✓ Not a good appI was forced to use this app because it got rid of the PDX transit app. It is terrible at telling when buses arrive and for getting routes. Also terrible for planning trips in advance because it does not provide times or information about the route. I went back to the PDX transit app because it was better but now I am forced to use whiz and it has not gotten better but worse. ✓ Was perfect, updates took away good featuresI was using this app since moving to Boston and it was perfect. Now I can’t easily go back and look at the departure time the app suggests for the trip. This app is easiest to set a leave time or arrival time, preferred mode of transportation, and choose if you want less transfers or walking. This app also has the best and most updated map which makes finding exact destinations easy. But now I can’t tell when the app wants me to leave and it makes it unusable for me personally despite the other amazing functions. Stop the minimalism!!! I just wanna see times on my trips again!! How do I know to look for an app called Whiz when I visit Brisbane? 2) please look at Citymapper. That app is intuitive to use. I have great difficulty finding my way around whizz. Checked all connections and cleared app cache. Even deleted and reinstalled the app. Still nothing. Other transit tracking apps are reporting fine, so clearly the app is to blame here. ✓ Terrible at planning and keeping trackWhen the tracker is working it’s great, but it is terrible at being accurate 80% of the time. It will tell you no bus is coming and to take a different bus, only for that bus to show up two minutes after you left. Not only that, but it cannot calculate walking distance at all, so it gives you convoluted routes imaginable, that don’t match with bus schedule times at all. It works decently for short distances in Pittsburgh, but I pray you to never pick a route that needs a transfer.Version: 2022.2.3

Gets most frustrating when I dash for a bus only to find it’s gone already or actually arrives 5mins later...; or when it says 10mins and leisurely walk to the stop to find the bus has already departed. The “live bus” map is almost never correct; literally just been at a bus stop and the app said “due”, then the bus “passed” me on the “live map”... it eventually showed up 3mins later. Long story short car was written off in repairs and it was going to be a short while before i had another car. With ur app i was able to c how many buses in my area how regular when and how can i get back from my destination and where were the busstops and how much time did this all take, how far did i have to walk with injured ankle. It took all frustrations out of working out the best way around in life without my car but still visiting friends and grocery shopping (even tho i could get that delivered i wanted the exercise). For example, i was to leave in 1068 minutes which, frankly, unless you have a Calculator, you will be working out by the time the bus arrived. The dev was brilliant and responsive, but now needs to do the same for planning a journey. I have just tried to plan a route in advance, and I was told that I needed to leave in 168 minutes. Again, can you please just change this to leave at 9:30 for example. like I say, nobody has time to work out what this is in terms of time of day. Other than that, the developer has really thought about accessibility for VoiceOver users so well done. I have tested the times at which it says a bus would show up, and the bus does not show up for another 10 to 15 minutes. More so, the buses arrive either earlier than mentioned, Too late, or not even at all. You would have better luck determining when the buses arrive by creating your very own sundial. I would also recommend to invest in your own bus system. It would probably take less time to establish a new bus company and it would for a bus to arrive on time..Version: 2020.9.5

✓ Very unreliable!!! Don’t get this app!Thank God for Evo because this app has made me use it often. It says two different times when you check for the bus in different ways and not one of the times is within 5 minutes of the bus arrival. It is always wrong!!! Seriously! ✓ Late bus times.If the buses are running late, the app does not tell you how long. The late bus simply comes of the app, instead it should tell you when it is due. Especially when it’s a 5 so you can make a decision of walking to the number 6 or staying at the bus stop. ✓ Unclear when bus Expected at stopFor some reason this thing expects me to walk a measly 300 m jump on a bus for a measly 200 m and then walk another 800 m to get to a second bus. I just want to walk to the second bus and know when it arrives. Not quite sure when it arrives or when I’m expected to leave home to catch it.
