✓ App is dis functionalI have an iPhone and have tried everything to make the app work. Reading the problems I have experienced them all: app gets into death loop with the logo; app closes unexpectedly, when I get to the scan screen it seems to take the label but then I wait forever to have it check the files and then it asks for the screen scan again. It clicks and sometimes has the death circle that I’ve waited for 5 minutes for it to do something-but I can NEVER get it to do AR. I’ve closed all apps; deleted and reinstalled the app; ensured I’m at the latest iPhone version; I have 65GB free and a good WiFi- HELP! ✓ Should’ve kept it simpleThis is an amazing wine with a really cool feature. A couple of years ago a man in a wine store showed me how you just needed to aim your camera at the bottles and watch them come to life. I’ve been buying every year ever since. Unfortunately now you have to download an app that has a bug and won’t make them speak. Totally bummed out that now I just have a bottle of wine to gift, as opposed to a very special bottle of wine. Now a few weeks later as you’re scanning the label it just processes and does nothing. ✓ Something Changed? Nowhere near as good.I really enjoyed this app with the 19 crimes wine bottles. It was great to show people at parties who never have seen it and it’s fascinating how it works. However, something has apparently changed because I haven’t used it in a very long time, and now it will not scan more than one bottle without you having to close the app and reopen it. Sometimes even then it will work and sometimes it won’t. Plus the “new experience“ is rather silly. I’d rather it just keep the bottles talking or not do some goofy scene. However I feel so strongly about this poor app I felt no choice but to come on here and review it hopefully saving people the time and the effort of using the poor effort. Firstly I think the idea is a good one. That’s why I purchased the wine and downloaded the app. But the app took for ever to download and took a few attempts. It takes way to much memory up for just a small gimmick app. It doesn’t work all the time it just is so glitchy. It also doesn’t show that much when it does work just a quick 10sec story what a waste of time. I’m just so mad a fell for the gimmick as the wine was £11 which isn’t expensive or cheap kinda low mid range or mid range for super markets I could of got a lot better tasting wine for the price and feel you’re paying for the gimmick. ✓ Need instructions within the appI’ve seen this app work before and it’s really neat. So I bought a bottle of the wine for a get together with friends and downloaded the app. Well after a few drinks I decided to show them the neat way this app works and couldn’t find the instructions. None on the bottle and none when I open the app. I never thought of opening the App Store to find out how to use the darn thing. Maybe bc I’d been drinking and most apps have instructions when you open the app. All this one did was spin. Never got to see the story..Version: 1.40

✓ Tried 19 crimes, doesn’t work.Tried on both iPad Pro and iPhone 12. Scans the label, downloads file. Scan again and a pop up comes up over camera saying “Bonus ar experience. Want more snoop…..” 2 options: visit now, maybe later. Neither do anything when you click on it, can’t close the pop up. Only can go back to main menu. Tried multiple times, on 2 devices with 2 versions of iOS and it’s just broke on all of them..Version: 3.05
