✓ Unsuitable for use in apparatus for active emergenciesImagine this. You are woken up by dispatch in your firehouse and start running toward your engine. You jump in and realize you forgot the address. You don’t have to worry because you have turn by turn right? You jump in the rig and start rolling. You realize that the app timed out and is awaiting for your password. You contact Tyler. They say they don’t have a timeout issue. You verify that you don’t have Apple lock screen enabled. They say check your infrastructure and WiFi. This is unacceptable..Version: 2019.8
✓ Different layout less featuresAs is typical with many of the CrewForce upgrades, the layout looks a little different but we’ve managed to actually take a step backwards in terms of functionality and operation. I guess we’ll wait for another version..Version: 2.1
✓ Product is awfulWe have been unable to use this product because we do not have a password we paid for, website is extremely difficult to navigate. It is slow and a waste of money. DONT USE THIS PROGRAM!!.Version: 2022.2
✓ Only works half the timeApp will only work about half of the time, and it it does work, it’ll only sometimes pull up an active call. Roll of the dice.Version: 2023.5
✓ OkLogs out all the time. Mapping is way off. The company doesn’t fix the issues..Version: 2023.5
