✓ Feedback non existentThere is an option to report faults and give feedback in the app. But it doesn’t work. Hard to report a fault when the mechanism you would use to report it is also faulty..Version: 4.10.1

✓ PatheticI was just trying to plan my trip and not only is there no actual timetable available to view you can’t view stops along the route either and the system gives pathetic suggestions. Why would someone want to travel backwards to travel forward..Version: 4.10.1

✓ No more live bus/train timesI used to love the app so I could track the exact location of the buses to ensure I wouldn’t miss it or that i wouldn’t be waiting 20 minutes for a bus that was delayed. This feature is no more so VERY DISSAPOINTED....Version: 4.12.1
✓ Not helpful at allGives incorrect information like suggesting I leave home 2hrs early fir a 1hr trip with stupidly long walks or sending me to the wrong train station. ✓ SydneyThe app no longer gives enough information. It didn’t say that the 1.19 train from Broadmeadow was booked seats only. Also on the app and information at the station, rather than telling me which train will get me to Central from Broadmeadow with a bus section for track work, it only gives the first leg to Wyong. Definitely not the whole trip. Very difficult for people unfamiliar with the trip and even confusing for regulars..Version: 2019.12

✓ It’s not real-time dataI’m standing here right now waiting for the buses that never existed and possibly are never coming. It works sometime but I’m sure it’s not real-time data, or I wouldn’t be seeing the buses passing by on the app without seeing any buses coming in real life. It happened once before. I should have deleted the app last time when I waited an hour. It’s frustrating to miss a bus and have to wait very long time. So don’t trust this app 100%, because it’s not real-time data. It might be pre-downloaded bus timetable who knows..Version: 5.2

The information provided showed incorrect train departure times from Macdonaldtown, an apparent need to change trains at Central (the train changed from T5 to T8 say)and that the trip would take 19 minutes which it does not. ✓ The system is broken!It said central to leura 11:16 am platform 16. It actually left at 11:19 platform 4. Spoke to nsw rail person who said ‘oh yes that was yesterday’ as if it was my fault for not knowing that. I said I searched on ‘today’ and this is what came up. ✓ This app is very poorApp sends you Toby’s stops that don’t exist. It freezes and it does not choose the most efficient routes. It was once okay but not now. It also bombards you with useless google ads. Give it a miss and find a better app.Version: 2023.4

✓ BAD NEW UPDATEI’m really upset as You used to be able to just type in ur current location and where u want to go to and it would show you how to get there. Now you have to know specific bus stop names and I don’t know that so I can’t even use the app anymore. ✓ Room for improvementWish this app could tell you when busses / trains / light rail / ferry’s are cancelled instead of having a “scheduled” arrival and then never turn up. All modes are gps tracked and it’s pretty easy to register a moving vehicle or one that’s never going to show up..Version: 2021.6.5

No real reasons to use it. - No intermediate stops on your route, - No “next train on my stop” or similar functionality, - Routes search is a joke, you are getting tens of identically marked routes as a result and have to click on each to find the one you was looking for..Version: 4.5

✓ Thanks to app caught wrong trainWhen I’m looking for the next train and going somewhere unfamiliar. I just want to see each option separately. When I tried to use app searched for my destination, it gave me 3 different platforms to catch the train from. One was not even right direction. I got on wrong train, delayed my train. Don’t show any other platforms if it’s not to do with my destination! Ill back to using trip planner, simplified. Too busy to use this when in a hurry..Version: 2021.5.10
