✓ It’s great! One problem tho..So it’s great for learning and practise. You have it in schools, you can take part in these hive games. I don’t know much about them, because I never have done them. There is a bug with iPads (possibly iPhones) where when you do the homophones, it does it in the man Siri voice thingy, then it doesn’t say what type of word it is. It just says, “heel.” When it’s suppose to say “Heel as in, the back of your foot.” Please look back to this and fix this bug..Version: 1.12.3

✓ It’s struggling to keep upSpelling Shed came highly recommended so I bought it a month ago. And I just noticed it is listed as app of the day, but today is also the first time it has buckled and I’m unable to do basic functions, like log on from my child’s device or add a new spelling list. ✓ Great app but...Our school spelling list contains homophones such as poor/pour, coarse/course that don’t have definitions in the app, so it’s pot luck if you get the right spelling. This is rather frustrating and deflating for my son and I when he’s trying so hard. Correct this and it would be a 5 star review. Best spelling app I’ve found to support my son. So glad the school has now picked it up. Thank you..Version: 1.13.2
✓ Good!!!!!!!!👍Me and my classmates play it and my friend is in 1st place 🏆🥇 But it doesn’t matter. It’s soo fun and I like extreme because if you get it all right you get 40 honeys 🍯🍯🍯🍯. ✓ 👍Excellent!!!!This app is very educational for kids! I really recommend this for all ages! But there is one thing. The account I made was good, if you don't know what I mean I mean that I had a load of honey, and I mean it. Yeah, normal things happened, I made and account, I did my avatar. A few weeks passed, MY ACCOUNT WAS NOT THERE. I literally made my account then it said "do you want to make an account" I was sooo bummed! All my hard work, lost. ✓ What’s happened to SpellingShed?We have used SpellingShed for a couple of years and found it great to support leaning, but since I recently updated it, I can’t get words to appear in my own list. Will need to find a new app if I can’t figure out how to work around this bug..Version: 1.17.9

✓ Best for spelling test practice!I’ve downloaded several of these spelling type games and I’ve been frustrated time and time again. This one - thankfully!!! - is perfect for enabling my children to practice for their weekly spelling tests by me being able to create my own lists from an extensive list of available words. The default spelling practice is also very useful for broadening their exposure to spelling new and unfamiliar words. My main gripe is that the game itself is terrible. It’s like hangman where you need to find the letters and figure out what the word is before you..... run out of bees. Not helpful for learning to spell because you already need to know how to spell fairly well to play hangman. My other minor issue is that you tap the letters on screen rather than type them so missing an opportunity to practice qwerty letter locations..Version: 1.10.1

✓ Good!Well, it’s very good, and it’s excellent that you can select easy medium hard and extreme. The only problem is that when you type a letter, sometimes it comes up with a different letter. Like if you put ‘t’ and then it put ‘y’ so please fix this otherwise it is annoying and frustrating. Also, when you are trying to be 1st in a school, eventually, you lose your score and some points are taken away. Its very annoying.
