Unhappy with your service!!!Firstly I placed an order and then got a confirmation email to say my order had gone through, then it never turned up and then when I emailed I was informed that my order never went through? then after being told I needed to place my order again (no fault of my own) looked on the app and it said free Saturday delivery for orders £40 plus, so I done this, when getting to the check out the delivery charge was not removed. Also when I went to the checkout it kept doubling the quantity of my items! Which was so frustrating! Really disappointed, I hope my items aren’t as bad as the app..Version: 1.2

OverratedThe clothes are lovely! I thought, reasonably priced, I have placed 2 orders and both times the item sizing has been so bad! It is not true to size. My last items were all size 12, 1 set fitted perfectly the other set was waaay to small! Not able to send back as no return label. Decided maybe it was a one off & places a second order.. bottoms are like child size despite me ordering size up from last time, thin material for the price. And again no returns label. I can’t even have one sent via email as I don’t have a working printer. The app is a little hard to navigate too many filters and also doesn’t always give what you select. I more than likely won’t order from them again despite having lovely clothes. I can pay pretty much the same or less from other retailers..Version: 3.0.19

Don’t order from here!I placed an order for next working day, I received somebody else’s order (which I may add would of cost a lot more than mine). I did the right thing and tried to contact them, however there is no phone phone number it’s online chat!....I’ve sent the order back and now have to wait 2-7 working days for a refund as what I ordered is now out of stock! This results in my daughter not having anything to wear for a wedding as I’m out of pocket and now unable to purchase anything else until I get the money back! Absolute shambles!!!.Version: 2.0

DisappointedI was really looking forward to getting some clothes from a particular collaboration and every time I put my card details in it said there was an error. I tried multiple cards and multiple devices, it kept coming up with an error. This isn’t the first time it has happened either but I thought I would give it another chance since I have loved the clothes that I have had when the app has worked. In the past I have needed help from customer service and they were shocking, unhelpful and unresponsive. It’s a shame because I love the clothes but the app is terrible..Version: 4.0.67

🇺🇸 UNITED STATESThere is a 🇺🇸UNITED STATES 🇺🇸 currency on the browsers, online..so I decided to download the app..it’s okay..but there is not a currency for anyone in the United States to us 🤷🏼‍♀️ However, after seeing I’m not the only (who has reported this issue months ago and it’s still not changed) say this app/site may not be the best option for someone to shop from ...I’ll be deleting this app. Customer service hasn’t even replied to ANYONE’S review!!! Just becauseJust because you go on the US website doesn’t mean you’re getting it from the US. You get it from the UK it takes FOREVER and it’s whatever size they feel like throwing in the box / package . It’s not even the equivalent to the US sizing . App never works and no cust serviceAppalled that the app is constantly crashing, you order clothes in your size, payment is taken but then you get emails advising out of stock- absolutely no regard for customers and it’s all about making money and signing up influencers that helps make more money. Don’t order from this company as they charge you for delivery and for returning items back. They have no contact numbers you can call and defo do not have any sort of customer service. To top it off they ignore all emails and social media posts —- AVOID..Version: 4.0.53

Worst customer service ever!Customer service has been so bad especially for returns that I will no longer purchase ITS. The quality of the clothing has also, for some items, been evidently cheap and not tailored. I am stuck in a never ending email correspondence with incompetent return customer service reps and eventually never get their money back after needing to send tracking numbers, photos of proof of multiple things, name of clothing items, order numbers. You can’t simply process a return and eventually get the refund..Version: 4.0.77

No communication or responses when things go wrongI ordered a couple of dresses with next working day delivery. I was informed they were dispatched, but after that I have received nothing to say that they are on their way or to be delivered and this has been the case for about a week now. In addition, I have emailed and tried to use the online chat and I have also received no response to the email for 4 days when response time is supposed to be 24-48hrs and the online chat was useless. Delivery terrible for international ordersI live aboard and have no stopped ordering from in the style as I have only ever received one package and I had to track it down to a random delivery hub. All the other orders I have made have been returned. I order from many companies in the UK and don’t have an issue but ITS are rubbish so I won’t order from them again!.Version: 4.0.22

Please update US versionThis app needs to have the size and currency in USD like the website version. Also, would like tracking numbers for shipments. I use the app to browse then have to go to the US site to order..Version: 4.0.59

Apple Pay doesn’t work properlyI have placed an order with Apple Pay and after receiving a confirmation email I noticed that the address recorded just the street name. Therefore, my order was returned to sender and the company charged me extra fees and shipping fees for the refund. When I asked what is the reason for a refund fees, they said that the address was incorrect and they don’t know why and said may be it’s Apple Pay issue. So I as a customer had to pay fees for their system not working properly with Apple Pay..Version: 4.0.57

Terrible - it’s like playing Russian roulettePlace an order and then it’s in the hands of the gods whether it arrives with you or not. I’ve placed an order and not heard a thing from ITS. -They’re VERY FAST at taking money from me, unbelievably quiet to track down where an order is- and don’t even try to contact them, you get treated like dirt and fobbed off with a ‘live chat’ to a bot. It’s ridiculous- all those celebrities getting paid by ITS- I’m sure they have a direct line to the personnel at ITS. Whereas Joe Public just gets rinsed for their cash and then completely ignored. This is such an unprofessional set up… grab your money, and run off into the distance. Shop elsewhere..Version: 4.0.80

Appalling customer servicesA few weeks back I put an order in and only some of my order turned up. I sent emails upon emails. They then emailed me back with a form that had to be filled out within 7 days. The said form called not be loaded to be able to write on or sign. Once I found away around it I then emailed form back with everything that was required of me. I have heard nothing back since and have still paid for the items..Version: 4.0.75

Awful App such a shame !It’s always glitching for me, I can never complete an order because it won’t allow me to see what I am typing in my address details! I’ve managed to place an order once on here which turn hasn’t gone through when I contacted customer services. So I lost out on something I really wanted as my size sold out. I’ve spoken to live chat and they tell me there isn’t an issue but there is. I love love love In The Style so it’s such a shame i have to wait to order until I can be on my laptop.Version: 4.0.71

Way too many categories in the filters!I love the style and prices of the clothes off of this app but often give up not long after opening it as trying to filter out categories is impossible. There is easily about 30 or more categories to filter from which takes so long to go through and click them. E.g it will have a category “clothing” and quite a few “clothing range” categories?! Instead of the usual “crop”, “tshirt”, “evening”, “bikini” etc categories you’d get in tops for example. Ruins the shopping for me if I’m looking for something in particular and have to shift through tons of categories and clothing items I don’t want. Other than that I love the prices and the clothes in general :).Version: 1.2

UselessIn the style told everyone to download the app for the Stacey Solomon launch. They will have been aware how many times it had been downloaded yet failed to do anything about it. Order went through then it said an item was out of stock and was stuck on the processing screen for 10 minutes before I gave up and closes the app down. Went back on refreshed my bag yet the item that was supposedly sold out was still available?! Love Stacey but In The Style are absolute garbage.Version: 4.0.22

Worst app everScammers, Don’t trust them , I bought an adorable shirt Iv been looking everywhere for and after it being late it was also the wrong item. And on top of that I could not get an exchange because what I ordered way before anyone else was out of stock. And they said there’s nothing they can do to helping , waste of your time and money and there no trustworthy and I never write reviews on anything but this was just unacceptable of them to do to me..Version: 1.2

Ordering simple - contacting someone not to simpleI have made 2 purchases from ITS and experienced 2 different things! My first order was flawless, had home delivery and it arrived quickly, great! My second order I chose next day delivery to an Asda Store……….. it took 4 days to arrive! That was my first disappointment. Arranging the return was fairly simple once I found the returns page. I then learnt that although returns were ‘ free ‘ they would deduct £2.50 ‘ admin charge ‘ for the returned parcel……..so returns aren’t free 🤔 My frustration came because I have bow paid £4.50 for items that i have returned because they arrived too late. Just seems a little unfair to me and no it’s not a huge sum of money but of this happened to 100 customers that £450! Trying to talk / chat to a person seems to be near impossible with virtual bots taking over and you just go round in circles. In summary ITS is great for home delivery and you have any issues. Not so great at next day store delivery and returning because it’s not actually free as advertised!.Version: 4.0.81

Website is trashThis website is literally garbage. I have a smart phone and I use the app and use the save my own feature. I’m am a shopper and every single time it never remembers my pw. I have a few pw so I can’t remember them all. That why I trust the apps to do that. It just stinks!.Version: 4.0.26

Not a great shopping experienceGeneral layout on front page never shows what I’m looking for so have to search. Search sometimes throws me into a page where I didn’t start from. Stock is often shown as available but when in the item selecting the size it is out of stock. Payment page always glitches no matter when payment method I use. Generally frustrating and different to the standard set by other online retailers.Version: 4.0.84

ClunkyThe app is clunky and somewhat difficult to use. Spent 40 minutes between the site and the app trying to work out which one was easier. Had some issues with klarna that weren’t made clear on the app as they were on the web browser. I’m the end I completed my purchase on the web browser but even then I wasn’t sure if the order had been placed as it instantly told me to shut up and it tell my friends for £10 off. I think this website is overpriced, discounts lack and paying for returns after paying £3.99 to ship in 2-4 days is ridiculous. I very rarely shop here it’s my least favourite site but thanks I guess..Version: 3.0.21

Multiple issues I Give up ordering 😩Everytime I try to put an order in (through the app and the main site) and checkout it either freezes and doesn’t process the payment or just gets stuck on processing! I have tried with card payment and PayPal, When I try to click back it makes me enter all my information again! So frustrating you would think they didn’t want the business. Did not take me free delivery off for spending over £40 and Also no next day delivery option available to Northern Ireland even though most of the rival sites offer this! I just give up ordering from in the style now and use other sites instead (PLT, boohoo, Missguided).Version: 1.2

No customer servicePoor service keep being asked to go on soo to talk to customer service for some people who works full time trying to write on an app is very hard especially when your orde hasn’t turned up but still have to pay poor service only robots on app and when you do finally get someone who promises a form to fill in and then get asked again to go on app again frustrating i’ve lost £98 of goods that i’ve had to pay and unable to continue on the app as i have bo use to sit around and wait .. Faults with ordering, takes money but no order is processedLast two orders I have made, the money has been taken from me but never completed the order, no order number or confirmation and no order processed so I’ve had to provide the funds have been taken from me. Ms c ArmstrongThis place is a bloody joke , I have been trying to get a refund for over six weeks now I have been treated like a criminal was my parcel went missing. I have never gave permission form HERMES to leave any parcels in my garden or the side of my house because I live on a very busy road . But they did and now I have been treated so bad and I have never been set out any replacement or my money back . I will never order from IN THE STYLE again and I will inform everyone that I talk to about this I didn’t want to give a star but couldn’t give a review if I didn’t.Version: 4.0.29

They charged me 945$ and didn’t refund meI placed an order for $315CAD on Nov.21st but my card got declined. When I checked my bank account, I was charged $315 THREE TIMES for a total of $945CAD. It’s been over a week now and despite my emails, DM’s, comments and the website chat box- I’ve had no luck in receiving back my funds. They told me that my card wasn’t charged and that the money hasn’t actually left my account. It’s just pending but I’ll see it in my account in a few days. After calling my bank, they said that InTheStyle actually did process the payment and did receive the full funds. My only option was to try and get the consumer to cancel and refund me the transaction, or report it as fraud with my bank. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had, and the customer support team were the least helpful I’ve ever experienced. 945$CAD is a lot for some, and for me, it was the difference in making my rent payment. Not user friendlyNot very user friendly. Find it easier to just shop online on a laptop - ‘back in stock’ should provide a notification alert rather than an email, as by the time you see the email the item is out of stock again. Had problems with this app where I had items in my bag and they then aren’t in my bag at checkout and have gone out of stock during the process of them being ‘reserved’, or that certain items don’t show up when searched so have to click on a related item to bring up the item I’m looking for....Version: 3.0.23

RefundsI am a new customer to online shopping and In the Style, 12 days after receiving my returns I have not been refunded, I had to have a live chat and only then did Lauren process the refund and will take a further 5-10 working days for the refund to hit my account, also signed up for next day delivery and that has not happened either, I waited two days and she did not answer this on the live chat when asked 👎.Version: 4.0.60
