I understand that it's for game balance but the first case I ever opened was empty and it made me want to not play. The second case I opened I got a profit of points which lead me to look at the point profit probability which was surprisingly low. The 3rd case I opened I recently a chroma 2 and received it almost instantly. Overall great app! ✓ Redeeming an itemOverall the app is fantastic and probably the best CS:GO case opening app. It's a little bit annoying that you have to redeem your trade offer within 4 hours. Sometimes I have more important things to do in my life and I can't get around redeeming my items around the 4 hour time frame. I really wish there was a redeem option where you could send a request for the item you've won. And redeem it right then and there within the 48 hour mark. ✓ Excellent AppThis app is the best you can get as an alternative for skin gambling, while still offering a way to obtain skins without spending real money. The point system is simple and much more rewarding than other point - based apps. The cases, however, do not produce that many skins, but face it, if this app had all of the CSGO skins, it would be too good to be true. The skin selection available is quite nice especially since the app does not require much of the user. The trading is trustworthy and effective. ✓ Pretty good appI like the app and I have won a lot of free skins, which is great, but I can't give it 5 stars because I did an offer that took a lot of my time and was worth a lot of credits. I went back to the app after I finished the offer and it said I never even clicked on the offer. I asked support about the problem and they said to contact the company who provided the tasks. I did (in my case it was offertoro) and they said to use the support ticket function in the app. I tried to use that several times but every time I pressed submit, the app crashes. I don't know, that could just be a problem with my device but I went back to offertoro and I couldn't submit another ticket for some reason. Despite all that, I still give it 4 stars because I have gotten good skins from this app. Note to developers, fix the offertoro support ticket submit button if the problem is on your end, not offertoro's. ✓ Excellent, but could be a tiny bit betterThe app is overall very good and is fun to play around with. But the biggest issue I’m having is the case prices and earning points. As for case prices, I understand why they aren’t cheap, but you should make a case that contains lots of low tier stuff. It shouldn’t be too pricy to cheap at best. Earning points is probably the biggest issue for me at least, especially if you’re not going to spend money. If possible, try to refresh or add new ways to get free points like adding more apps to download for points. I find that taking surveys take a long time and I never completed one of them. ✓ Genuine PlatformIf you enjoy a bit of gambling, and have some money to spare for a bit of fun then you can’t go too wrong with this app. I would say I have ‘bought’ about 10 cases with just the free daily points and I have won one pistol skin. This might not be great, but it has cost me essentially nothing. Getting the skin was simple enough, and all it took was entering a trade URL. Besides the app being genuine, it has a reasonably nice UI. It is simple, although the different menus could do with some streamlining to make some options more obvious. I often found myself tapping on different tabs on the bottom of the app just to see how many points I had, and what boxes were available. Apart from that, there are few flaws. A nice touch is the skins that other people have just won slowly scrolling across the top of the screen. I do not personally gamble my money on apps such as these, as the odds are rarely stacked in your favour. However, if that is something you enjoy, I would recommend this app over the various sites online as it feels smaller and more personal. It gives off an impression that it is run by one or only a few individuals, who are in it to make some money but not to scam you.
