho or what idek. But I love this app and will be coloring every day. I love all the different colours and pictures, some quick and easy, some more time consuming and more difficult. ✓ Well......As much as I love this app, there are some adjustments that I think could be made. First off, almost all the photo realistic pictures are locked and you need to pay in order to unlock them. And to be totally honest, ALL the cool pictures are locked. That is NOT A EXAGGERATION!! I have also noticed that most pictures are animated. But the animations are not very exciting. The animations are usually just the picture moving back-and-forth and or sparkling. I’ve also noticed that when you were making your own picture, that there are only a certain amount of colors you were able to use. You were able to change the color but that means that you can only have about 32 different colors in your picture. I feel you should be able to have as many colors as you would like that way your pictures can be even more photo realistic. One last thing. There are so many sandbox pictures, that when you search them sometimes what you’re looking for does not come up. For instants one time I looked up Anime pictures, but nothing came up. I feel this is a problem because now there isn’t as many pictures as you wish to make. So if you could just unlock some more photo realistic pictures, let us add as many colors to our own pictures as we would like, and make the animations a little more impressing, then this would be a five star app. thank you for taking the time to read my review, and PLEASE, fix some of the things that I talked about..Version: 1.3.3
✓ Good, but...There is a really good range of pictures, but I’m going to nit pick on a few things. Firstly, I know that you need to make money by buying membership, but almost half of the drawing need to be paid for, could you please give us a few more really lifelike/detailed ones more frequently👍🏻. Secondly, the feature where you hold down and can colour in without tapping every individual square, please remove the zoom feature. It is just annoying and confusing and goes funny and the edges of the drawing. As well as this, please try and fix the colours on the palette. I have wasted hours trying to find squares that I have missed when I haven’t, it’s just that the palette is telling me I have. Lastly, this isn’t a criticism, more a recommendation. I have a colouring book where there are many different shapes that make up pictures e.g hexagons and triangles. This app used to be amazing, but recently the drawings have started to seem way too elementary, they are usually super simple, small, and child like. I understand that the goal is to get people to buy the upgrade, but not everyone can afford to pay $3 a week, $8 a month, or $40 a year for artwork. ✓ Best Colouring App Ever!Okay, so this app is unique from others while it still shares features. There are some features I wish was in the other colouring apps. For example: double tapping one square in the middle of a large bit of one colour fills in the whole thing. I love that feature as I don’t have to spend a long time. Next feature which is really helpful. If you double tap the colour down on the bottom, it will speed over to a square of the colour you double tapped on. It’s like if you can’t find a square because the pic you are colouring is so detailed you can use this.
