✓ Worst Cloud Syncing EVERThe cloud sync for sharing data with someone else is NEVER consistent. Which is a shame because this is a fantastic app for tracking and forecasting my expenses. But I cannot go a single day without having to reshare my data with my partner because it just stops syncing, rendering this app completely useless. ✓ Great ReportsBy far, this app has some of the best PDF reports and in-app analytic features I have seen. And kudos to the development team for enabling repot previews (with a limited set of transactions) so that you can see what you get before you buy. Plus, there are many different ways to view your information in the app as well. Having just downloaded this, my only complaints are (1) the transaction entry screens: it is not compact even though most, if not all, of the fields could be condensed to 1 screen on the iPhone or iPad without scrolling and (2) the use of icons for categories which takes up a lot more space than necessary on screen; I wish I could turn off the icons. (1 star for functionality, 1 start for reports and exports, 1 start for not collecting data)..Pryn625Version: 6.03

When I launched the app and tried to use it again it would not restore my previous purchase so I had to pay another $5.99 to access the full features. I reached out to developer for refund. ✓ I give up!There are a lot of positive reviews that had me thinking it must be only me who doesn't understand the workings of this one, so I kept trying. I also don't understand why an app such as this doesn't even do split functions within a large purchase ie. Costco. How do you track what you spent in a particular category if you can't log it separately? Apparently it's coming but the app is about a year old, so I wouldn't hold my breath. FYI, I have been using 5 other checkbook type apps (Mac and iOS) for quite some time, trying to decide which one is the keeper. The jury is still out on the others but not this one. It's outta here. Not in the Appstore, but for a Mac only checkbook app I believe that Checkbook Pro is the winner. ✓ Synchronization and Backup IssuesThis app is pretty straight forward for expense tracking, but not good for syncing on multiple devices or doing automatic backups. After entering transactions on one device, it never loads on the other one and resets my transactions. It’s a pain to lose all your data over and over again. ✓ This app is amazing BUT......it annoys only the fact that 1. every time you change an expense's account from X to Y it then automatically switch to account Y in the previous screen 2.
