✓ Scammed a year subscription saying its monthlyI signed up for this app to test it out while on holidays so I could watch spots back to Australia. The initial free trial was useful to test it out and the app worked ok, has regular dropouts (3-4 during a game) but was good enough to watch sports on if you went back in and refreshed it on advanced mode. But the main issue was that I signed up for a monthly subscription at $4.99/month then 3 days later get a $80 invoice from Apple for a full year subscription. Since I only needed this for 3 weeks the monthly option was perfect but these cheeky developers automatically sign you up for a year. I’ve asked for a refund and will see what happens. Happy enough with the product for use while on holiday but very very unimpressed that they trick you into an annual subscription. 2-3 stars for the product, -5 stars for being scammed an annual subscription when their pop up page listed the monthly price. So you get a 1 star until I get my $75 refunded. If your customer service is good, it’ll go up to 5 stars for a decent product and good customer service. If not, 1 star for advertising trickery and poor customer service..Version: 1.1.7

✓ You Can Find Better for the PriceThis VPN service is okay. For the price it retails at, you can do much better. NordVPN frequently has sales selling their product for the same price. Customer service was unresponsive and their Terms & Conditions/Privacy Policy are contradicting and confusing. They claim to be based out of Panama in one section and based out of California in another. They also don’t provide any details regarding the protocols used.
