Excellent for Meditation.If you are interested in exploring what meditation can offer you, it is a good place to start. For beginners, there are some basics and knowledge about meditation, which are easy to get started. There are also different types of lessons to choose. It teaches you some techniques on how to give yourself a good chance of relax. Very informative guide on how to do meditation. I have just tried some of them, then I'm going to try them all! But I still hope there could be more updates in future since the audios are really not enough..Version: 1.0

Life-changing, believe me!I began to listen to it, as a form of morning meditation, fifteen minutes to half an hour or so. Now, I even a little bit rely on it, but seeing good results is at least a comfort. Guided meditation, like a cure for bad sleeper, understands better how to lead me into sleeping. Color cures, good design.I downloaded this app after seeing the reviews in the app store (not much though) and I came here, as it meets my needs. I think the remarkable aspect of this app is the visual experience. The color is comfortable for my eyes and the layout is easy and beautiful. The most important thing is that everything I have listened here is thoughtful, intelligent and practical on how to live with less anxiety. My tension seems to be cured, which surprises me really!.Version: 1.0

Voice matters, Great!So far I have tried a few episode and as of now, my favorite ones are Love Faith and Trust, Peace and Tranquility, they are wonderful. The voices of teachers are the absolutely perfect instrument for the meditations. Good thing is that there are different teachers to choose, because I really do not like some voices there. Luckily, there are some I love. The quality of the recordings are awesome too! Anyway, I hope they could cooperate with more teachers so I also get more choices..Version: 1.0

Two Thumbs UP!!!Helpful and easy to follow with good insights when I am beginning a meditation practice. It had helped lower my stress level. It’s welled structured in an inspiring, easily digestible language without going into an esoteric type of mode that some of the apps about mindfulness do. Get refreshed!It's my first time to download a meditation app, and I found this one. I have to say it's quite useful.
