✓ It can’t handle the truth!Too many buses. Period. You’ve got up to seven busses running routes on top of each other. You have too many lines going over the same route. Too many buses operating in the same neighborhood multiplied over several neighborhoods. Too many buses = too many geolocations to track = the app doesn’t want to perform. It freezes up. It doesn’t want to do anything it’s designed to. If you try to zoom in, you freeze there and the app eventually crashes. You try to look up a route in the search field it freezes and crashes. This app can’t handle your inefficient ineptitude to run a public transportation system. And the idiocy that you can’t study the routes if you’re on here after hours or when the business is closed. That is infuriating. I see people were complaining five years ago about this issue. FIVE years! You people are truly overpaid worthless bureaucrats..Version: 4.5.0
✓ Needs updateThis app needs a new update badly. Half the trackers for each bus don’t work anymore so half the time you only see 1 bus per line then immediately see another one pull up from out of no where..Version: 4.4.2

✓ Helpful , but needs some tweaking for sure.Ok, I’m not gonna hammer it because I do find it to be helpful. A particular feature that should be added in future revisions of the app is the ability to plan a trip outside of hours that the bus actually runs. The current app doesn’t show bus routes at all if that particular bus route is done for the day. Perhaps it was designed for tracking only. Maybe integrate it with maps or something....I don’t know. Example: it’s 2:00 am and I know I need to be at 123 ABC street by 830 am tomorrow morning, but I have no clue what bus to catch or where to catch it. The lynx tracker app is of no help at all right now because no buses are running. I would have to open a maps app, put in my starting point and destination address, and what time I need to be there by and then choose bus for method of transport. The search results would tell me what bus or buses that I need to take and from where and what time, any transfers, etc. Once the buses start running I can use the tracker app to determine if the bus is on time and while that is helpful It would be nice however to not need 2 separate apps to succeed in this type of situation. If they intentionally made this app for live tracking only so as not to “compete” with the google maps of the world, then it’s a pretty good first live revision but there is definitely room for improvement..Version: 1.0

✓ Fail.Glad to see that Orlando is maintaining its consistency in remaining a decade or more behind the rest of the world when it comes to mass transit. It took until 2017 to get a real-time tracker app and this glitchy piece of garbage is what they're offering?! Doesn't work at all half the time and when it does, it regularly loses track on the buses. Since that's the sole raison d'etre for this app, I'd have rate it as a giant fail..Version: 1.0
✓ Improvements NeededThe app could use a refreshed look and color scheme the shade of the pink at top by the notch washes out the phone settings it’s hard to see bad contrast the map moves glitchy and laggy in spots and this app would be nice to track Access Lynx trips with a login option where you can track make adjust and cancel trips as well as see the service area map for paratransit all in the app buying tickets in the app would also be a plus and Siri shortcuts and a Apple Watch counterpart would be nice as well.Version: 4.4.2

✓ Literally doesn’t work anymoreThe app has been working fine for the almost 2 years that I’ve been using it then all of a sudden it won’t show me the stock details for the route I need. ✓ New Developer NeededToday was the first time I used the Lynx bus and tried to access via the app to find out about routes by time schedules. It was a bad experience and that’s putting it nicely. I’ve had this app download for a while, but never needed to use the bus. Today I tried to find out what time the buses were leaving that I needed (111 from airport to Sand Lake SunRail with a transfer to 18 bus towards Meadow Woods. Every time I tried to open the app to get specific route information it closed right away. The only portion of the app that seem to work tracked where the buses were at any given tim but trying to get information like times that it would arrive, Bus stops or general schedule information, it was almost impossible to do that. I had better luck when I went to the GoLynx webpage to find the information I needed..Version: 4.5.0

✓ Definitely needs work.It’s a great idea, but as of late I haven’t even been able to track the bus on the route I need. The route is marked on the map, but now there isn’t even a bus icon that I can click on to see where it is. I still have to call Lynx to figure out if it’s on time or not, and as someone who uses public transit for nothing other than to get to work, this is frustrating. This app is also in need of more accurate tracking. Maybe there are times when the little bus icon doesn’t move in real time, but it helps to be able to follow it more accurately. ✓ RidiculousApp crashes, trying to get to work, trying to be able to get their on time, on top of that we pay for the bus fare it’s not like it’s free, and most likely are taxes going into it too. It’s way worse then what it used to be. Making it difficult for people without a car to try to even to make it to work on time. This app can barely work and it defeats the app’s main purpose of checking bus times, something people usually want to know ASAP while they are rushing to the bus. It looks like all the routes being shown at once is definitely making the system crash. For this I suggest having a feature once you open the app, you can select the routes you want to see.
